Aurora "Jungle Juice" [A]

XD This one is fun under a black light!
Ingredients:

• 2 liters gin or vodka
• 9 liters tonic water
• 3-4 Bottles Roses Mojito Passion
-or-
• 3-4 Canisters of Pink-Lemonade Concentrate
• Ice

Pear & Raspberry Delight [R]

Ingredients:

2 Large Ripe Anjou Pears (or really any sweet type)
Scant 1 cup frozen raspberries
Generous 3/4 cup ice-cold water
Honey, to taste raspberries to decorate

Directions:

1. Peel the pears and cut into fourths, remove the cores. Put into a food processor or blender with the raspberries and water, process until smooth.

2. Taste and sweeten with honey if the raspberries are tart or a little sharp

3. Pour into glass, decorate with raspberries and enjoy!

Road Runner [A]

Ingredients:

2 measures Gin
1/2 measure Dry Vermouth
1/2 measure Pernod
1 tsp Grenadine
Cracked Ice

Directions:

1. Shake the Gin, Vermouth, Pernod, and Grenadine vigoursly over crated ice until well frosted

2. Strain into a chilled glass & enjoy!
