Erionda landed at the bottom of the slope, she pitched forward, landing on her hands and knees as pain erupted from each limb to ricochet straight to her brain. As the sharpness of the pains subsided.

Erionda slowly pushed herself to her feet, lifting her chin to stare up at the darkened forms hulking so high above her. The only thing she could hear was her own breathing but the Dragon aura she'd sensed above was thicker down here, heavier. A shiver ran up her spine. She had sent Lanzecki and Uassae ahead towards the docks after they had accidentally stumbled upon a family grouping of Ayrala dragons. Figuring if they split up they would have a better chance at sneaking away.

Maniacal laughter filled the air, as though someone had made a joke. Stiffening as something new and yet familiar made a step into view. Sucking in a breath of air the hybrid froze. A Kiandri dragon was looking up at the following Ayrala as if it had stumbled upon a delicious kill. Wincing from the cuts in her body Erionda rolled to the side, intent on escaping the dragons glare. It wasn't common to see Kiandri away from Eowyn. And must have been a once in a life time event to see one on Ayr. Shivering Erionda bolted towards the docks. Freedom and home were only a few steps away.
