Tying her hair back against the strong winds. Erionda continued searching the strange wilderness around her. She was finding it hard to pick up life of any kind growing on the rocky ground. At least in the sands, some things had managed to grow in the shade. And with enough water she had been able to even start a farm by now. This world was too hostile for hybrids liking and the only contact she had made so far was with a strong Dragon who had appeared and disappeared almost within the same moment. Leaving gouges in the rock she had momentairly rested on.
Her sword she had come to name Abish, was held easily in her hands. Practice and time had done wonders with her skills and her ability to adjust not only to her weapon, but the weapon to her. A shield was poised in her other hand. Sighing outwardly Erionda pushed against the wind. She had been out for a few days now and the wind only seemed to be as strong as the day she arrived, though much more barible than before.
Cursing her luck, and innablity to distinguish the dragons from another Erionda kicked at a rolling stone. Grumbling when it didn't move far away from her before heading back in her direction. A whistling sound signaling a large gust of wind drew Rio's attention towards the right.
The wind was coming at an odd angle, like it was a fresh gust itself, fighting against the strong wind in the opposite direction. Realizing what it could be Erionda darted quickly to the side her sheild creating a slight wall between the dragon and herself. Moving to strike as quickly as she could to injure the dragon Erionda missed completely, her sword ringing out as it hit the ground.
"Just keep it up, mangy Ayrala... It's not like I've been wanting a reason to shove Abish up your a**," Erionda threatened as she thrust her sword towards the dragon. Groaning at the sound of dragon laughter in the distance. They were mocking her, taunting her!
