The firani drakien had decided to a long vacation in Serenia he had planned on beating up on some of the Ysali dragons but he couldn't be quite bothered at this moment. After all he considered himself having the dragon's share of brains but was lacking in the brute strength category. For that was just a dream and though he wanted to grow in his strength he would much rather challenge a young humanoid to a game than to fight them.
Laying upon a rock he was enjoying the noon day sun, his wings spread out to absorb as much warmth as he was able to get. Eyes half closed he was inspecting his claws wondering when he should run into that peculiar young girl again. There was something just...wonderful about her, how she could be molded...oh yes. The drakien had many plans in the works since he first rescued her from a ysali dragon.
Yes so many plans... of course this meant he would have to locate her again. The girl seemed to move around a lot and that wasn't very helpful. Giving a small sigh he shook his head and just decided to hunker down for the moment and enjoy the silence and the warmth of the sun.

The Diabi Drakein known as Eyphah was once more on the move, following along after one of the many dried blood paths that were left behind by the Ysali that he marked, hoping to find another of them. He had such grand plans after all and everyone of them hinged on him finding one of those silly, cowardly green dragons and chomping on them until all that was left were bones and orbs. A shame that they were so good at running, it made keeping up with them a bit of a pain. No matter, Serenia wasn't big enough that they would be able to hide from him forever, not when he could smell them and their sweet, tasty blood from a distance.
As he trotted along, inhaling the various scents around him, then Diabi suddenly gave pause, "Eh?" Wait, that scent didn't make sense he thought to himself, shifting in place. It was a warm, spicy scent, one that he associated with Eowyn, his homeland, and the fiery red dragons that lived there. Had one of those great beasts got lost he found himself thinking as he crouched down, creeping along toward the scent. Well, if one of those idiots had managed to get itself to Serenia then he would have to make a go at eating the creature. Sure, the odds of him winning might not be the best but surely given how nice they smelled they must taste equally as fantastic? Besides, what were the odds he'd meet another Firani dragon on Serenia? Pretty poor so he might as well take advantage of the current, and very strange, situation.
The Diabi lunged out of the shadowy undergrowth of the forest with a snarl, puffing up to his full size, wings open wide... when he realized that what he was facing off with was one of his own kind, not a dragon. He wasn't sure if he should be insulted or intrigued, it was the first of this particular clan that he'd met after all, and the first outside of his family circle as well. He shifted in place for a moment, looking thoughtful, before trotting toward the one that was lazing about in the sun in such a manner. What was this one up to? Was he on the hunt for Ysali as well? Better keep his claws off those that Eyphah had marked the Diabi thought to himself crossly as he went, giving a rumbling growl as he got closer.

Dapyhir had smelt the drakien well before he spotted it in the underbrush, but he hadn't really cared one way or another, that was until it lunged out of the underbrush its wing furled out trying to make itself look more menacing and bigger than it actually was. A good tactic against stupid animals but this particular drakien was not impressed. In fact he continued to lay in the sun looking more annoyed than frightened.
"Oh my...how terrifying.." The firani drakien drawled how tone sounding rather bored as he spoke. "Do you great everyone in that manner? Or are you putting on the performance just for me?" He inquired though it was more sarcasm than anything else. Stretching his front legs slightly he settled himself back onto his rock before finally turning a glowing eye onto the drakien. It reeked of darkness and death...most likely a daibi drakien. The many scars on its body proved its joy and pleasure in fighting..of course it may of just...had horrendous luck in life.

Eyphah gave a low, rumbling sound in his throat that said he was unamused by the other Drakein's sarcasm before taking a couple steps closer to the rather lazy looking beast, "The performance as you call it wasn't for you, it was for what I thought you were. Such a disappointment." He supposed that it was foolishness to think that a dragon might take a vacation and end up this far from home. They didn't seem the sorts to travel, save for maybe the Peisio who went all over the ocean. Instead of a dragon he got some crabby sort of Drakein and it was enough to make him want to turn in the other direction and return to his hunts. He might very well have done just that were it not for the fact that he was still curious about a breed he'd never seen before.
His tail lashed from side to side, the natural blade on the end gleaming in the warm sunlight of Serenia. It really was a strange place for Diabi to be roaming given how nice and sunny it was but it was the place that he'd been told Ysali lived. It was the best place to start his journey toward greatness and here he was... the question was why was that one here? What brought a Firani to Serenia? It was a question that was roiling through his mind before finally just asked if of the strangely colored fire dragon, "What brings you to Serenia, Firani?" He demanded, deciding that it would be best for him to figure out if this one was after his Ysali, something that Eyphah wouldn't stand for!

A curious glance tossed towards the daibi's drakien he resumed his sunning himself before finally sighing. It seems this one was of the opinion that he must be here for some reason and in truth there was no real reason to be here except to hunt for the Ysali dragons. Poor pathetic things they were, but given how this dragon seemed intent on declaring this his territory...he would play the game with him.
"So sorry to have disappointed you. If you are looking for the weak ysali dragons they are ...about. Though I had been curious about the smell of so much blood in the air...I suppose it would of been because of you.." The firani drakien stated with little energy in his voice. After all this was all so tedious but would be worth it in the end.
"As to why I am here, I wish to plan a war. But your sudden entrance seems to have gotten me off track on whom if not all races to start it with." It was a lie, though not too far from the truth. He loved meddling in the affairs of the two legged and it didn't take very much to get them going on each other anyway.

"Come now! The Ysali are quite delicious! I have learned that, despite the fact that they crumble when you kill them, that you can chew on the bones to get out the marrow and it is amazing! There are few things as good... though don't quote me on that quite yet since I have yet to taste quite a few of the dragons breeds out there." How he looked forward to the sampling them and making a good meal of their bones as well. A part of him almost wished that he had a cauldron, like the ones he'd seen the two-legs using so that he could boil those bones to make himself a proper stew. It was something that caused him to give a rumbling purr just at the thought before the Firani was asking him about the blood in the air. Giving a huge grin as he sat down the Diabi gave a nod, "My handiwork." He said, clicking his curved claws against the ground, "I am up to two Ysali Orbs and one from a foolish Ayrala that I happened across. They are quite lovely though not nearly as many as I need to get my claws on." He would get a mountain of them and bring them to those in charge of the ritual he thought to himself before.
"Eh? Eh? Wait a second... a war on who?" He asked, taking a couple steps forward toward the other Drakein, looking fairly interested now. He wasn't sure what sort of war the guy was wanting to start but he was all in, if there were any of those two-legs caught in the crossfire that just meant that he would have something delicious to toss into the stew pot that he was damn well going to get for himself. Perhaps he could even steal one of them for himself during this war that this one spoke of? His tail set to swishing behind him and for a moment Eyphah felt as excited and energetic as a Keinling over the proposed war, "Come on, share the details with a fellow Drakein, who are you going after? Just a certain titled two-legs or are you gonna mess with a specific sect of them?" There were what, three different flavors of two-legs if you didn't count the strange, rare, and delicious halfbreeds? He was all of any of them though he had to admit the Orderite was his favorite, they were rather similar in flavor to avians after all... at least in his opinion.

Oh wonderful a gluttonous type. Dapyhir cocked an glowing green eye on the other drakien wondering just how he could use such a greedy thing to his advantage. This one seemed quite keen on eating...and eating pretty much everything it could snap its teeth on. He made a note that it may also include there own kind and that didn't keep himself off the menu. After the daibi drakien admitted rather proudly about his 'handiwork' his suspicions were confirmed. Trying to remain aloof he hunkered down on the warm rock looking irritated when the other dragon came closer.
"On who? Why...everyone. The two legs are easy enough to manipulate into killing each other, I do not see why I shouldn't just help them along. But I need pawns in order for it to work...so I doubt you would be interested in helping me collect them. Yes..this does include some two leggers. You see all you need to do it sow the seed of doubt in their minds...and gain their trust..." A slow vicious smile was forming across his scaly lips as he spoke.
"It takes time..a lot of planning but if you play your cards right...you get...rich rewards."

On everyone? Eyphah couldn't help but to stare at the Firani for a long moment, trying to wrap his mind around that, and didn't quite see the point. Wasn't the whole point of a war to work with one side to help them win to get yourself all manner of spoils? Yet it seemed that this guy wanted to mess with them all... he supposed in the long run if he was trying to get all three groups to wipe each other out that it was the way to go. Where was the fun in that though? If they were all dead things would get rather quiet and boring... though he somehow doubted that the Firani would be able to manipulate them all to death all that soon so Eyphah would still have plenty of time to enjoy them.
"Helping to collect them? Eh... not really, but the war part, that I can help with. You see I am planning to collect myself a mountain of orbs so that I can become the most powerful and most beautiful Drakeinian that ever walked this world. I am sure having someone on your side like that would help." He said, clicking his scythe like claws against the ground in a delighted manner. Just the idea of it was a pleasing one, getting to battle the various races on their terms in his beautiful Drakeinian form, they would fall at his feet then. His tail set to wagging and he was nearly purring just at the thought when suddenly D said the right words for once. Rich rewards, huh?
Perking up he took a step closer, "Rewards, huh? That sounds nice." Though the part about it taking time was a little boring. Why did everything good always have to take so much time? Blah... so boring... but he did like the rich rewards part, so maybe he could at least try?
