* You may have a "pending Bloodline" or "pending Bijuu" on your profile but you may not access or mention any of the effects or abilities of either until your application is approved for either.
* Characters can only have either Bijuu or Bloodline. Not both.
* Characters cannot have two Bloodlines or be children of two bloodlines.
