The party ended and Rep and his 'gang' disappeared somewhere in the chaos. Al immediately fell off his high into something that looked lost and confused and a little bit hurt. He dragged himself to his 'bed' which was really a mound of furs on his floor. A comfort when left to his own devices.
There he stayed to himself for the most part for the following days.

Rep had a very rocky few days behind him, between one thing and the other he'd been rattled by the perceived attack on his tastes and relative masculinity. After talking it out with the guys he felt better for a given value of better, but not entirely normal again. He'd decided to try and persevered regardless, so when he dropped by to visit Al, he was still shirtless with a pink scarf around his neck, but there was something a lot less confident about the way he carried himself. Sidling around what passed as Al's wall, he let himself in.
"Yo, you home?" he said as he took in the room.

Al immediately stirred from the pile of furs in surprise and once he realized just who it was, the surprise turned to mild hurt and he frowned at Rep, "Hey man." He shifted to sit indian style.

Rep raised a brow at Al and flopped down to sit on the floor nearby. "Sup?" he said, getting the impression something was probably up but not entirely sure what it was. "How did the party go?"

"It was okay...," He started before trailing off. He tilted his head to the side while eying Rep over, "Where did you go?"

Rep had a very scattered but vivid recollection of where he'd gone and for a moment he considered lying to Al, before he decided he didn't want to. The little guy deserved a bit of honesty. "Erm. I got. A bit clingy I guess. Took a break with the guys. Forgot to come back."

Al wilted, "Oh." He didn't seem grossed out or scandalized, just.... sad. He simply... forgot.

Rep held up his hands at the hangdog look Al gave him. "Listen dude. I was really really ******** drunk. I wouldn't have been able to get my trousers back on if I'd wanted to, would you rather I came back to the party in the nude and got all huggy and s**t? No."

Rep raised his eyebrows at Al in surprise. "Preferred what dude? Drunk guy, smelling like sex getting all up in your business. If that's what you ******** hope for then you have a real ******** problem there I'd say."

"I didnae ditch you!" Rep said irritably. "I was completely ******** out of it. By the time you got to the party I can ******** remember what was going on. I had to get Tracey to replay bits of it, and the bits he did weren't good man. I didn't ******** off by choice."

He shrugged. "If you'd gotten there earlier you wouldn't have been left out man, you have to get your party senses honed. People had a truth ring and s**t and when you put it on you had to answer any questions at all. You could have asked people anything."

"Aye you did man. We found out s**t like, Jerry having a weird boner for older women and like, just other s**t. It got messy in as far as my ******** ex ******** getting all picky and Melvin getting all whiny, but mostly it was pretty ******** hilarious. Even if Ace came way too close to spilling the beans on stuff."
