Fire Emblem Forever Vice Captain

This is a topic that I think we need because sometimes members have ideas or suggestions for changes or new features for the guild, but they don't really convey them. And sometimes members get the idea that the crew doesn't care about what members think about things, which just isn't true!
So what's going to happen here is that a member is going to make a proposition, possibly a new rule or rule change or something. Then, the crew is going to look at that motion and create a separate topic for members to voice their opinion and discuss if the motion should carry. Wheee!
Just please no joke suggestions. You know who you are.

Fire Emblem Forever
Just please no joke suggestions. You know who you are.I have no clue what or who you mean. As always I feel you guys need more active crew, also, Lesbians. We need more Lesbians. I also feel like there shouldn't be a character limit on OC's for long-time members, you know we're around, you know we're active so why do you have one?

I've said this before, but I honestly believe it's something that needs to be implemented considering I've seen and heard questions from newcomers for awhile now, and was in their shoes myself. FEF is a very big and confusing place, especially when it comes to the RP history and the mods. We need to make one or two mods as the welcoming committee, or make one for this purpose, to sort of be a guide to starting here at FEF. I know we have topics and such to guide people, but it always helps to have a representative to answer any questions or direct people to said topics.

I used to send out like a "Welcome, here's an explanation of FEF, if you have any questions here I am" PM to new members, guess I'll just start doing that again~

It's not about the face of FEF. EDIT: People need help from someone friendly, open, active and knowledgeable about FEF's RP N stuff and I'm kinda involved in nearly everything that goes on so yea... I used to send a nice message to new folks... hell I still am the main urger to get new people to join the blast.

askem2 I also feel like there shouldn't be a character limit on OC's for long-time members, you know we're around, you know we're active so why do you have one? Although you are aware why there should be a limit for canon characters (aka: characters from FE games), there's a reason why there's a limit for OCs too. Since this guild has RP and newcomers enter the guild, we like to welcome those who wishes to RP. And as we all know, we are aware that there are some people who are very creative to create a characters. If we have no limitation on the OCs, RPers may tend to get over on creating new characters. And with more characters, it may lead to taking over the RP, making newcomers (and Rpers) feel intimidate to RP. Therefore, we place a limit on characters so people will feel comfortable RPing.

That... actually makes a lot of sense Isa. I retract my earlier comment.

A subforum dedicated to other video games besides Fire Emblem. I've seen other forums have a subfourm dedicated to the other video games besides what the forums are for. While we do have the chatterbox I feel that's for non-video game topics. There are some great topics to be talked about in other video games that I feel would get brought up if there was a sub forum for that.

I think year-round contests would be awesome. That way, people won't forget about events/holidays/seasons when we do have them (I have forgotten a few just because real life got so busy at the time of the party contests.) It can be something the guild does every month, bi-monthly, etc. It will also keep our creative minds active, and give us something positive and productive to do.
We were not meant to be just an RP guild - so we should give our members more options to participate. The most active threads are in either the RP or the chatterbox (and occasionally, forum games), but new FEF'ers might not necessarily want to RP.
If we implement year-round contests (like our year-long tektek one), I have something to say to everybody.
Enter them! I cannot stress this enough! As long as there is a consolation prize for all the participants (within reason, of course), everybody wins!
