Hey everyone!

So... it's come to my attention that if anything should happen in the future for me to not be able to get on gaia at all...... I'm the only one around in charge of the guild.

I'm the captain, vice captain, and Elesariin has been.... well I haven't been able to contact her in months. So, if something happens... no ones going to be able to really be in control of the guild.


So.... I'm opening up requests to fill the pretty much empty Vice Captain role.

I have a handful of people in mind to fill the role, but if I opened it for all the people I would like, it would cut our crew list down in half. And I don't want to play the favorites card in case other crew wanted a chance.



So I'm going to let you guys pm me inquiring about the position. If I get a handful of requests, I'll pick from there. If I only get two people ask about the job, I'll probably upgrade both of them.

Must be a veteran member:
By veteran, I mean you have been in this guild for more than a month, and have been actively posting. Veteran members who are active and helpful usually get a crew position if they are dedicated.
Sorry to everyone else, but I want someone that I know has been active and helpful in the past.

Must be willing to help:
I need someone who will actively do crew duties, and help me with other projects. That means looking over new character profiles and giving feedback if the character needs "toned down or adjusted" (I'm good on sues, but I'm not savy with all marvel / dc characters.) Help out new members if they need it. Watch over threads and watch for arguments and such. Help with announcements and watching over the guild. Helping to work on SHIELD files and such. Etc...

Must check this guild regularly;
If you are gone for days at a time / have 20 different guilds that you're more interested in / think you'd loose interest in being an active member/leader for the guild.... then this position probably isn't for you. I need someone who will be checking on the guild as much as I try to.

Won't abuse power:
I'll still be in charge, but I'd just like a helping hand with various tasks. You'll have a higher say than most members, but I've seen crew members step out of line before just because "they're mods". I don't want someone to play that card just because they can. If the majority of the guild starts to have a problem with you, with reason, you're demoted. Simple as that.
