Project: Nightingale is a foray of UNSC aligned ships out to secure mission targets outside of the normal jump points and colonies we have long called home. We are unsure of what we will find outside the rim, and unsure of how we will be received during a few of our jumps into known, former-covenant, held space. Your selection was chosen from a list of applicants spanning all the colonies of the UNSC and it's outer allegiances, the RIM Militia.

The mission is a JFO [Joint Fire Operation] between the Army, Navy, Marine Corps., and SPARTAN Programs of the UNSC ALLIED FORCES, and handled directly under ONI §-III and FLEETCOM.
