● About Jobs
In Earth Land, there is an organized system that Guilds utilize to intermediate Jobs, which Mages are able to partake in and receive reimbursement, most commonly by Jewels, upon completion. Jobs all vary in difficulty and are divided into different ranks. The currently known ranks are Normal, S-Class, SS-Class, and SS-Class are divided as such in order to have Mages distinguish the level of difficulty involved within the Job and in turn, assist a Mage in selecting a Job that is convenient of their capability.
Normal Jobs:
These Jobs cater to Mages of different levels of strengths, and a Mage does not need to be exceptionally strong to undertake these assignments. But, these assignments are differentiated in ranks; D-Rank, C-Rank, B-Rank, and A-Rank to warn the Mage of its difficulty. Also, the reward is variable upon the task required to complete, so Mages may leverage amongst different available missions to the amount of Jewels offered when making their decision of what mission to participate in.
S-Class Jobs:
These missions are extremely dangerous, where even the smallest mistake may lead to a Mage's death. In order to undertake an S-Class Job, the Mage must be an S-Class Mage. The only exception to this rule is that a group of A-Class Mages must be accompanied by an official S-Class Mage. The reward for these Jobs can be rather large, with some missions spanning millions of Jewels.
Ten Year & Hundred Year Jobs:
These missions can be inferred to possessing a much higher level of risk and difficulty than S-Class Jobs, and the experienced Mage must have acquired S-Class status or higher to undertake these missions. These missions may also be given to an eligible candidate within the Guild that the Job is mediated through.
● Rank Promotion
The amount of Wizard Points needed to advance to each rank are as follows:
● C-Rank: 5 WP
● B-Rank: 10 WP
● A-Rank: 15 WP
● S-Class: 25 WP
● System
Wizard Points, or WP for short, is the system for ranking up from D-Rank to C-Rank and so on. When achieving a Wizard Point, one must only receive a Wizard Point after performing a Job that they have never done previously. ALSO, the accomplisher of the Job must meet a specific requirement in order to receive a Wizard Point. In other cases, these are the responses:
● D-Rank Mages can only perform D and C-Class Jobs. Any D-Class Job is considered 1 point. Any C-Rank is considered 2 points. Jobs exceeding C-Rank cannot be performed by D-Rank and, thus, cannot receive points from those missions.
● C-Rank Mages can only perform D, C, and B-Ranked Jobs. Any D-Rank Job is considered 1/2 point. Any C-Rank Job is considered 1 point. Any B Rank Job is considered 2 points. Jobs exceeding B-Rank cannot be performed by B-Rank Mages and, thus, cannot receive points from those Jobs.
● B-Rank Mages can only perform C, B, and A-classed Jobs. Any D Rank is considered 0 points; there is no exception if the mage has never performed the job before. Any C-Rank Job is considered 1/2 point. Any B Rank is considered 1 point. Any A-Rank Job is considered 2 points. Jobs higher than A-Rank cannot be performed by B-Rank members and, thus, cannot receive points from those missions.
● A-Rank members can perform only B-Rank, A-Rank, and S-Class Jobs. Obviously, D-C Rank aren't recommended, always ending up as 0. There are no exceptions. B-Rank Jobs are considered 1/2 point. A-Rank Jobs are considered as 1 point. Also, all S-Rank Jobs cannot before performed unless the mage has been given permission to go with another mage of S-Class. S-Rank jobs are are considered 2 points.
● S-Class members can perform only A-Rank, S-Rank, 10-Year, and 100-Year Jobs. Obviously, D-B Rank Jobs aren't recommended, always ending up as 0. There are no exceptions. A-Rank Jobs are considered 1/2 point. S-Rank Jobs are considered as 1 points. Ten Year Jobs are considered 2 points. Hundred Year Jobs are considered 3 points.
