Bio: Matthew Pierce was born in a kingdom, far away from Amaterasu. He was born into the slums of the kingdom. He was poor and had no home. His parents abandoned him at birth because they could not support him. He had to resort to stealing from the market stands to stay alive. The soldiers eventually got fed up with his thievery and went after him, wanting to punish him for the trouble he has caused. The Queen of the the kingdom, however wanted to take the boy in and mentor him to be a proper young man because she saw some greatness in him. So, the Queen and King adopted Matthew- he was 12 at the time-. They trained him long and hard but saw no improvement in his abilities. When they finally decided to give up, little Matthew showed great improvement, easily mastering the art of sealing and buffing magic. They trained him and taught him many things. He lived in the castle with the Queen and King, he was like a 4th son to them. (The Queen and King had children of their own, 3 being boys and 1 being a girl- 2 of the boys were older than Matthew and the other boy and girl were younger.) When Matthew was 17, there was a war between kingdoms going on. The eldest brother envied Matthew because of his superiority in magics. And due to this, he died. After the war was over, Matthew moved away from his home, going elsewhere. He moved to America and went to a university there. He got a master's degree in sociology. After graduation, he went to Amaterasu, after hearing about the school. He decided to teach here even though he doesn't have a teaching degree but a degree in sociology. He has been teaching here for a year now. (This will be his second year)
