Age: 13ish (Transition between worlds cause a slight hiccup and aged him a bit. Looks kind of young though. He was nicknamed runt for reasons.)

Natural Ability: Shapeshifting - Can shift between human form and that of a rather large black dog with one head. (Found in WP event)
Personality:
Anti-Violence: Due to... what happened on the island. Fluffy rather dislikes violence. He's seen a lot of death. He understands it has it's means and needs, but he doesn't like using it. Actually, he kind of wants everyone to get along... please?
Child: Fluffy is a kid. He's excitable and also easily made to feel vulnerable. He loves to play and romp and rarely thinks of the consequences of his actions first, but at the same time is quick to be frightened. So if there is someone older than him he'll probably cling and whimper easily too. He's young and parental figures hold utter trust to him. Even if you hurt him he'll probably forgive it because he can't not trust those who are like parents to him.
Humans: Fluffy loves them. He understands they're fragile and is afraid to touch them, but he won't hurt them. He wishes they could all get along but understands worlds need to be separate. He's got a love fear relationship with them. They created him, they raised him, he can't find it in himself to do anything but forgive them for it all. He will never want to go to the human world again if he can help it. As a sidenote.
Loyal: He's a dog, he loves those who show him any kind of kindness. to a level that's a bit frightening. He'll try to do just about anything if he can for them, he also will do his best to guard/protect them. Something about that Cerberus nature.
Sweet: He's quite cuddling and loving. Srsly. If you don't spook him to a shaking level he'd be very happy to cuddle up on the couch and let you read a book. Big baby in an oversized puppy body.
Energetic: ******** kids and their boundless energy. He loves to play ok?
How2wat?: Fluffy has been in dog form his entire life until recently. Finding his human form was an accident. He only recently visited a healer to get his voice back and... well he's still learning how2Halloween. Talking, walking, ect... they're a bit new.
IT'LL WERK OUT: Sadly, much as logic says otherwise. Fluffy's kind of stupid in the keeps trying even if he's his that wall... 5 times. He'll never learn even if you tell him. He really wants to believe.
Scaredy Pup: He spooks kind of easily, like... literally. Will sit and shake if he doesn't understand something or he thinks you'd going to hurt him. His self defense mechanism is about gone. He usually only fights back for those he cares about... otherwise he's to a point of accepting his fate. Alas.
Quiet: Weird as this may seem, after he DOES learn to talk.. he's not going to actually speak much. Little happy noises, whining... things like that are normal to him. However when it comes to actual WORDS and speech he'll always feel it's foreign. He just... aside from names he's more a physical person. This says NOTHING about the telepathic link he has with certain citizens/students who came from WP. He can be quite noisy there. He's always had that link and it's normal. But actual verbal speech and not just dog sounds are strange and new.
Still a dog: His mannerisms even in human form are going to tend to default to doggy. He doesn't hug, he headbutts affectionately. His method of sitting will tend to go for a doglike posture, just... he doesn't get this human stuff well. So he defaults to what he grew up with. Which was dog. ...let's not talk about bathrooms and remembering to get dressed in the morning.
Job/Business: Fluffy is too young for this, but he aspires to go to school! Trying to enroll in the academy!
Personal History: So there was this magical island which had a few hunters making monstrosities on it and Fluffy was one of them. It was called Wonder Park. And Fluffy was born there and lived his life as a cute little Cerberus to be domesticated until a certain hunter showed up, sabotaged it, and the place went to hell.
Fluffy went on a joyriding carnival playing with all the humans till he realized he was breaking them all and panicked because he LOVED his human caretakers. And they were sort of dying. So he tried to save them all but that didn't work out and they all died before his eyes and he sort of died but... YOU KNOW WHAT HE ISN'T GOOD AT STAYING DEAD! ******** them monstrosities. So then he was rescued by Boogey's and he's in the town now trying to learn how to be a proper citizen.
But he's never been anything other than a dog so he's kind of confused. God. ******** dog.
FEAR Ability: Feral Strike (Battle Cry)
He grew up as a wild dog among much larger monsters. So of course he fights like one. Small or not he can claw and strike with the best of them. So using his rather well clawed hands he takes a heavy swipe at the target before him with all he has. He's just a very angry little dog sometimes.

Eye Colour: Black
Hair Colour/Style: Black and short and messy. About shoulder length.
Skin Colour: Tanned with a LOT of scars from play fights on the island.
Clothing Style/Colours: He wore a blanket once?
Extra: SCARS. Also he has a dogs black ears and tail. His toes and hands have slightly sharper nails than usual. A bit more sturdy too.
