Anteros wasn't ... quite like his other siblings.
He didn't enter into relations as lightly as Himeros might, he didn't avoid them as adamantly as the mopey guano Pothos might, and he certainly did not flirt as endlessly as Hedylogos seemed to prefer. He had to admit, he did have a lot in common with brother Eros--a personal penchant for personal commitment and a want to see love succeed--but he was different than Eros, too, what with Eros' behavior of not necessarily caring if a Pae'il had other commitments before he let his arrows fly.
Perhaps that was truly why Anteros was different. He would not act without a good reason or cause, and that was how he always had been. The few couples he had helped unite--with that guano's cursed arrows--had at least been couples that had prebuilt relationships...
Though perhaps nothing came of them afterwards.
Personally, Anteros refused to take a move to disconnect or distance himself from the ones he tied himself to after the fact. ... Or one, really. Yukiko had been the only one this had ever really happened with, from his perspective, and something in him was...
Rather okay with that.
Something in him was in fact giddy with how well they got along, but he kept that one bottled in. Keeping that bottled in didn't stop him from deciding to drop in on Yukiko, though, taking a trip from Dolandor of his own volition to seek out the new mother of one Adelphos, a little demi-god that made Anteros beam like the sun.
When he arrived at where Yukiko lived, he tapped his hand against the door, humming under his breath as he waited for her response.
Okay, maybe he wasn't too good at hiding the giddy thing.

Yukiko had never been overly social before becoming a mother. Afterward... Adelphos kept her busy, and she loved every minute of it. He seemed to have inherited her inquisitive nature but with a boldness that had him getting his nose into everything he could put his little hands on.
At least once a day she thought of the ball that had begun the best night of her life. She'd been lucky enough to be picked to dance with a god, and though she would have been happy with only that, she and Anteros had won the competition! She didn't remember ever being happier than she had been that night. She smiled as she thought of the date that had come after the ball.
And then Adelphos. Compared to her son, the ball was a distant second. There were days that she was glad to have the baby all to herself, but there were also days she wished Anteros were there to share them with. Though the one date had been all they'd had, she had often wished for more. He'd been kind to her, and he was quite the accomplished dancer.
Adelphos hadn't completely been without his father this whole time. Anteros visited when he could, and Yuki loved those days.
There was a knock on her door and she blinked. She wasn't expecting anyone, which meant one of two things. Either someone had the wrong apartment or...
"Anteros," she said with a smile as she opened the door. "It's nice to see you again."

Anteros cleared his throat as Yukiko opened the door, lips breaking into a grin as she greeted him. Giddy?
Definitely.
"Yukiko." Not even letting another moment pass, he leaned in closer, planting a rather affectionate kiss on her lips. Considering how detached some of the deities may have seen from the Pae, his attachment to Yukiko was unusually strong. Of course, he was Anteros. A Pae'il all about the commitment of true, deep love, it was probably unsurprising how attached he was to the woman he had danced with and the woman he had gone on a date with ... and the woman he had had a child with.
The wonderful Adelphos.
"It's always nice to see you," replied the affectionate Anteros, as he parted from Yukiko. He was polite, as he always was, not taking an entrance into her abode unless he was allowed, hands crossed near his waist as he looked down into her eyes. "I am sorry I cannot come more often, but it seems many Pae need my help with silly attachments lately..." Immediately, his thoughts went to Aiolos. He certainly could not cure that total infatuation, though at least he had stopped the part that was making it worse for his niece.
He shook his head.
"I can tell you more about that later, if you wish. But how are you, Yukiko?"Strawberri Stardust Hello, my name is Slow McSlow. My apologies XD

Seiana_ZI x3 it's okay. I'm Snaily McSlowPants. She blushed at the sight of his grin, then even harder when he kissed her. She found herself leaning into it, her heart fluttering lightly. "I'm so glad you came," she said, a little breathless.
And then she realized that she was leaning rather heavily on her door and acting like a teenager. She blushed harder and cleared her throat, moving to one side. "Please, do come in," she said, listening as he told her why she hadn't seen him more often. "Oh, no, I completely understand," she told him and closed the door behind him. She imagined his duties as a god could be quite time consuming, and the time they did get to spend together was precious to her, and she knew Adelphos loved his father's visits as well.
"I'm very well, thank you! How have you been? Adelphos should be here, um...somewhere," she said and giggled lightly. "He's crawling now, and sometimes I'll set him down in one place and before I can blink, he's halfway across the room," she said with obvious pride in her voice. Adelphos had, in fact, crawled out of the room his mother had set him down in and into another room to see what he could get into. Everything was new and interesting to the young demi-god and he wanted to know absolutely everything he possibly could about his surroundings. One would think he'd already gotten into everything he could in his mother's apartments, but there was always something else he could get into.
He was just reaching for something to pull off of a table when he heard voices. At first it was just his mother, and since she often sang or spoke to him while she moved around the apartment looking for him he ignored the sounds in favor of the roll of paper sitting just out of his reach. And just when the tips of his fingers reached the edge of it, he heard another voice. One he heard less often, but it was no less dear to him than Yukiko's. His father was here! A huge smile plastered on the boy's face as he hit the floor and crawled quickly toward the sounds.
