Legend Lake Staff Building 40 HP (creatures may attack the building once every ooc hour to destroy it, which is a safe point until then)
General & Item Information
Survival on the island is up to YOU. Scattered across various places in the damaged Wonder Park are small pockets of hope, weapons that you can try to reach in order to increase your survivability. These are often extremely risky to take and carry. Items are classified into the types below. All weapons are first come first serve. A reminder that while items are important and may save you, carrying too many will slow you down, and decrease your escape roll chance!
Weapons available: All weapons are classified by allowing you to gain attack power, but are difficult to find. They are of limited supply and may break. - Handgun They seem to be everywhere but none of them are standardized meaning the bullets for each one is frustratingly different. This one is loaded only with half ammo. You can fire three shots from the handgun. Each shot does + 3 damage on top of your normal attacks. If the normal attack is result is 0 or negative, the result with the gun is 3. (subtract 1 from your escape rolls for every handgun you carry) - Shotgun A very large, unwieldy gun that is a lot more effective. This gun is loaded only with one shot. You can one shot from the shotgun. Each shot does damage equal to 50% of your opponent's REMAINING HP. (subtract 3 from your escape rolls for every shotgun you carry) - Throwing stars .... Really? Throwing stars are light but extremely difficult to use. You may only use this once. Roll a 6-sided dice. If you roll 1 or 6, you do 10 damage to your opponent. Otherwise, you do nothing. This takes up a turn. (subtract 1 from your escape rolls for every set of throwing stars you carry)
Healing Items available: All healing items are classified by their ability to heal a player. These can be found in a number of areas and are of limited supply. - Polysporin This will prevent at least the infection of wounds and help your wounds heal faster. You may use this up to three times on whomever. Each use heals you +5 HP (subtract 1 from your escape rolls for every polysporin you carry) - Ice pack This helps ease the pain and bruising. Phew. You may use this unlimited times. As long as you carry it, every single 24 OOC hours that pass will heal your character for +5 HP. It can only heal the person carrying it. You can use this indefinitely until discarded. Does not stack. (subtract 3 from your escape rolls for every icepack you carry) - Medkit Painkillers, gauze, a needle, thread, and anti-septic needed to treat a severe wound. You may use this once. It will heal you for 15 HP. (subtract 2 from your escape rolls for every medkit you carry)
Defensive Items available: The most common type of item. These ones may spare you from otherwise terrible damage or ward off enemies or even camouflage you for a bit. They may also break easily. - Chains Chains will slow an enemy down. If you fail to roll to escape, roll a 20-sided dice again. If you roll 5 or higher, you manage to escape! . You can only use this once. (subtract 2 from your escape rolls for every chain you carry) - Pair of Shoes It's a pretty decent pair of shoes. Maybe you can run faster with these. Your equipment load feels lighter. (add +1 to escape rolls.) You can use this indefinitely until discarded. Does not stack. - Kelvar Vest: Not the most comfortable, but b Add +10 permanently to your HP. You can use this indefinitely until discarded. Does not stack. (subtract 2 from your escape rolls for every vest you carry)
SPECIAL ACCESS CARDS: - Occasionally, you may run into a SPECIAL ACCESS CARD. It looks like in the chaos, a high-level staff member has dropped it by accident! Each SPECIAL ACCESS CARD leads only to a specific area. For instance, you may find a SPECIAL ACCESS CARD labelled PARABLE POOL. You will only be able to use it for that location by finding the secret security point.
SECRET SECURITY POINTS: - If you have a special access card and you reach that specific security point, congratulations, you have found a loot and shelter area. This will provide you shelter for 24 IC hours as well as some useful loot, such as attack, healing, and defensive items.

Muk searched for his ‘brother’, clambering through the undergrowth of the forest.
Luk, I’m hungry. My tummy hurts.
But it was more than just hunger. He’d awoken feeling strangely refreshed; alive with vigor he’d never felt before. He wanted more than to simply eat, he wanted to rip, he wanted to tear, and he wanted to kill. Muk wanted the pleasure of ripping something limb from limb and he was suddenly tired of practicing on rodents. The distant sounds of screaming made his face twist into a feral grin, and he called out again to his companion.
Luk, what’s that? Can we go there? Let’s go to that sound.

Things that were Not Muk were very nasty to look at.
Though the fog of the calm left by their food, it could almost be mistaken as a great disinterest in anything except the other goblin. In the earlier days, Luk would turn his head away like a stubborn child when presented with the image of new things in his line of sight, his head full of no, no. It was a slow awakening, but now, inch by inch, he felt like he was learning why.
Because now there wasn't any food, and his tummy was starting to feel like it was tying itself in knots, and the things in his way would be much easier if he ripped them apart and made them smaller.
He glanced in the direction of the rustling noise, quickly turning to welcome the approaching goblin with outstretched arms and a terrible smile to mirror the other's.
Yes! That sound tastes nice in my head. And maybe in yours, too! His smile grew even wider, until it almost hurt. And really, really nice in our mouths.
He briefly pantomimed how he might tear up one of those awful things into tiny, bite-sized pieces, and continued the charade by stuffing one 'handful' into his own mouth, and shoving the other 'handful' towards Muk's face.
Yum!
Satisfied that the invisible demonstration was now over, because it wasn't actually food and they were actually hungry, he eagerly offered his hand to Muk. They could figure this out tasty sound together. They could do any stuff if they did it together!
And, Luk thought, the world full of nasty things would be much better when torn into more manageable shreds anyway.
Bursting from the bushes, he nearly knocked his friend to the ground as he bounded into Luk’s outstretched arms. A quick hug, then Muk stepped back as Luk began to speak.
Muk listened with rapt attention, Luk was always better at figuring things out than he was and the goblin boy was always amazed by the other goblin’s deductive powers. Muk only knew what he wanted, not how to get there. Enthralled, Muk watched the invisible story unfold, ending his by chomping his teeth in excitement.
Tastes very nice, Luk. Good plan, let’s eat it.
He took the offered hand happily, giving it a friendly squeeze. It was one limb he had no desire to tear off, and he held the purple hand affectionately in his own, leading Luk in the direction of the screams. Muk might have had no desire to hurt Luk, but his idea of leading was rather poor and he dragged the goblin after him through the forest at a run, eager to reach their destination.
The staff building loomed ahead, framing one side of the lake. The trees thinned and Muk finally slowed, looking confused.
Luk. I smell food but I don’t see it. The sound isn’t here. Luk, where is it?
He was getting frustrated, and his little fist sailed into a nearby tree.

Akiko was not a happy kitsune, no siree. She was hungry and when she was hungry just about anything could set off her temper. And then there was a pull to the south that she didn't understand. The red head's tails swished in aggravation and her ears laid flat to her head. {Hungryyyyyy! Where are the staff?} She whined as she turned to look at Irisa.
{Let's go find out or at least find food!} She pointed in the direction of the closest human building, the Lake Staff.
Irisa was beyond annoyed, first of all she was hungry. Second, all the screaming from the humans was getting to her. Then there was this strange pull she kept feeling to the south. Looking to Akiko, she whines alittle before she shifts to her full kirin form. With a couple of chirps, she follows after Akiko {That place has to have food, but how we gonna get it?} she didn't care much about the staff at the moment.
They didn't bring them food, they betrayed them.
But with her being able to move about as she pleased at the moment. Her mind only came to one thing {Hey Akiko, remember that one human that called me a unicorn? Think we can make it understand I'm not?} the need for food was getting to her, and right now, she didn't care how she got it.
Moving towards The Legend Lake building, she chirps again.
Akiko's tails swished more violently then she copied Irisa and turned into her full kitsune form, fox fire appearing to glow around her twin tails. {We force our way in!} Her ears perked up when the kirin mentioned the human. {Oh yesssss. Food first and then we find the human male.} She chirruped then once they were close enough to the building, launched some fox fire at it though the fire didn't seem to damage it.

Irisia coos as she follows Akiko's lead and goes after the building. Forcing the way in sounds perfect! Charging the building, she gets up on her hind legs and uses her front legs as she attempts to smash the front door in {OPEN UP!!}
Common sense was gone, and Irisa no longer cared. She just wanted food.

Akiko yipped in glee then attacked the building with her fox fire again. {Surrender the food and almost no one will get hurt!} She knew full well no human would hear but that didn't stop her from projecting that.

Irisa chirps with laughter at Akiko command. Kicking harder with her front legs, she growls as she shakes her head {I don't think they are going to give up the food.} she pauses as she looks at the building {I say we break the whole thing down.}

Akiko pouted the best she could when it seemed her fire didn't do anything to the building the last two times. Maybe it was fire proof? How dare it be! Her temper flared and in turn her fox fire grew bigger. She tossed the flames at the building one more time to see if it really was fire proof. {Yes, break it ALL!} She chirruped.

Irisa was fuming, and without a word to the kitsune next to her, she shifts back to her half human form and just starts hitting the building with her fist. If her hooves weren't going to get her into the building, then many her hands will. All she wanted was some food, so why weren't the humans staff being nice and getting it for them?

Akiko huffed and glared at the building when it was clear her fire did nothing. She took a page from Irisa's book and transformer into her humanoid form and kicked the building.

Irisa shook the building with all the strength she could, trying to get it to move. When she found she was unable, she huffs then pouts at Akiko {There has to be a quicker way off getting to the food.}
