High-functioning Marshmallow

An average, comfortable double room with more decorations than the simpler single rooms in the inn. The television has almost thirty channels! Of course, most of them are cowboy-related, but there are more options here than before. The maids tend to come at a reasonable time of early morning - at least working as a constant alarm clock, if anything.Current Resident(s)

  Both Hyacinth and Ilex had popped into the inn room at the same time that night, hovering over their respective followers and glancing at eachother briefly. Had she really been so late? Hyacinth didn't think she was so far behind that Ilex could best her! She had better hurry and finish leaving her gift for Lunesca Baum before the male decided to try to interact with her. Not that he wasn't already flailing his limbs in her direction, but that hardly counted when the fairy seemed to be always flailing about something or another. Thankfully, Ilex seemed to realize that he did have a long night ahead of him that wouldn't ever get done in time if he didn't start on Ezekiel Baum now! So, with a sigh, the male had turned to start his work on leaving his gift for Ezekiel while his elder sister did the same with Lunesca.
Ezekiel was a fairly new follower to Ilex, but he did recognize such a wonderful spirit even without the usual time it took to assess mortals! In fact, he knew he would probably grow to love Ezekiel a whole bunch just like he loved most of the rest of his followers because they were all wonderful people that just needed love, which he would be so happy to give if they just visited him every so often! He huffed for a moment before brushing off that mild frustration and moving on to look lovingly on the sleeping Ezekiel~ ...Oh, a little too long, Ilex! He better hurry up and leave the wonderful present of a beautiful, polished, and perfect rock on the man's chest! It wasn't anything special, really, but rocks were always something Ilex was fond of – they came in so many shapes and even something without some precious mineral or stone could look beautiful when touched up a tad! This one happened to come out in a perfect oval with just slight enough of a dip he bet one could use it to hold keys or something like that!
On the other side of the room, Lunesca was getting a present too! Hyacinth had studied the sleeping girl in a way that was similar to Ilex's fawning, but at least it lacked the dose of creepy that any normal person would sense. But, she was sure that the fairy had gotten his shenanigans out of his system after the last stunt and would hopefully continue to whine and cling to his sisters rather than the mortals. In any case, she had a mortal herself to assess! Lunesca was new and, though she wasn't entirely sure how motivated the girl was, she did seem to be to the point about things. Hyacinth covered her mouth to stifle a giggle in front of Ilex at the pun, covering it up with a cough so the fairy wouldn't pester her on it. She turned hurriedly and went to leaving a jar of fireflies for the girl. It was a bit too soon to really consider her doing well just yet, but she did approve of her behavior up to this point. ..Oh, she really should go before she cracks up!
So, the fairy hurriedly poof-ed out of the room, Ilex following soon after.
