Regardless of other wins and losses over the last couple months, he was still alive, his starseed still pulsed with extra power, and the demands of his new allegiance and Kingdom stood still stark against any other contrasts. Energy was needed. He had a quota to fill. As soon as the sun was setting, Björn abandoned the gym to power up and hunt in the dying gold of the sun's descent.

Titanlåvenite preferred not to take too much from one source, but as a lieutenant his control was not practiced. It worked out to make targets pass out anyway, they remembered things less clearly when they woke such as the particulars of exactly what had happened to them. Tonight he'd found a ready supply of single targets downtown at a parking garage- suits of all kinds burning the midnight oil before tiredly stumbling to their cars without much thought - the garage did have security guards down at the pay station to take money. Or it had, as the gold had turned to blazing red, then died to dusky lavender. The security men were both stuffed in one booth, both passed out and drained with an assortment of dents and bruises to subdue them both.

Those who would not bend knee, broke.

And now, the sky deepening into navy, Titan had hold of a pretty lawyer, dangled by a firm hold around her bicep off the ground, a massive hand palming her face to muffle her screams for help. It was pointless of her. He wasn't going to kill her, but he wasn't going to let her get away either. Not like Leda.

Never again like Leda.

Following the power signal of a nearby Chaos aura, Troy Squire ventured into a dark parking garage in the ******** creepy place," he bemoaned as he crossed through, finding a security guard passed out and bruised. It wasn't the doing of a youma, this was definitely the work of a human, and a pretty merciless one at that. He picked up his pace as he drew nearer and nearer to the power aura source, stopping his tracks at the sight of a hulking beast of a man draining the energy of a struggling woman.

"Hey! What the s**t?!" Troy called out as he marched forward. "Did them Negaversers start recruiting Hulks now or something? Let her go or I'll kick your a**."

He hoped he could kick his a**.

He noticed the approaching aura, hoped idly that they would be more occupied with calling an ambulance and helping the security desk than with following further in.

The best laid plans, Titan sighed. He turned his attention before turning his whole body, appreciating the work that went into the eyecandy of the open long vest. Whatever he was in powered life, this man did see to training in his other time. Weight training. He would be strong.

"It is already done. Her energy is mine; I do not want her life." He shifted his hands and lifted the girl up like an offering for an altar, "Take her, freely, if you want."

Being called a hulk was almost funny, earning a smirk. That was exactly what he wanted to be, in a way. It was no slight. This might be a good fight. A good day. A good battle. You, now that you have shown yourself. You I will want to take to my lord.

"Fortune favors the bold- both of us."

"Yeah, well, I dunno what that means," he grumped. He wasn't sure if that was a fortune cookie slogan or some kind of famous quote, but whatever its meaning it flew right over the blonde boy's head.

He looked at the helpless, unconscious woman in the big boy's arms. It wasn't right for her to be put in the middle of this. Even if he didn't want to kill her, he still took something from her that wasn't his to take. He couldn't tun a blind eye to that.

"Now I'm only gonna say it one more time: put the girl down," he ordered loudly, taking a few slow steps closer, standing the car's width apart. "Now."

"As you will."

"Let's not wait."

Dead weight, no longer of viable use, she made a well enough projectile, so he hucked the poor thing like sack being loaded onto a farm cart at the new guest. Human ballistics were becoming something of a specialty. He'd have to remember to thank Buddy when he crossed his path again.

Standing around after tossing her was no use, so he followed the body, walking to close the distance between them.

"Watch it!" he shouted. The body wasn't able to be thrown too far, and Troy Squire dived to the ground to be sure to catch her before she hit her head or injured herself. He gently placed her down, but unfortunately his impulse to save the woman meant sacrificing any time to prepare himself for the bulky lieutenant getting closer - only enough time to raise two fists in pre-emptive defense.

The art of predicting an opponent was something of an advanced mystery, but this much at least had panned out- the enemy would take a handicap on account of a bystander. The hood was a strange choice as well. Surely it would limit how much the other man could see? Or maybe it was magical, like so much about the war was. They were all...magical.

But fists raised for defense and Titanlåvenite was happy to oblige- not only to aim to hit Troy himself, but to try to hit the raised forearms directly. "You build walls. See how long they hold. "

How many hits could this one absorb in attrition? It would take counting what connected. "Your name?"

A punch landed against Troy's forearm, causing him to stumble back, but maintain position. The enemy was certainly a strong, bulky opponent and stronger than the average Lieutenant, but Troy was stronger than the average Squire. It was going to be a tough battle, although Troy wasn't sure if he was going to have the same amount of stamina, cause that punch really ********," he groaned. He wasn't sure what information was safe to give out, nor did he want to make much smalltalk to this...beast of a person. "Name's Troy."

Unsure of what next move to take, he lunged forward in attempt to tackle the giant man.

One hit. He does not stagger so much, but it is a good start. There is no need to throw every ounce into every blow, rather keep energy and stay constant. Even mountains break down to waves.

Like waves.

Titan certainly wasn't in the business of feint and dodge, but Troy's rush was more than he expected, and he was lifted back a few feet and lost the air in his lungs with an "Oooph-"

But since that meant the knight was so close? Titan brought down his fists in fist strokes to try for Troy's upper back and shoulders- hammers to anvil.

Fists slammed against Troy's back like being clubbed. He shouted unintelligibly as he shifted his body weight, still attempting to tackle the lieutenant, in attempt to slam down his opponent against the hood of a nearby parked sudan and hopefully pin him down to get a few punches in - and more importantly, stop the beating his back was receiving.

He was pleasantly surprised and forced to reevaluate his initial consideration of the other man as Troy's back tensed and legs pushed the larger
"Titanlåvenite. We are met."

Lieutenant's full weight off ground, off his feet and crashing back into the front and hood of a car. The flimsy sheet metal wasn't made for supporting against the tension of a body, or in this case the impact of two at force. It dented in like a chair at pelvis and lumbar, groaning in further with the landing punches.

Where metal bent, bone fractured as well, and Titan coughed after the volley. It was hard, not as hard as his Lord's punches, but his ribs didn't differentiate. If the hammer coming down did not break this one, then the anvil could be brought up to him. As Troy was so near, Titan tried to palm his face- aiming to drive him head first into the nearby windshield.

Troy did his best to block, raising his arms to shield his face - but the next thing he knew he was being tossed with massive force through a windshield. He screamed as one arm swelled with pain from the force of the blow and the other arm stung and bled from the glass of the windshield. His face was fine, but his hope of winning this battle was all but lost.

Inside the vehicle, albeit through unconventional methods, he crawled into the backseat of the car to hide - as if he was well-hidden at all. It wasn't his best plan, but he had hoped to at least find security inside for long enough to catch his breath.

Titan blinked a moment as his opponent disappeared INTO the car instead of trying to back from it. What an unusual strategy...what would it benefit him? Titan couldn't wrap his head around it. But he did know, knew well and deep down from many practices for strongman competitions that THIS-

This was something he could do.

Lifting a car by a side was something he could do without power coursing through his muscles. The lieutenant set his jaw, gritting his teeth and roaring loudly against the pain in his middle, wrapped his large fingers under the frame where a jack would go, and lift the vehicle to flip it on its side.

He wasn't sure how he would fish Troy out of there to capture, but he puffed proudly, seeing his own handiwork. Maybe better not to try to capture him. He hit really hard. It took a moment to climb out one of the windows or fight gravity to use the doors that weren't now oriented to the pave. Maybe it would be smartest to retreat. The energy he'd gathered would be intact and in hand. Proverbs said one in the hand was worth the 'two' of a knight within the car.

"I cannot win you as prize today, but I will look for you, Troy, " Titan coughed as he turned on his heel to leave, intent on distance between them and retreating.

Troy didn't move a muscle until he sensed the power signature of Titanlåvenite was clearly out of range. He wasn't even sure if he could move a muscle, pinned in the backseat of a flipped over vehicle. He used the best of his strength to push the area around him and create some level of crawling space, but he was badly busted up. He tried to crawl out the smashed open window, but couldn't grab onto anything to pull himself forward.

"Help," he uttered weakly. He looked straight ahead out the window, trying to crawl until - a hand reached out to save him. He grabbed a tight hold of the hand and pulled himself forward. It wasn't until he was laying on the floor of the garage, free of the vehicle, that he recognized his savior - the woman who he had earlier rescued. She looked weak, still lacking a lot of energy that had been drained from her, and bruised from being tossed.

"Thanks," he muttered softly. She gave a nod of appreciation as she tried to help him up, but both were weak. They ended up relying on each other for support as they limped out of the garage.

"Ya better get to a hospital," Troy noted once they were both able to stand on their own. "Gotta make sure you don't got a concussion or nothing. And don't worry about me none, I'll be able to take care of myself."

"Take care," he added before hopping off onto a roof - only to then immediately collapse in pain. Okay, he wasn't completely able to take care of himself. But he'll get there - he'll get home. Eventually.
