Personality/Mannerism: Houseki prefers to keep a level head in most situations, though that doesn't mean he is stoic. He has a charming smile, and speaks kind words to most. Arrogance is something he takes much offense to, being that when on a mission, he expects everyone to be focused.
Facial Features: Houseki does his best not to get any scrapes or cuts on his face. He is not vain, but finds having a respectable appearance to be a positive, so his skin is smooth and unblemished.
Physique: Houseki's body type is that of the lean variety. He is very agile, and his smaller build helps him run much faster.

Personal Skill: A photographic memory comes in handy when needing to study. It also helps to remember a face, down to the last detail and the smallest freckle.

Dislikes: Houseki can't stand it when people don't take serious situations with the right attitude. He also finds those who interrupt him while he is reading to be especially irksome.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
• Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill ~ E Rank
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Mizutamari no Jutsu- Water Puddle Technique ~ D Rank
By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
• Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu -Earth Release: Earth Military Movement Technique ~ C Rank
Description: This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited time.
• Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water) ~ E Rank
Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.
• Mizu Sousetsu no Jutsu (Water Founding Skill) ~ E Rank
Description: Using the users earth Doton skills they will shift the earth slightly and a small hole will appear and then water will fill the hole in place of the earth. When it is filled there is no mud, or dirt in the water.
• Doton: Shuriken no Jutsu (Earth Release: Stone Shuriken Skill) ~ D Rank
Description: Widely used in situations where the user runs out of projectiles. By picking up dirt from the ground and infusing it with chakra, it molds together and takes the form of a shuriken.
• Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) ~ D Rank
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.

Friends: Showing kindness to everyone is a rule of thumb, but knowing anyone beyond being acquainted is something unfamiliar to Houseki.

Political/social philosophy: Doing what is just is the right thing to do. Also obeying your kage is a high priority. Loyalty that does not intentionally put you in harm's way must be in place.
Background:
Houseki has always been an orphan for as long as he could remember. At a young age, it was noticed that he had a kekkei genkai that was unique and foreign to Kumogakure. The crystal release. Since the day he was discovered, Houseki was put into a training program that he took to with much joy. Training in all his spare time, he kept learning more and more, rising to every challenge presented to him. With no clan to represent, nor family to find comfort in, Houseki decided he would forge his own destiny and bring honor to his village.
