Here is the leaders of the guild, the "Central 46". As the guild grows, more leaders are required to...whip everybody into shape, per say. So here are your three Central 46 members, which some will be left vacant if no one has the position.

You will listen to your Central 46 Members as you would the Captain of the Guild. Failure to do so will result in a punishment of their choice (must be OK'ed by the Captain).
