Dapyhir was intent after his run in with the daibi drakien he was now looking for someone with a little more sophistication. After all though he had to admire the other drakien's...thirst for death it was very...single minded. Flying through the air the firani dragon was scanning the ground below him. He was in Eowyn now, and he tended to search out an area before he landed anywhere.
He hated being taken off guard in any situation, it ruined his image if he didn't anticipate something. Though..he did spot something of curiosity. An older drakien with frayed frills, hmm perhaps he could gain some knowledge from him. There was a heaviness in the air as of late, as if the world was holding its breath for something drastic was about to happen to the world.
The firani drakien hated not knowing what was going on, so he would try and seek out those who may. Winging down he landed several feet away from the dragon and folded in his wings before he case his glowing green eyes upon the older drakien.
"Good day."

Toki was once again sleeping in the sun after a teaching the children of his tribe the history and lessons of the past.
He was only a few minutes walk away from the hidden valley where he and his clan lived and he could faintly hear the chirps and growls of his people on the dry breeze.
He was rather startled when a Darkein, firani by the scent he smelled and sensed magically, dropped out of the sky to say hello.
"Good day your self. Certainly is busy this week," he grumbled, "For months on end I'm not disturbed as I nap out here, and just this week 2 disturbances show up..."

The Firani Drakien gave a chuckle as if finding the irony in what the elder one was saying. Life always tended to rock the boat when one least expected it. And what a storm was brewing in the wake of this dark scaled one...
"My apologies, I am addressing Shaman Toki yes?" Dapyhir could make bee's swoon with his words of honey when he so chose to speak in such a way. "I am know as Dancer Ihave come to pick your brain as I have felt a strange taste in the air. Something is about to happen and perhaps you may know what it is that pulls as my curiosity." Moving to sit down where he landed he stood at attention as he always held a higher regard for those who were at least at the same intellectual level as himself.

Toki streched and then shook himself, causing his frills to create a flapping noise not unlike wings.
So this one's come looking for me? Interesting, he thought as he sat up himself.
His name was certainly.. interesting. maybe the Firani clans named their children after things they did or looked liked..
Oh well, silly as the name seemed for one who had such a dangerous scent about them, he sounded intelligent. Which was always a bonus in Toki's book.
"Well, Dancer, I am Shaman Toki, and if you have questions I may be able to help, though yo may not get the answers you want." Though I'd much prefer to ask questions to get your own mind thinking, he thought privately to himself. He loved to respond to questions with questions. It was a shaman thing to do.
"The strange taste could be that thunderstorm headed this way. Its a big one." He said mildly. He knew it wasn't, but hey. What was the sense in just giving out simple answers? It was better to make them work for it. That way they thought over your words and considered them instead of it going in one ear and out the other.

Tilting his head towards the sky he caught the edges of thunderheads in the distance, he had not noticed them before and part of him was ...unnerved by the other dragons aptitude of summoning dark grey clouds in a once empty sky.
"Yes...so it seems. Though that could be what I smell, there is also whisperings in the wind...blood shed...the smell of steel...war...the humanoids were always a rash bunch..but something tells me things are going to escalate to...dynamic proportions." Settling down he couldn't help but cast another glance up at the sky.
"I have come to see what my fellow brethern may know, after all...the enslaved drakien will be dragged into a war...and if such a war does erupt...it will possibly put our brothers and sisters in danger.."

"Ah! You were referring to the rumbles of war... well. There's always small skirmish on Eowyn. The Magescian's seem to think it makes a great battle field for some reason. Of course, the ones who sneak about cloaked and magically shielded along the edges of the Magescians camps may know more." Toki grinned briefly, he'd chased on of them off the other day. He'd caught the scent of an Oblivionite mage too near the clan's nesting site and had fun toying with and stalking the fellow.
"As for those you call enslaved. They aren't really slaves.. more like pets... And yes, should war happen, they'll be next to their bondeds." Toki sighed, it was a sad thing to see. The bondeds would have no choice but to fight for their bonded, for the death of the Magescian meant the death of the drakien.
"Not too surprised that war is threatening. What ever those Orderites have in that closed off area to the south is coming to a head. At least that's the feeling I get from the rumors I hear and the scent about the place. Since it's so locked up and secret, it's probably a weapon. And they'd want to use it as soon as possible to get the max effect out it before anyone finds out about it...." Well, that and it'd been peaceful to long. If the leaders wanted to finish the war, they had to do it before peace became the norm and their people stopped thinking like warriors and more like civilians...

Listening politely he tried not to look too...excited about the 'weapon' that Toki had mentioned, in fact he was very very curious about what it could be and how it would be unleashed upon the world. Though he didn't care about the bonded and who would die in such a war he tried to look sorrowful. He was a great actor and lived his life weaving a intricate web of lies.
"I see, what sort of weapon is it suppose to be? Will it threaten all? Or was it made specifically to ..fight against each other?" He was trying to sound interested not for the sake of improving his methods of making mass chaos but so to 'protect the innocent'.
"Such a thing sounds dreadful.."

Toki wondered about what he heard and sensed from this young Drakein. His words were not matching the small signs that Toki could hear. The eager twitch of the tail at the mention of a weapon. The pauses as he spoke. Dancer it seemed, wanted to know about this weapon. Toki snorted to himself, 'Dancer" really? Couldn't he have come up with a better name? If it was me, he thought, I'd have changed it as soon as I left the nest. But maybe Dancer liked to have that silly name... or not. Just as Dancer was innocent and mild mannered. Ha! Eager for blood this one was, his words lingered on certain war like words.. bloodshed, smell of steal.. this one is a warrior. Nothing wrong with that. Some had to fight and kill tso that others could live in peace. He stretched out languidly, "No idea, young one. All I know is that they're hiding something... If I wasn't blind maybe I could tell you more. But it involves metals and earth plus a bit of magic, that's all I know. As for who it was made to use against? Who do you think? Draco and Aevah have but one goal: kill the other and win the war..." He chuckled to himself, "Of course it's gonna be used against each other... no one else is a big enough threat to cause such secrecy in that place..."
