I choose Professor Oak! Because I love Kanto so much and it's Gym Leaders and Pokemons. And Kanto Region is where Ash adventure starts and Professor Oak was the first Professor who gave a starter pokemon to Ash and Professor Oak is very famous among some regions. smile yum_sausage

Professor Oak is my personal favorite of the Pokemon Professors. He was the very first Professor I encountered in my time with the various games. Since, I started in Generation 1. I find the character to be somewhat humorous on the tv show as well. Then, there is an appearance by Oak as a child in Pokemon 4ever. I find it interesting to see Oak in his beginning stages when he was a Pokemon Trainer. It is possible that like Gary Oak. He only trained for a handful of years. Before he decided that he preferred documenting Pokemon more than he enjoyed training them. Though, he might have been more like ash. Eventually deciding to take up documenting seriously later on.

My second choice would be Bill the Pokemon Nut. If for no other reason than he was wearing a Kabuto costume in one of the earlier episodes of the series. Though, I don't think Bill has a handle of translating Pokemon sounds into speech. His translation of what Dragonite was saying. Seemed to confuse Pikachu. Most likely meaning Bill was quite a bit off the mark on his translation of what Dragonite was saying.

well even though he isnt in the poll, i like professor sycomore (sorry if i spelt it wrong) cause he is the only professor that at points in the x&y games that you can have a Pokemon battle with, but out of the professors listed, and sycomore isnt, i would have to say oak because he was the first professor that i met when i got into pokemon

Oh, Professor Birch though! I like his approach and field of study and he's very kind and energetic and I just like him a lot. Aaaand he's kind of attractive. razz
