a.k.a. "How to Summon Nocturne and/or Get Quests"
Nocturne will pop up in public threads occasionally, but if you need him for something in the meantime--whether it be to get a quest, some sort of in-game chaos that requires his intervention, or your character simply wants to meet him, toss his name into the title of your thread and I'll find an excuse to get him over there.
On the subject of intervention, however, make sure it's okay with everyone else in the thread. Don't abuse it, either. Nocturne usually keeps a close eye on PKers that wander into his server, but you can't expect him to constantly save you from them or other game overs. He's a very busy guy.
