*** If you would like to be a crew member here are somethings to take into account ***
1. You must be active.
2. I will not tolerate any finger-pointing, name-calling, etc. among my crew.
3, When using your authority take into account both sides of the story of what may be happening, then let me or my VC know. If it is a big problem then all the members of the Crew, VC and myself will talk it over and decide on a coarse of action.
4, Unlike some other guilds, i rely on the 3 warning system, everyone is allowed 3 warnings before we decided a coarse of action.
5. Things are not always what they seem, the person may not even know they are causing a problem so it is always best to come out and let them know. PM and tell them that others are taking an offensive, point out EXACTLY what the problem was don't beat around the bush or not give them a straight answer of what was wrong and how or why they may have been causing a problem.
6. No editing posts without my permission unless it's to censor things that weren't supposed to be posted according to Gaia's Rules.
7. No deleting post without my permission.
8. No removing or banning anyone without my permission.
9. Do Not Let The Power Go To Your Head.

Hello :3 I'm always active and I'm a really good mediator for any confrontations on Gaia or IRL and if you think it would be helpful to have someone like me in your crew i would really appreciate it.

Ageha_Tsukiyomi Hello :3 I'm always active and I'm a really good mediator for any confrontations on Gaia or IRL and if you think it would be helpful to have someone like me in your crew i would really appreciate it. alright, as long as you're active i don't mind biggrin i'll add you to the crew

Hello. I'd like to become a crew member, but if not then that's fine. I'm active 95% of the time. Sometimes it's hard for me to get on but other then that I'm fairly active. And whenever I'm not I normally check with my phone if I have the time.I know how it is to run a guild because I run two so I'm good at letting people know what they have done wrong, and I'm polite about it all the time. np, and lol yeah i have a very large crew, i promoted alot of members do to crew so that if anything comes up to where myself. my VC or any of my crew can't be on for awhile i still have many crew members to keep an eye on things.

Serenity Uzakey I would love 2 be more active, in this wonderful guild. please tell how I can/ please and thank you~ a great way to be more active in the guild is even when no ones on or your character is stuck in the middle of an rp waiting for the other rper you can post topics in the OOC area, bump in the bump contest, participate in the tektek contests, post anime picts in the gallerys, or even if your character is not stuck in the middle of an rp move your character around the different areas, quote them when you enter the area and let them either respond to your character or continue their rping, if they don't respond then most likely they are in the middle of an rp. I'm also looking for some more active crew members, a number of my crew have been either having trouble getting online, or have left gaia due to all the trouble that's been happening in gaia.
