Well, in this code there's one word, and that word can be any length, I think, but it's usually five letters long.
That word is the keyword and whatever the first letter of the keyword is, you take that letter and use that Cipher.
Let's say the keyword is STAIR.
For the first letter in what you're trying to encrypt you use S-Cipher and for the next letter you use T-Cipher and so on.
STAIR is the keyword to make it easy on you.
