Junjie and Abellio hadn't made it all that far before he was forced to one knee in the sand, gritting his teeth as another painful jolt went through him, the paralyzing effect of the Kiandri's attack still aching deep in his muscles. He gave a little hiss before he looked over at Abellio, giving the worried Keinling a smile, "It's alright, just aches a bit in my muscles." He said in a reassuring manner, patting him in a gentle manner before he planted his staff in the sands, leaning his forehead against it, eyes sinking closed, "Mmm... I am gonna cast a healing spell, you keep your eyes open for any danger, alright?" He felt that he could trust the little one with such a task now since he had been so fast to warn him during the sneak attack last battle. There was a gathering of glittering green power around his staff that set to work slowly healing his aching body, a sound of relief escaping from his lips as he did so. Damn but the touch of those dragons hurt like nothing he'd ever felt before, not to mention he wouldn't be surprised if the collision between the beast's tail and himself, that or himself and the sand, had broken something.
It hurt, but that pain was fading as he cast his spell, able to feel it as his wounds started to fix themselves slowly, "Phew..." He murmured, allowing his glittering green eyes slide open, "Wow... glad that I have... that spell." He told Abellio who gave a soft chirp in response, a worried look on his face. Lifting a hand to scratched him under the chin soothingly, not wanting for the little Keinling to worry about him when he was going to be alright now. Of course the moment that he was certain that things were going to be alright he heard a not to distance rumbling, the sound of a Kiandri's growl, and he turned to look in that direction, "Looks like he came looking for us." He murmured, something that forced him to his feet even though he wanted nothing more then to rest up some.
"Seems that he wants another round, only this time he wasn't able to sneak up on me." He murmured, leaning against his staff for a moment before he lifted it up, pointing it at dragon. He drew in a deep, steadying breath before he cast a spell the dragon's way, allowing vines, as weak as they were in Eowyn, to tangled around one of the creature's legs, drawing an angry snarl from the Kiandri. It set to struggling with the vines, trying to break them, as he rushed forward, blasting the beast with another spell, the blinding one another, before he brought the head up the staff up against the creature's throat... it was a quick motion of his hands, one that finished the beast off in a single precise strike, before he lunged to the side to get out of the way as the dragon started to crumble, it's bones falling in a heap where Junjie had once been standing, "Phew..." Junjie lifted a hand to rest it against his chest, calming his racing heart, as Abellio hurried over to retrieve the orb for him, handing it off to Junjie, "Thank you, Abellio."
The orb was tucked away into his pack along with the others he'd gathered to this point before he said, "Shall we take a break? I am a bit beat." He said, all for a bit of rest, a drink, and a snack after so much casting. After Abellio nodded in agreement the two of them started toward the oasis where they would be able to rest and recuperate after the two tough battles.
