Kavanna awoke with a start on a bright sunny day in Serenia. She went out and did her chores for the day and realized she could not spend the rest of her day inside.
"Naomi, I'm going out." she said as she left the house and went to the docks. She was determined to take out a Gaili today. She was already well aware of the weakness the Gaili had to the Ysali dragons. This gave the Dovaa a high confidence. Confidence that she sorely lacked most of the time. But with her most recent dragon hunt, killing all five of those Aiskala, she felt as though she was ready to take on the next hunt. The Gaili.
Kavanna made her way towards Eowyn, a fairly quick trip in comparison to the others. Only a half a days trip from the docks of Serenia to the sandy beaches of Eowyn. It was there that she realized that she needed to go hiking in order to find the Gaili. Her previous trips here had been up the large Kaiatasel where she fought off the Firani dragons all those years ago. She realized that she hadn't been to the sandy wasteland that was Eowyn for quite some time.
She hiked up the mountainside in hopes of finding a Gaili dragon sooner than later. Her wish was granted when one screeched and a rock slide was upon her. She was luckily able to dodge the falling rocks fairly easily and the Gaili took flight, coming down with a large thud upon the rocky path before her. Just with twitches of it's head, it was able to cause rocks to burst from the mountainside and begin rolling towards the Dovaa. Kavanna was able to push these rocks off with the help of her summoned vines.
She then quickly wrapped the vines up and around the dragon's neck pulling down with all her might, slamming it to the ground in pain. It was definitely strong, she could feel the tug of it against her will. But luckily her will was constant and she was able to slice the neck with a quick razor leaf.
Leaving the dragon there in a heap of bones, she took off back for Serenia.
