Natural Ability: Eye Rays - In natural form, beholders lack limbs of any kind. They beholders can use their eye rays to duplicate the everyday actions of other races with limbs. (Essentially with eye rays they can pick things up, move them, etc. This is also how their more complicated magic are produced, ex. FEAR ability)


Personality:

Xaejil is borderline anti-social. Her common sense tells her that socializing is essential but her natural bias pushes away anything that is different from herself. Because of this she's quiet but don't let that fool you into thinking she's shy. If displeased with how the situation is going, Jill will make the displeasure very clearly and fiercely understood.

She is very intelligent and a dedicated student. She finds her personal duty to her colony to be very important and this helps to drive her. She also has been raised to believe herself and others of her colony to be far superior than all other things and she finds no reason for there to be fault in that thinking.

She has a taste for revenge, and her quiet demeanor quickly melts into barely reigned rage and violence when called to fight for her cause. She may shock and worry her friends, should she make any, as she turns into an unreasonable ragemonster.

There is a level of constant paranoia about her. She likes to be hyper aware of everything around her, and somehow is, as well as being convinced that everything that doesn't go her way is a conspiracy. She will be protective of her dorm and the things inside. As such, she's also fascinated by conspiracy theories and they lie behind her whole purpose in coming to the school.

Underneath the rough outer shell lies a girl with insatiable hunger for knowledge. She truly wants to experience more of the world, develop herself, and accept her role as the future leader of her colony. She wonders if she's capable of such responsibility... but would also like to find and crush all of the enemies in her way. But what teenage girl isn't an insecure, barely contained ball of rage, in a sweet exterior?

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? To seek the truth! Not in this for the educational value at all. With Amity in the news a lot recently, the conspiracy circuits are abuzz. Jill is coming to get into the mix.

FEAR Ability: All-Around Vision (The Mind) - Jill boosts her awareness, many eyes making it almost impossible to sneak under her defenses and makes her difficult to hit.

Student Form: Underneath her clothes, designed to cover all but her face, Jill has eyes all over her body. For the most part they stay closed but they are all operational and capable of everything the eyes in her head can do.
She also has sharp pointy teeth when she decides to show them.

Natural Form: This except with a pink/black/white color scheme and markings. This is the defining appearance of her colony. No other group of beholders will be this patterning/scheme.

BEHOLDERS

Beholders are a species of demon who live underground in the more desolate reaches of Halloween. In their glory days they dominated others into subservience and thrived in long running wars of vengeance, while mastering powerful magics. With the dawning of a more modern age, such events rarely arise and most Beholder colonies have merely retreated in quiet observance of outsiders. As most of their species are xenophobic, colonies as few and far between and have no contact with one another. All colonies, or singular entities, believe themselves to be superior to all others and thus this leads to hatred and violence when they come into contact.

The Colony

They are intelligent and cunning and when in a colony operate under a Mother Eye. Though genderless, one Mother Eye is born every few generations and will be raised to identify female. She then trains with the old Mother Eye in magic and her duties to the colony.

It's hard to say what most Beholders do most of the time, as they tend to be private, but Xaejil's colony has turned a bit to the crazy. After one of their kind was abducted, by what they claim were White Coated Reapers, they have dedicated their purpose to the truth and REVENGE. They have some contact with the outside world, to pool information, but have blown much of their money on this endeavor and are considered especially strange.

Connections

All Beholders of the same age consider themselves to be siblings. One of Jill's brothers was abducted and weaponized. He is the weapon of Chelsea Craft.

Beholders should be familiar to anyone who comes from underground locations. Though they all look different but essentially are similar.
