I got to watch this race live, and watching the laps leading up to this last lap, I knew it was going to turn into what was essentially a last lap for NASCAR at Daytona or Talladega. The draft kept those cars together and I knew the move was going to come on the backstretch. I just didn't imagine they would try to go 3 wide into turn 3! Once they made it through three I was certain they were going to wad it up in turn 4 if they kept it 3 wide. I don't know how they didn't. By the time they were going into 4 I was already shouting like a schoolgirl, and when they came off, I was already jumping. Then Dempsey made his move and I went ballistic as they crossed the line!
