Curiosity Coast Staff Building 40 HP (creatures may attack the building once every ooc hour to destroy it, which is a safe point until then)
General & Item Information
Survival on the island is up to YOU. Scattered across various places in the damaged Wonder Park are small pockets of hope, weapons that you can try to reach in order to increase your survivability. These are often extremely risky to take and carry. Items are classified into the types below. All weapons are first come first serve. A reminder that while items are important and may save you, carrying too many will slow you down, and decrease your escape roll chance!
Weapons available: All weapons are classified by allowing you to gain attack power, but are difficult to find. They are of limited supply and may break. - Handgun They seem to be everywhere but none of them are standardized meaning the bullets for each one is frustratingly different. This one is loaded only with half ammo. You can fire three shots from the handgun. Each shot does + 3 damage on top of your normal attacks. If the normal attack is result is 0 or negative, the result with the gun is 3. (subtract 1 from your escape rolls for every handgun you carry) - Shotgun A very large, unwieldy gun that is a lot more effective. This gun is loaded only with one shot. You can one shot from the shotgun. Each shot does damage equal to 50% of your opponent's REMAINING HP. (subtract 3 from your escape rolls for every shotgun you carry) - Throwing stars .... Really? Throwing stars are light but extremely difficult to use. You may only use this once. Roll a 6-sided dice. If you roll 1 or 6, you do 10 damage to your opponent. Otherwise, you do nothing. This takes up a turn. (subtract 1 from your escape rolls for every set of throwing stars you carry)
Healing Items available: All healing items are classified by their ability to heal a player. These can be found in a number of areas and are of limited supply. - Polysporin This will prevent at least the infection of wounds and help your wounds heal faster. You may use this up to three times on whomever. Each use heals you +5 HP (subtract 1 from your escape rolls for every polysporin you carry) - Ice pack This helps ease the pain and bruising. Phew. You may use this unlimited times. As long as you carry it, every single 24 OOC hours that pass will heal your character for +5 HP. It can only heal the person carrying it. You can use this indefinitely until discarded. Does not stack. (subtract 3 from your escape rolls for every icepack you carry) - Medkit Painkillers, gauze, a needle, thread, and anti-septic needed to treat a severe wound. You may use this once. It will heal you for 15 HP. (subtract 2 from your escape rolls for every medkit you carry)
Defensive Items available: The most common type of item. These ones may spare you from otherwise terrible damage or ward off enemies or even camouflage you for a bit. They may also break easily. - Chains Chains will slow an enemy down. If you fail to roll to escape, roll a 20-sided dice again. If you roll 5 or higher, you manage to escape! . You can only use this once. (subtract 2 from your escape rolls for every chain you carry) - Pair of Shoes It's a pretty decent pair of shoes. Maybe you can run faster with these. Your equipment load feels lighter. (add +1 to escape rolls.) You can use this indefinitely until discarded. Does not stack. - Kelvar Vest: Not the most comfortable, but better than nothing. Add +10 permanently to your HP. You can use this indefinitely until discarded. (subtract 2 from your escape rolls for every vest you carry) Does not stack.
SPECIAL ACCESS CARDS: - Occasionally, you may run into a SPECIAL ACCESS CARD. It looks like in the chaos, a high-level staff member has dropped it by accident! Each SPECIAL ACCESS CARD leads only to a specific area. For instance, you may find a SPECIAL ACCESS CARD labelled PARABLE POOL. You will only be able to use it for that location by finding the secret security point.
SECRET SECURITY POINTS: - If you have a special access card and you reach that specific security point, congratulations, you have found a loot and shelter area. This will provide you shelter for 24 IC hours as well as some useful loot, such as attack, healing, and defensive items.

Loafe felt subtle hunch. It was so subtle and little it was just thoughted like his scence had failed to probe logically. It was odd to think hunch had failed to predict logically but he thought like that. Then he noticed there were muffled sounds of stealthy footsteps. It was pretty common sound in his whole life, however it was heard like it contained something little bit different. He got goose bumps all over. It was second odd hunch. The sound became more bold and loud. He perceived the rustling sound was came from frontier. It was more thrilling. He started to run as fast as he could. And he saw there was no boarderlin, no more. He sailed his fluff wings and flied to north with happiness.
He headed out to the north. There, he found blue water and building. Blue water was adorable since it was totally new color in his life. But he was influenced more by (somewhat rootless) hostile feelings. So he decided to destroy it.

Nadya ran up to the building and jumbled a bit with the door so she could get in and look at what was available to her before she went on a search. Since the creatures seem rather aggressive she grabbed up a handgun after she was sure it had at least some ammo and then put on a kevlar vest
She ducked out of the building and frowned a bit.
"Ariel? Fynn?" She called out once she was out of the building with the handgun. Maybe...Maybe they were out of the water? Fynn was known to carry Ariel around on his back and...
Maybe they were alright and had escaped somewhere safe...

Nadya never intended to stick around Wonder Park and wanted to persue her own research, but things happened. Nadya had gotten attached to some of the critters that she works with. She is motherly and protective of those she cares for.

Nadya was suddenly attacked by a critter causing her to sort of overly dodge the attack that had missed anyhow, "No! I am not bad. I am friend!" She tried to get through to it.
She aimed to make a warning shot, which unfortunately hit the poor winged fox. All thanks to the roar of a dragon above making her jerk oddly as she fired.

Muk had led Luk on quite the adventure, through the forest and along the coastline, even into the water as they swam across to the small island in search of screams.
Luk probably shouldn't have let Muk be in charge of the directions, because when they climbed ashore, all they found was one measly human. But by this point, it didn't matter, Muk was feeling absolutely starved and one human was enough.
'SKIN! RIP! TEAR!'
He lunged at Nadya.

She took a moment to breathe, leaning against a wall and sucking in deep breaths while trying to slow down here racing heart. She was sure it wouldn't be long until the other creatures that had come across her group arrived. She felt like a coward for running, but to try and survive, she had very little choice.
Lydia was not a fighter.
Once she could, she immediately began her search, finding a much more suitable pair of shoes then what she was currently wearing and grabbing them, before finding a freezer, opening it, and snatching up an ice pack, which she immediately placed on the more grievous looking wound on her leg to try and control the swelling.

Jean "Tooly" Toulouse was discovering that running for your life in a pair of converse was an exercise in extremely sore feet. Therefore, when she stumbled to a panting stop in the Staff Center, she immediately slid down and massaged some feeling back into them. As she struggled to her feet, she heard a noise from deeper in the building, and cautiously went to investigate.
"Lydia!" Tooly exclaimed, limping over to the lady. "You got away! Where are the others?"

She likes to dress in faded, comfortable jeans, and concentrates an unnerving amount of color on her upper body. Her arms are covered in tattoos, which she'll proudly tell you she designed herself. She has very short, bleached white hair, and cool green eyes.
The Centaur didn't have any chance to explore the staff building in Faerie Forest thanked to her companions, so she decided to move to another building, hoping to find some fruits. She was not in a good mood since the humans hided all of the fresh fruits she wanted, she didn't eat anything today yet and morning had been passed for a while already.
On her way, she could hear and see humans running for their survivals, well, an exotic visit of the park turned into a survival game, she'd sure some of them were confused and lost control. However, it was none of her business, her intention was never changed: catch a handler and cross-examine for foods OR harvest some fruits by her own search. It was just that simple.
Reaching the Coast, the building was still neat, it seemed not many creatures vented to it yet. Elafi really hoped she could find something here.
Gun? Elafi eyed on one of the humans she found and frowned. It was rude to point that thing against them. The centaur turned to another direction, perked up and looked at a high eye level. Of course, she nearly step onto a human because they were too short.
She paused and stared at Lydia for a while, she was panting and wasn't in a good condition. Probably the creatures were too excited for the freedom. Elafi gave a disapproved look. She never think of human flesh as diet because it's just not her taste.
Then the freezer caught her attention.
{Is there any fruits in that freezer, human?} She forgot they could hear her at all.
Name: Elafi Species: Snow Centaur Park Location: Faerie Forest Physical Description:Picture Reference They are lovely creatures that have a female human torso but equine bottom. Bottom is powerful and more like deer-horse mix with dense fur. Snow Centaur has tanned color skin and dark hair with silver white eyes and lip.
Brief Character Profile: Elafi always thinks that the forest is her homeland and very sensitive to outsiders. Being a centaur, she's quite aloof and headstrong, kinda a control freak. She will fight for what she thinks is correct and very realistic. Haughty and arrogant, she rarely admire or appreciate others' work. Within her kind, she's a pioneer. Lastly, she won't trust anyone easily, skeptical about what you say and will find her own way to discover the "truth". Elafi has one apparent weakness - strong maternal instinct: If you need protection, she's probably a good choice.
As if it wasn't bad enough that there was one critter attacking her, there was a new one charging at her now. Her body swiveled about as she aimed and fired at the figure even as the impact tore at her vest.
"Nonono! Is wrong. Is all wrong. Why isn't anything working like it should!" Nadya was now distressed. Did this mean that Ariel and Fynn would turn on her? Her heart gave a twinge of pain at the thought. Frenzied mind registered figures running past her and yelling.
"CHASED?!" Was all she could think to respond her voice high and distressed.
She just wanted a good day. A happy day. She wanted to keep working...
There was another creature coming in and ...
Maybe she should consider escaping...?
Back toward the building she shouted, "Get what you need! We may have to run! Not going to be safe here long..!"

The change of scenery was weird, and Luk wasn't sure that he liked the feeling of this kind of ground on his feet. Someone had done a very good job of tearing the ground into very tiny pieces to step on, but the fact that he hadn't been the one to do so combined with the strange unbalance that happened with each step he took made this easily the worst ground ever.
He was temporarily distracted by smushing his foot into the ground over and over again, until he felt a tug on his hand and smelled a tasty sort of fleshfood. Grinning, he flexed his fingers and took a step towards it - then quickly stepped back as the food threw something at Muk out of another thing. Fast.
'What?!' he screeched, eyes flashing as he stared up at the food. 'No! No! No hurting at Muk! Terrible food, terrible and not torn up and hurting my Muk!' None of those things were things that were allowed, as far as he was concerned. He swiped at her leg and tried to hold onto it, but lost his grip as soon as he made an attempt to pull that part off.
Sturdier food than he thought!

[Entering!] Nyanin followed his friends, soaring across the water with his tiny wings. The rockhut had been empty. Nobody inside to give food. Nobody inside to give headpets. Nobody at all. Nyanin felt so alone. He felt Mad. And hungry. His teeth ached. The Mad heated up his belly and lungs and brain until he could only think about The Mad.
Then, the island was upon him. Another rockhut! The sight of it filled him with hurt, and The Mad. And a NotFriend was there, with a LoudThing that sparked and banged. He hated LoudThing, he hated NotFriend for being like Friend who had left him alone. GUH, TOO SLOW! I'll re-write/re-roll against building. Nyanin screeched and dove, teeth bared and snapping.
