Personality/Mannerism: Ryuski is generally arrogant, selfish, easily angered, ignorant, and likes to pretend as if he's the king of the entire world itself. Not like he's all that powerful yet, but he aspires to be feared across the entire land. To the opposite, he can be fairly nice and even sometimes extremely thoughtful of situations- But that is a hard side to reach unless he's alone.
Facial Features: Ryuski has a slender face and a slightly narrow jaw. His nose is normal length and an almost permanent scowl on his face. His eyes are naturally red.
Physique: Generally average male height, he's fit, but lean as well.

Personal Skill: Ryuski can cook exceptionally well, though he'd never tell anyone he cooked. It'd definitely ruin his entire image and his name.
Favorite Food/Drink: His favorite food is Tonketsu Ramen with a little bit of spices/spiciness added in, and his favorite drink is just pure water.
Least Favorite Food: Shirataki Ramen...

Special Tactic/Skills: Ryuski usually uses smoke bombs to blind his opponents with a combination of Fire jutsu/Smoke bombs/Shuriken. He considers himself versatile, as he can attack up close or from a distance.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent.
Katon: Karyū Endan- Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet~ B Rank
The user kneads their chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skillful shinobi. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered.

This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage.
• Kirigakure no Jutsu- Hiding in Mist Technique~ D Rank
A technique where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power.

Religious philosophy: Ryuski doesn't care for Religion and is more of an Atheist if anything. He has no time he'd rather spend practicing religion than anything else.
Political/social philosophy: Ryuski doesn't quite care much for the Kage, but he does seem to have some respect for them being so powerful and known.
Background: Ryuski has always been rather hot-headed since he was a child, and probably always will be. His father was Slightly skilled at C-Rank Fire Jutsu, and his Mother was skilled at C-Rank Water jutsu. As he grew up, they taught him a few tricks, but he had to learn Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique himself to be known as an actual proud member of the Uchiha clan. He never really got along with anyone at the academy, and he most likely won't get along with his squad members. He has no impressive past, but he always does like to hone his skills while he has free time, and even learned some good B-Rank Jutsu himself.
