hereErionda smiled with a surge of victory, spinning around to face the dragons. Erionda intercepted another worried glance from the Keinling. He didn't have to speak for her to know what he was thinking. Growling as the two remaining uninjured dragons moved in to block her view of her companion.
All seven remaining dragon's were now locked on her. Lips curling back in menacing snarls. Mismatched eyes swept over the dragons. Gripping her sword tightly Erionda shifted, her feet moving her quickly to the side. If her hunch was correct, they would have all forgotten about Lanzecki hiding under the skull and would now be focusing on trying to destroy her. Glancing back over her shoulder Erionda just barely missed an attack. Adrenaline pulsed through her as the true realization of her predicament settled in. Thankfully all seven dragons were chasing her now.
Each seemed to be climbing over another, their jaws snapping, trying to catch up the hybrid and shred her. One breaking free of the group to soar skyward before diving headlong into Erionda's position. It's muzzle crackling with electric energy as it dove.
Gripping her shield the hybrids ice blue eye flashed. A large shield of ice slowly formed between them. The heat already threatening to crack and weaken her form of defense. Cursing Erionda changed her direction, heading strait for the group of six. Swinging her sword she was able to disable one of the larger beasts just as the other crashed head first into the ice. Shattering it as easy as if it were glass.
Bending back to avoid the razor sharp teeth of another strike Erionda whipped her sword up. Removing the dragons head completely. Her sword was growing lighter with each kill, swifter with each swing. Smirking triumphantly at the other dragons before falling backwards with a squeak.
