Nanami had rented out the house's sun room to use as her tattoo parlor for years before the original residents moved away, allowing her to buy the three bedroom house at a surprisingly low price.
Haruka was raised here, and for about twenty years the two lived quite comfortably and happily. However, since Haruka moved out, the medium-sized house has felt incredibly large, and has gotten rather messy in the absence of the person who did the most chores. It's still a comfortable, homey place. Nanami has left her daughter's room exactly the same, in case she ever needs to spend the night.
In the hallway between the kitchen and the living room, there's a door that leads to the sun room, where Seven Seas Tattoo resides.

Stocking Day! Stocking Day! How Lavender loved Stocking Day! Her first stop of the lovely season was to none other than Nanami Koyama! Someone that had been held near and dear to her heart through many, many years. Now that Nanami was an old woman, Lavender had to say that she was disappointed. Lavender used to find happiness in watching all of her lovely little followers going about their lives and making babies (oh did she love to watch them make babies)! Lately, there was no baby making in the life of Nanami! In fact, there was hardly anything that didn't involve her dreadful daughter. She just needed to let go of that Carnation follower! She had her own life now, after all. There was only so much that a mother could really do to raise a girl up right! Lavender should know! The goddess herself raised Lavender up to be the perfect little fairy that she was! Oh, but none of this meant that she didn't absolutely looooooove Nanami! She was beautiful and had such a kicking body! Oh how she wished Nanami would go try to make some more babies! As she fluttered her way through, as high as she could go to avoid the cats, she smiled down upon the house. Maybe she should suggest that Nanami add some water! A nice, big river flowing through here would be great! Ah, yes! There was her room! She quickly squeezed through the crack and smiled down at the sleeping body. Oh, she didn't look a day over 40! Maybe she shouldn't have been so harsh to her in that letter... Oh well! She placed an envelope and a small box containing a necklace of clamrose seashells woven through her own hair on the end table. The final step was a kiss placed delicately on the forehead and she was gone to visit her next victim!
