Backstory: Shinozuka was raised just like any other Ugly, her so-called "genetic defect" ( not really ), was that she was too skinny. Her Dorm was Jet Black, and she always dreamed of being a Pretty. And then she learned of those who rebelled against it, her best friend being one of them. She turned her best friend in, and found out about Special Circumstances. She doesn't like to talk about how she got into Special Circumstances, and how her mentor, Dr. Cable, helped rise her to the top. Now she is the leader for Special Circumstances, and she rules over her subordinates with an iron fist. She found Alex Strider and watched her as she became icy, fighting her own bubbleheaded-ness, and becoming a Cutter, and raised her as high as she could, right beside herself. The one thing no one knows, for she is quite the open book, is that deep in her heart she wants love. She wants passionate, rough, crazy love, from someone who won't be as obedient as all her other subordinates.
Years Special: 9, she became a Cutter at the age of 16, after a time of bubbleheaded-ness, then she was brought to the top.
Position: Leader, usually called Dr. Anahaka.
Room in Special Circumstances: Room One, though she sometimes goes to the Cutter Camp and checks up on them, sometimes sleeping there in the camp.
