No backwards compatability blahness. Why can't they make the next gen consoles be backwards compatable? stare

Rats-4$$ to indie-develepors.
Mandatory HD-installation.
Mandary log-in in every 24h.
Mandatory registeration of the game.
It has share-function.......
Design look stupid and no cd-tray.
Xbox "ONE"? Seriously?
In-essence same thing as owning a computer, only worse.
Anything good about it?

When I first saw it, I thought of the robot from short circuit for some reason...
and IDK, I probably won't get it...
I mean I'm mostly and Xbox game, but the Playstation 4 seems more gamer oriented, whereas the Xbox is trying to be everything in one.

Not what I´, seeing on this picture,
]its not a tray its like the radio in your car you just stick it in. there is a slot for it. And it could be improved. the one in my car works real well.

I have the Announcement on Spike Tv in my dvr I watched the whole thing. In a Q & A someone asked will you have to be online. and he said certainly not. some of our features work better online. but there will still be plenty of offline gameplay

the VGA:n and angryjoe are bloggers yes, but they care their viewership
since they are gamers in heart, specially Joe.
If you really want credible sources then we all need to wait E3,
because Microsoft isn´t going to give us a straight answer wether or not all of this is true.

I've always been more of a Nintendo/Playstation fan; and the Xbox One honestly is not helping. All I got out of the conference was
a) TV,
b) TV, and
c) a new Call of Duty
Which is hilarious considering PS4 is getting the exact same copy of the game so it doesn't even matter. I've seen people saying that it was a "console" release so the lack of games shouldn't matter; yet Xbox is a gaming system so they should be talking about the games at the confence. All I saw were sports games and I am not impressed. That's not including all of the unnecessary complications to lending/borrowing/selling games. I'll be honest, I've never been an Xbox fan and wasn't planning on buying the new system anyway, but all I've been hearing about the new system is negative and it's just.... what are you doing Microsoft? What are you doing?
Also in reference to VGA; I'm a big fan of theirs and if I'm not mistaken, Fraser usually asks for legitimate sources when he gathers information from his site mods. So a lot of the facts he hears and blogs about are usually pretty accurate.

◘ ◘ ◘ they were just showing their new dashboard. The rest will come at E3, E 3 is a gaming conference so they will now have time to spend all their time on the games and not on the new features in the Dashboard. I know people are going nut but do you guys not realize what kind of a leap forward the stuff that they showed is.
