Do NOT get me started on this one... Do you have any idea how many people ship Jim and Ariel? That's the most common one I know of, but Jim kinda gets stuck with EVERYONE. Seriously, I've seen Ariel, Rapunzel, ...even some of the guys...

WHY??


I mean, I get why people do it, but it can be annoying to try and figure out ow someone came up with that pairing.

Part of the reason I'm not a fan of these cross-over shipping is because of another story I've read, Tsubasa Rerserviour Chronicles. One of the things in that story is that every world has the same people in it, and these people will make the same connections in any world. So, theoretically, if Ariel DID have a counterpart in Treasure Planet, she would meet Prince Eric's counterpart and they would likely fall in love. I find this idea of people being meant for each other to be so romantic, that I don't like messing with it.

Yeah, I can't call myself a fan, but I'm not against it either. Sometimes people make pairings that actually work!

And unfortunately, most of the other ones I know aren't Disney pairings...

Wait really? I would have never thought. But it does make a little bit of sense. The two are so alike. They're both free spirited and very kind girls.
