The Realms is crawling with terrible creatures and staying at the resort is no longer an option for those who wish to live. Most humans are racing above ground and into the park, seeking out some sort of safe area, but a few notice several manhole covers near the resort that lead down into the sewer system. It's actually kind of a terrible idea to go down there, if they're relatively clean and unused. After all, isn't this how people end up dead in horror movies? But maybe they don't know that, or, in the face of monsters rampaging everywhere else anyway, they just don't care.
Down inside the sewers, the screams and sounds of destruction are muffled, while the ground shaking thumps and roars of massive creatures moving directly above become entirely more alarming. It's dark inside, only infrequent beams of daylight filtering through manhole covers offering any visibility. Despite that, the decision to come down here seems to have been a good one, as nothing jumps out to attack anyone.
Eventually you find yourself at a fork in the road, the tunnel branching in two directions, right and left. Which way do you go?

And like magic Rin had somehow managed to usher a small group of guests(and maybe other staff) into the sewers before something snapped their heads off. And after a short bit of waiting from stragglers they were heading down the path through the muck and... well ew.
It was a good thing she'd never been a girl girl. Still, there did seem to be no real monsters for the first chunk of their walking and... it seemed safe enough. Maybe she had, in fact, made the correct choice in bringing them here. Hopefully.
A light sigh and it was going smooth until they reached a point where the tunnel split. <******** fabulous." Obviously the professional switch was a bit off by this point. "I say left." She added after a moment, trying to figure out the mental map of the island in her head. God knew if she was right, it was hard to tell when you were underground.
"If you want to go another way you can, but I will be heading to the left." Because it was honestly a toss of the coin at this point. She couldn't hear anything dangerous in either direction.
(( RIN WILL BE LEADING TO THE LEFT MAKE YOUR CHOICE BEFORE MIDNIGHT PLEASE.))

Steve quickly made his way behind the security lady. He carefully made his way into the sewer down the rusty ladder. He could care less at this point what it smelled like or what he was standing in. He was glad to be away from whatever it was up above that he could hear coming from up above.
He sticks close to the Security guard every once in awhile looking back "Bear you still here right?" When they stopped and looked head to see the split tunnels he let out a groan "s**t!" He wasn't sure what to do now he just stood there looking between the two options.
He looked at the security lady and for the first time seeing her badge with a hesitation in his voice " If you say left Rin... left it is." He leaned up against the wall of the sewer to catch his breath and hopefully get his heart beat to slow back to normal. " Better to stick with a group at this point I think." Steve is following Rin to the LEFT
"Ugh. s**t. It reeks in here," Chris groaned as they entered the sewers. Apart from that, he could hear terrorized screams from above. They were muffled, but they were still very audible.
Looking around, he noted that it was really dark in here. That wasn't really a good sign, since they couldn't see a whole lot, but... it didn't seem like there was much in here aside from their group. Speaking of them, they were moving on towards the left tunnel in the fork that came up. Without much thought, he followed them. Splitting up was always a horrible idea in these sorts of situations.
"You better not be leading us to our doom," he muttered.
That didn't mean he couldn't gripe about it, though.
Hawkeye is going to the left.

He was still distracted with the thought of how unprepared they were, it was against his nature. Bear hung back a little at the entrance they had come down torn. It was dark, they needed a light source. They didn't know how long they'd be here, they needed food. But you could live without food for a few days. More importantly they needed water. He darted back above ground to the dining hall to snag a couple of the water bottles he'd seen, then moved after the others.
But something still wormed it's way at the back of his mind.
He decided to check the manholes as they went past, to see where they exited. One was the street. Another a bathroom. The third, that was the kitchen.
"Hey guys wait. We might want to get some supplies..." He trailed off. He wanted to go grab a knife or two, and some bread. Raisins if he could find them, things that would not go bad. Not a long sidetrip before going down that fork, just a quick snatch and go. He didn't want to stay above-ground for too long either.
Rin paused at the mention, glancing up at the manhole and listening to the noise above. "Something is near there." She stated simply, obvious annoyance on her face. She wasn't afraid, but if it got down in the sewers the safe place was 'ruined.'
"I suppose you can try popping up there if you want. Be quick. But if I so much as hear something I'm saving the group." She stated simply, looking up as a roar was heard. Who knew if it was in the kitchen or outside.

You're not as important as the whole group sorry.

(Enter.)
Adam hadn't expected "underground" to mean "the sewers". He had unfortunate experiences with them in the past. You would not believe the kind of proof people tried to hide in there. And you would not believe who his boss sent to document that proof. Him. Always him.
He jumped around nervously in front of the first manhole cover he came across. What options did he have? If he stayed here, then he'd probably be eaten. If he went down there, then he might not be. Either way, he'd be afraid. "s**t." He headed down.
He overheard someone talk about getting supplies. He realized all he had was the granola bar and kale chips from the mermaid car, along with an inedible camera and definitely inedible pad and pen.
He was going to go right. If he weren't under pressure, then he would've thought it would be logical to go left with most of the group. Since he was rather frightened at the moment, he went with his gut feeling. It told him to go right. Why? Maybe because he was right handed or something.

Steve shook his head as Bear mentioned supplies this was his total instinct of survival mode kicking in and he knew there was nothing he could do to stop him. "Bear careful." He eyed the security guard and could tell she was a little annoyed. "Hurry your a** up and I swear if you let ANYTHING follow you down here I'll kick your a** myself before anyone else does." He turned back to the group and gave a look of it's fine he does this all the time kinda thing.

This was probably a bad idea, following a group into the sewer like that but at the moment Chris didn't care. Everything had gone Jurassic Park only this time in real life. He followed after the group with a worried frown and looked around to make sure nothing was in the shadows.
Bear frowned at her, suddenly displeased with their guide. Ignoring her altogether he crawled up into the kitchen, quickly grabbing the nearest food items and knife he could reach from his place half out the manhole below counter level. Which amounted to five cinnamon rolls and a handful of apples he bundled into a cook's apron hanging around, and one of those fancy chef knives that has a cover that is a sharpener. His sister had one of these things.
The white bundle went over his shoulders, the apron making a lovely makeshift backpack that he resolved to stain a darker less obvious color as soon as possible. "Chill Steve, you want to starve?" Adding the water bottles to his sack he listened carefully for signs he had been noticed. Not hearing any after a minute he hurried after the group, heading for the left. He was not leaving Steve alone in the place.
Bear has gone left with the group

Rebecca stumbled along. Safety in numbers right? She followed along to the left taking a few photos of the paths and then pocketing the camera for later. “Well, I have my good boots on if we get attacked. So I’d say our chances slim to none.” She commented casually to the air. “But better than none.” She glanced around at the rest of the group trying to recognize them. That migraine was killer.
Penelope went after the group, following Rin with ease. She kept her gaze to the outside of the group, her notebook in her pocket and pen tucked away somewhere safe.
There would be time to write later. For now? She would watch the group's back.
[Going to the LEFT.]

The sewers was probably the last place she wanted to be, but right now... there really weren't much options. How... could this happen?
"T-Thomas, I'm scared..." She stuck close to him, as if he were her personal lifeline, and watched as the ground of people before her filtered out left and right. "Most of the others seem to be going left... so should we too?"

Thomas wasn't sure how he felt about the sewers. For all it's dank darkness, it was not bloody, and he found himself breathing a little easier as they followed the small group through them. Heck, on most other days wandering in sewers was something considered fun. Who knew what lived down in them? Unfortunately, such mysteries seemed far less fun at the moment.
He reached out and took Adriana's hand in his own as she spoke. He squeezed it as much for her comfort as his. "I know. I am, too." He was not afraid to admit it.
The fork in the path was not entirely unexpected, though it was unwanted. "Perhaps we should..." He thought for a moment, considering. There was safety in numbers, right? Wasn't that what people said? "Stick with the group? It seems the safest option for now."
He really didn't know what else to do. Yesterday had been kind of awesome. Today was not. With any luck, though, it wouldn't get any worse.
