I don't like it.

Zionism is a nationalistic, racist ideology that dehumanizes the indigenous peoples that dwell in the land Zionists stole away from them "own".

I'm not very keen on any people who force massive populations out of their homes, who kill and arrest innocents (especially children), or who walls people in to protect their own interests. Also, I absolutely hate it when people use religion to claim that a piece of land is their birthright and was given to them by their god. It's ridiculous. It's insane that there are people who blindly support it.

So, to rephrase what I said before, I really despise Zionism.

There is a link. One of the first Zionists was a comrade to Marx, Moses Hess. The initial idea that he created for a Jewish state was to create a socialist society in Palestine where the Jews could settle. Instead it became a forced migration of the Jews after WWII into Palestine which was not ready for a large population surge. The Zionists butted heads with the locals and instead of promoting the original idea of a socialist state they became highly nationalistic, pushed people they deemed "inferior" out, and created a theocracy.
