The streets of Destiny City were filled to the brim with people, and people were always ripe for the picking. Captain Mica was fine with large crowds when she felt in the mood for it, as it was easy to get lost in a big crowd, take energy from a simple bump of the shoulder, even get a stab in when you wanted to end someone's life. Big crowds could work in a predator's favor, if said predator kept aware of her surroundings and kept a calm and cool facade.

But tonight, she simply didn't feel like it. She had her fill of large and chaotic crowds from the Carnival and it was much too soon to show her face, either civilian or Negaverse captain. The memories of the event were likely fresh in their minds and seeing someone they'd remember would likely trigger a panicked event, and while she wouldn't have minded the bloodshed, she wasn't willing to bring anymore negative attention to her organization just yet.

So, she took to the quieter part of the streets. Fewer people, less chance of being seen, and while the pickings would have been bare, it made it more personal when an unsuspecting Senshi or Knight stumbled into her path. She could only wonder who it would be this evening, as she laid in wait, leaning against one of the many trees that lined the sidewalk of the quiet and quaint little street. She knew that someone would sense her, and she hoped that their curiosity would get the better of them.

"Come out and play. Don't make me have to find you, White Moon..."

Yeah, sorry this took forever to start! >_<

Crowds weren't his thing, never had been, he didn't do well in crowds. He only went and suffered them when he had to, in the name of good music and school (when he'd been in high school). The carnival had been an odd night, and one he was not looking to repeat any time soon. He'd only gone in order to escape his father at home.

Tonight was like most nights, aside from the powered up senshi thing, he was out and not in some crowded area. He was out and around his little part of the city. He wasn't moving or running around he was stationary. He was stationary because he was eating, he'd gotten hungry and had jumped down to ground level, powered down, and gotten some food before coming back up to roof top level.

It was a salad with some dressing, really only a little dressing, drizzled onto the greens. His father would call it rabbit food but he was content with his rabbit food, it was healthy and good tasting. It was as he was bringing some dressing coated lettuce, and some other greens, to his mouth that he felt it. His fork dropped, hitting the roof top, he set his salad bowl down with the cover being placed on top of it. Someone was here, he could feel it, and it felt stronger than he was - not good.

Crawling his way across the roof top, which he'd been sitting on having his little single person picnic, and peeked over the lip of the roof top. He knew her, he'd seen her. This wasn't good and she knew he was here too.

To Chaldene's credit, Mica did recognize the Senshi that she saw, and her lips curled into a rather twisted grin as she recalled their fateful fist encounter. It took her a moment to remember his name, and when she did, she wondered how she could ever forget? The fear in Pasiphae's voice as she cried to the Senshi to run, and she muttered his name aloud as she pulled away from the tree. "Chaldene."

He may have been on he rooftop, but that didn't grant him any amnesty from her impending attack, and she was quick to bridge the gap between the two. She could have teleported up there, but that still required much energy and she wished to keep it under reserves in case Chaldene had backup on the way. Never knew with these little Senshi nowadays...

She didn't care for the risk involved with taking on a Senshi nor the possibility of walking into a possible trap. Afterall, she needed some excitement, and it would have been a welcome reprise in this so-called war. She had faith in herself to get herself out of any situation she found herself in, and she could only wonder how quick this young senshi was on his feet as she jumped onto the fire escape ladders and made her way up towards him.

s**t! She'd seen him! He should have figured she would. Oh god... Scrambling back from the edge of the roof, remembering the encounter with Bischofite, he scuttled across the roof top rather quickly. Though it seemed that his movements were not nearly as fast as hers, she had made quick work of getting up onto the roof top with him. Staggering onto his feet, while at the same time trying to back away from her, he nearly tripped and fell.

She may have climbed the fire escape but she was fast, faster than he'd thought someone should or could be on those rickety things. Facing the Captain he shook as he stood stock still, green eyes unblinking and wide. One of the piercings in his lip was toyed with, his nerves getting to him quickly.

"....Umm...evening." Oh yes, like she was here to chat with him. He had a feeling she wasn't the sort to chat him up, unless maybe she was trying to kill him at the same time.

Mica was seldom amused by the sight of fear in her opponents and would normally feel a sense of disgust overwhelm her. Senshi were blessed with power and yet the sight of someone with a spear or actual weapon made them quake in their little fuku? It was disappointing for someone like herself, as she knew that if she had that kind of power that she'd embrace it. Not cower or stare at her opponents like a deer caught in a headlights.

And yet, she found herself to be oddly amused at the sight of him. They had met before, though briefly, and though she had never turned her weapon on him in that encounter, he knew to fear her. Like laughter, fear seemed to be contagious and Mica could sense that he was trying to hold himself together. She wanted him to lose himself, and she wondered what she would have to do to make that fear worse.

"Evening." Mica would play this little game for a moment, before going onto the attack. There was no other Order aura nearby to save this little one now, and she wondered if he would fight or flee. She was game for both. "I missed the chance to take your starseed in the last fight. I do not intend to leave empty-handed tonight."

For a moment he considered turning and running but then knew that was likely a hopeless cause, she'd catch him, and he didn't desire running for it to all be for nothing. Not when he might need that strength to fight her when she caught him, as he was sure she would. So he had to stand his ground and at least try and get out of this with minimal damage, or maybe just his life.

"Had someone else try and kill me once before. I'm not a fan of dying, I rather like living." He said while trying to keep his stand against this agent of chaos. "So your going to have to miss out on my starseed again...sorry." He said with a shrug of his shoulders while he tried to cover up his nerves the best he could.

Should he have called someone when he first felt her? Or could he use his magic and put to use the little he'd learned in those training sessions? Could he do that and feel comfortable with physically attacking someone? Biting his lip, hard, he internally nodded his head slowly. He'd have to be ok with it right now, in the interest of living.

She raised an eyebrow but otherwise kept her thoughts to herself. He was frightened, but he was cheeky and simply refused to run. And she admired that kind of courage, though it would simply mean she'd have to tear him down to get that reaction that she so wanted.

Best get to it. She was unaware of what his magic was but she knew he would be willing to use it. What did she care? She wasn't afraid of any Senshi magic and she was confident that she could either dodge or withstand it's effects if need be. After all, he was just a lowly little Senshi and she owned a rainbow crystal to help with such trivial matters. What did she have to fear?

"Then I'll simply take what I want while I have the chance," she said, not wasting a single second and charging at her opponent, crystal-embedded spear at the ready and longing for some blood.

Sleet Tempest Snape
If you want Tsui to help him out, let me know!

Having found out that his magic didn't cause injury, he really was glad for that, he was more than willing to use it. He just didn't want to open with that. He'd rather save it till he had no choice and needed to make an escape. Was she really that intent upon killing him? Between her words and her charging him he made to leap out of the way.

As he landed he turned to face her again, fully, as he tried to figure out how he could move in close and take that weapon from her. There had to be a way...maybe he could. He could use his attack now, but would he be able to escape if he needed to later? He had to try and he had to hope, and cross his fingers. So he made a gun sort of motion with his right hand, like he'd done that first time, and called out his attack. "Chaldene Whisp Lure." Blowing at the 'muzzle' little blue wisps he energy too flight toward the Captain.

She was both impressed and annoyed when he managed to dodge her attack, but she didn't take the time to dwell on it. When her spear missed it mark, she simply reeled around and would try again and again until it struck. She had anticipated that he'd use his attack, but she also anticipated that she'd be able to dodge or withstand whatever that attack may be.

She was wrong. The blue wisps struck her but she felt nothing from the spell, though it was enough to stop her charge in anticipation of its effects. She was waiting for some kind of pain or discomfort, but she felt nothing. Was it a dud, or was his attack truly that pathetic?

Something moved in the corner of eye and she turned her head to catch it. It was something blue, small, but clearly visible. But... not? Just as she spotted another one! "Accursed senshi and your little parlor tricks!"

Eternal Sailor Tsui had not gotten too far into her patrols when she felt the ping of an Order aura, as well as a stronger, Chaos one. Without thought or hesitation, the Tiger senshi made her ways towards that energy, suspecting that someone was getting themselves neck deep into trouble. Something that she could sympathize with and didn't think ill of the one that might have been in trouble.

"Never a dull moment in this city..." Tsui said to herself, scaling the buildings and moving on the rooftop to avoid civilians seeing her and getting involved. Her claws were primed and ready, and she could only hope that she got there in time. "Wouldn't have it any other way, I guess!"

Sleet Tempest Snape
Let me know if I did the effect right! I'll do more with Tsui in the next post.

Seeing it worked and the Negaverse agent was otherwise occupied he made his move toward her, he had no intentions of letting her keep that weapon and turning him into some form of kebab. She seemed to like making with the stabbity stab of people, or at least trying to, and thus the weapon needed to be removed from this problem.

As he rose up onto tip toes, in the hopes of making his foot falls quieter, he came in close as he aimed one hand to her weapon in the hopes of making a quick grab of it. Maybe this was a stupid idea but he also knew if he ran she'd only catch him. So he had to do something and seeing as he had no aspirations of becoming a kebab this was his choice. He just had to hope his spell held out long enough...or someone else turned up. He could feel someone coming, had she felt them yet? Oh he hoped not, he'd like her to remain preoccupied on the little light show. Yes, keep watching the pretty light... He felt laughter fill up and try to escape past his lips but he held it back, if only for now. He'd laugh later after he survived this.

Little blue lights flashing in and our of her vision, with seemingly no end in sight, would drive anyone into frustration, and it was no different with Mica. She was growing angry and impatient, and that was never a good combination for her. It made her even more dangerous, even more so than she usually was, but not just for her enemy but herself. She also felt vulnerable and that was a sensation that she certainly didn't like.

She tried to hold this in, even as she felt someone grabbing her spear, and she turned angered turquoise eyes to him. It wasn't obvious if the spell had worn out its effects or him making his move was what caused her to focus on him again, but it was a gravely mistake, and Mica was eager to remind him of this.

"I don't like it when others touch what is mine," Mica said, holding her ground and she was preparing to plunge the bladed in forward, right into his stomach. "But thank you for holding still."

Tsui had not immediately recognized the Negaverse officer that was fighting against Chaldene, but the sight of the spear and the situation that her friend was in was more than enough to cause her to charge in. Tsui wasted little time, running towards them and not spending too much time calculating her jumps or landings. She had no idea who this was, but that meant nothing to her in comparison to her fellow Senshi's safety.

She tucked and rolled when she landed on the same building that they were fighting and she moved quickly, grabbing Chaldene and pushing him out of the way of that amber-bladed spear as Mica gave it a forward thrust, giving a shout in hopes of distracting the Negaverse officer and warning Chaldene of her imminent presence. "Watch out!"

She was bracing for the spear's bite and when she didn't immediately feel it, she felt that the two of them made it into the clear. She looked down at the Will o' the Wisps senshi for a moment, flashing him a bright smile before looking back at the Negaverse officer that had tried to skewer her friend. "You alright? Didn't rough you up too badly, right?"

He had thought, and hoped, it was a good idea. He hadn't thought it would anger her. In fact, he'd sort of hoped he'd take her by surprise just as he yanked it free of her hands. Now it seemed like it was going to become a game of tug of war...or wait..never mind. He was gonna get stabbed - right?

This really didn't look that good to him and had him backing up, his hands falling away from her nice, and not so neat, looking stabby stick. Somehow he had a good idea that she was the sort of enjoy stabbing things - maybe even bunnies and kitties. Oh how he'd hoped he could have yanked it from her without her noticing till it was firmly in his hands.

Shock registered in his eyes as he was grabbed. With a gasp he found himself moved out of the way and staring at a familiar figure. Tsui, he remembered her name, as she took a stance in front of the stabby stick wielding officer. "Thanks...ummm yeah I'm ok. I thought I could grab that from her....didn't work ut so well." He stated with a sheepish look before he flashed her a smile.

"I'll let you handle her...?" He offered while wondering if he should try his attack again, give his savior the time needed to possibly take the Negaverse agent down, as much as he really didn't wanna think about someone getting hurt. He really didn't want Tsui to get hurt, or himself. Was it always going to be like this? Having to justify someone else being hurt so he wasn't or someone else wasn't? he wasn't sure he liked it, or could get used to it, but he'd have to accept it...and yet it still felt wrong.

When Tsui first saw Mica, she had mistaken the Captain for Painite, but only for a second. Once she had gotten close enough to get a better look at her, it was clear that she was dealing with someone obviously different, but probably just as dangerous. She looked to Chaldene and kept her position in front of him intact, despite that spear and that murderous look in her turquoise eyes, and while she was certain that she could have handled her, she wasn't willing to charge forward until she was certain that her comrade would be safe.

"Just stay behind me, Chaldene," Tsui said, remembering their last encounter and trying her best to respect their differences. She knew that Chaldene wasn't keen on battle and she respected that, though it meant that she would likely have to cover him as he retreated. "Get going- I'll keep this crazy stick lady at bay!"

And she meant it. She glared at the Negaverse captain and almost dared her to try and strike either herself or the Senshi behind her. Tsui knew that she was probably feeling a bit overconfident and that she shouldn't underestimate this Captain. Despite the rank difference, this one looked like she took the whole 'kill senshi' mentality extremely serious.

Mica had felt the ping of the Eternal Senshi but not when she would have wanted to. There was no way to mistake that overwhelming sensation that came when in the presence of an Eternal senshi and the only thing that Mica could think as to why she hadn't noticed it sooner was the lingering effects of Chaldene's attack.

She pulled her weapon back and kept it at the ready, just as the effects of his spell was finally beginning to dissipate completely from her mind. She could see the enemy ahead of her and quite clearly too, and despite being outnumbered and now outranked, Mica was not willing to back down.

"Like cockroaches scurrying when the lights go on," Mica said with a sneer, gripping her spear tightly and taking a moment to evaluate her next move, as well as her opponents. The Eternal seemed to want the other one to flee, and Mica wasn't going to allow for that, as she took a swing at both Chaldene and the Tiger Senshi. "Now hold still so that I can squash you both and rid this city of your filth."

Standing behind the senshi of tigers he shook his head even as he peeked out from around her side. Looking at Mica he was also sure she took the whole killing thing serious, like deadly serious. She might even be the sort to like make a spectacle or display of her kills, she seemed a little too happy with the idea of killing him. "I'm not leaving." He stated with a note of finality. He might not be all that strong, he knew that for sure, and he didn't like fighting either. But he wasn't just going to leave. This Captain could just come after him anyway, like that crazy Lieutenant chased him.

With the tiger senshi in his way, protecting him, he didn't much worry when the Captain took a swing at him although he did still jump back. Could he manage to use his magic again? Would it help? He was sure it would help but just the one use was a lot out of him. Could he do it again? "Tsui...I can help..." If he could distract the Captain then Tsui could handle her much better, right? He had to try and help.

Mica sneered, and while there was no fear evident on her features, she was beginning to feel a sense of hesitation overwhelming her. She wasn't normally afraid of Eternal Senshi, and this one wasn't really an exception. She looked tough and she felt strong, but Mica wasn't hesitating for that reason. If it was just her and the Eternal, that's be one thing.

But the Senshi that Tsui was protecting had an ability that was far more useful, and deadly, and combining that with whatever this Eternal had in her repertoire, and Mica was certain that she'd be in for a bad time.

It seemed that with Tsui there and the success of his first attack, Chaldene had gained some confidence, and Mica wasn't quite sure she could handle two confident Senshi at once. No, she rather fight them when they were lost, confused, easily distracted. This would be a thrilling fight, but Mica wasn't willing to risk a serious injury. Not for these two.

In a fluid movement, her spear was back to her side and she turned away without saying anything. She wouldn't offer them a reason, nor any parting threats. They simply weren't needed. She would find both of these Senshi, perhaps when she acquired the power she needed to be an even match for the Eternal. Without warning or a word, Mica jumped from the roof's edge and went falling down.

Tsui admired Chaldene's courage, and she was never the type to deny someone the chance to defend themselves if they truly wanted to. Not that she was going to just step aside and let Mica or anyone hurt her friends, but she was more than willing to fight side by side with him. "Only if you're sure... don't worry, I think the two of us can wipe the floor with this one!"

Which meant that this was going to be a two verses one battle, which didn't necessarily guarantee victory, but what did guarantee victory was the sight of Mica returning her weapon to her side and turning away. Tsui had seen tactical retreats from both sides of the fence, but Mica's was peculiar. She simply jumped off the edge and Tsui ran to the edge, but she didn't see where she went. "Crap! She teleported... that is so unfair how they can just do that on a whim!"

Not that she wasn't grateful, but it was still unfair that they couldn't just up and poof whenever they wanted to. She looked back at Chaldene, not feeling any dark aura nearby but making sure that the two of them were safe as she called back to him. "You alright? She didn't hurt you or anything, right?"
