Kami's Lookout is an ancient platform that is in geostationary orbit in the skies of Earth, and directly above Korin Tower; for some time, Korin Tower and the Lookout were connected by the Power Pole. Events occurring on the Earth can be observed from here and can sense battles in the universe.

It was really odd for something of this size to be floating in midair with not even a trace of some technology. The entire thing looked to be made of stone, at least that's what her scan had picked up. Flying just above the structure, there sat a temple of sorts on a marble tiled platform. Perfectly cut squares that formed a circle- how was that even possible? How was any of this possible? Sev landed on the ground and scanned around, wondering if someone might be living here. It did seem well kept for a temple in the sky.

Feeling the presence of a visitor without any kind of significant signature, raised the curiosity of the male. Clicks and clacks passively echoing in the distance from inside the architecture as it got louder, slowly revealing the cane and feet until everything about the old man was visible. Stepping out to see who the visitor was with his own eyes, the old male stood at the top step, scanning what revealed to be a female. A chuckle came from his voice as his shoulders shrugged in conjunction. "My my, what do we have here? A visitor who managed to make it all the way up here is quite an interesting feat alone. I must ask, are you one of the three who was fighting below my Lookout?" His eyes reached hers as they dimmed from the question.
11 had flown around the Lookout on her way up, intending to scan the structure. There was no discearnable energy signature to indicate how the platform stayed afloat in the sky. What 11 did instead was admire the beauty of the structure. Perfectly rounded and appealing layout. It definitely gave her a sense of nostalgia, but of what she couldn't fathom.
The red-headed Android landed next to 11 after finishing her trip around the Lookout. She noticed the old man standing before them. All logic was screaming to scan him, but for whatever reason, she couldn't bring herself to do so. She felt at peace here, and she couldn't explain why.

And from it was an elderly looking man who didn't seem surprised at their presence. More so...amused. He also seemed aware of the battle that just took place below. "We are. The both of us. The third party has been subdued" she spoke matter of factually. "But who are you? And what is this place? It is unnatural and yet...a sound and peaceful place. We were both drawn here despite our mission objectives. Why is that?" she asked.

The wind blew peacefully after his question was brought up to ask. Another woman appeared before him alongside her. Learning it was them both who actually took down one of the evildoers who arrived on his planet. "Well now, that is quite interesting in itself." The orange haired female asked who he was and why they were drawn here. The old man took each step down towards them both before walking past them. Keeping his back turned for a while before turning to face them once more. "This here is what you may call, my home. It's a sacred place where the One who Guards and Oversees this Planet makes his territory. From here the Guardian becomes able to see all that goes on in this world. You're here...because this is a special sacred place. Here there are many secrets to be foretold. I, am Kami. Owner of this Lookout. Guardian of this Planet." Peaceful winds rushed through the air. "You two along with many others have been approached by a powerful group indeed. Honestly, at your current strength, i'm not too sure if you'll be able to win."
"It is a matter of facilitating strength and ability." 11 would reply to the Earth Guardian in an analytical tone. "This group has lost one of its members. Logic would dictate strength in numbers. If others of us have encountered these foes, then joining up wouldn't be illogical." The red-haired android couldn't help but to offer assistance. Her personality was beginning to bleed into her programming. The aftereffects of which were yet to be seen.

What he said next seemed...very bizarre; however, given the just as bizarre setting and atmosphere, she couldn't quite call the man crazy. She even found herself lowering her guard in this place it was that welcoming. The guardian went on to speak of the hostile people she had the pleasure of encountering. One had been defeated due to her team up with Eleven. Without her, she doubted the outcome would have been the same. And even now, there was one that she left with Runi and the others. To say all that she had to wonder... "Then...you have some means to defeating these people?" At this rate, it seemed likely she would cross paths with them again. She and Eleven's missions would eventually separate them; Sev couldn't keep relying on her to help her out. But if this Earth Protector had a solution to this problem, she was willing to listen.

"Hmmm..Indeed. You did best one of them individually, however it took the both of you to do it. I've watched the fight from here. However the logic may seem naught where their leader doesn't possess a single need if truly desired." A sigh came from the Kami. Stroking his goatee with smooth pacing, he had to go into his thoughts. The redhead and the orange head needed the answers they seek. "As Kami, I have lived for centuries watching over the planet and you mortal interactions. Even in cases like these, fighting together as one is without a doubt your best bet....unfortunately so are theirs. I have done a bit of my own research with fellow gods among the cosmos and the Ragna Crew are such a notable and frightening group together as one. Individually taking an entire country is full day chore. But, working together and with the sights of their boss as a leader well...the planet may be set for failure. You must not allow them to work as one, their level of teamwork outclasses the strength of your strongest allies. Each of them as individuals accompany their own special traits as well, I managed to decipher a couple of them but the rest leave me uneasy." He walked around the edges of his lookout, trailing as he watched every current battle that is being waged. His heart saddened at what led to his planet's current stasis.
He reapproached both the women, remembering something important. Applying more attention to the orange haired female. "Are you the one who has been traveling around collecting the Seven Mystical Orbs?" If memory served him correctly and she is the one, then there is hope left. Especially if both of them are going to partake in this fight to come, perhaps there is something he can do for them.

With that revelation, she had gotten what she needed out of this man and was gearing up to leave. But then, he wasn't done just yet. He looked at her directly and asked if she was gathering "Seven Mystical Orbs". Did he know about the Dragon Balls too?! "...Yes, I am. It's very important... Why?" she asked, feeling comfortable enough to even admit it.

Her response confirmed everything that Kami needed to know. His face perched up in a grin as he was satisfied with what he had learned. "Splendid! There's hope yet." A clap with reassurance came right after the joy in Kami's words. "Being the Kami of this planet sure does come with perks. Such as Astral Communication so to speak. My former master was a Namekian who created the Mystical Orbs for this planet in wishes to give people hope in some form of higher power. Before he died, he transferred its power over to me so think of me as the life connector to the orbs. I have been in contact with the God of this entire quadrant of the galaxy and turns out a mighty warrior who protected this Planet from a threat many years ago is trying to make his way back to Earth, he ensures that his revival will help turn the tide against these bandits. If you really want to save this planet, you'd make sure to have him revived. On your quest to finding the remaining orbs despite the ones you've already collected, when you collected all seven. Bring them back here to me so I may awaken the mystical being who sleeps within. It has the power to grant any wish." Pacing back and forth thinking about the plan that the North Kai had foretold to him, was actually moving into place. Of course this is a big concept, she could use the wish for her selfish reasons but that will also decide the fate of the planet. The only thing he can do is to put his trust into her. The Kami stepped forward to her by a couple steps before lifting his hand to her. "The world is in its dire hours, and due to the rules of my position, I will never leave this place. The best I can do is provide you both some gifts to ensure our home's survival." His eyes glowed up in an red liked color, with data entry marks scanning the female who had a device on her. His fingers flickered as his hand glowed, shooting a beam over to the woman, lifting the dragon radar into the air between them. His mouth moved, speaking out words in tongue, spoken in an abstract language where a different color beam rose from the radar and shot straight at Seven's forehead. It all happened in a minute before the lights faded away. The dragon radar fell to the ground, bouncing to the women's feet. Kami smiled at them genuinely. "Well now, that worked out much better than I had hoped. That contraption is very well designed indeed, but its still an external device that can be destroyed. So i transfered all the necessary compartments and interal software into you so you have the power to scan for the remaining mystical orbs by yourself through your own eyes. Seeing as you both are somewhat mechanical, it was an easier task to perform. Now onto the actual gift for the both of you." Stepping forward, arms distance between the both of them. He raised his two fingers on each hand and poked their very chests where their hearts laid. Kami closed his eyes before suddenly with urgency opened, filled with nothing but a white glow to form from them. His energy rose up as it traveled through his arms before reaching both his targets as it surrounded them. He uttered more unidentified language as he granted thim a burst of power that resulted in a burst of heavy winds. Releasing his hands and backing up, he watched with joy as that too has worked in their favors. "There. A temporary parting gift from me to you for finding your way here onto my sacred grounds. As you are now, you won't come close to putting up a fight against the Ragna Crew. That's what the group of bandits call themselves. Think of his powerup as a second container of mystical energy. A container that you can open to two separate methods. One, you can use it to boost your overall battle power all together making you significantly stronger. Or two, use the container to launch out a powerful attack to put your enemy down for the count in one shot. However you both must be mindful. Heed my words clearly, once you use this container of power, you will use it all in one go. And once that amount of power is all used up, you can never retrieve it again. Be wise when you launch this amount of power. Now go, your missions are yet from fulfilled. Don't forget to bring the orbs back to me. I will be watching over the battles from up here. My children...I do wish you a sucessful farewll." He stated, placing his hand back on his cane and the other behind his back comfortably. He's putting his trust into these two. Due to them being mechanical, the drawbacks from using the power may not be as critical as a regular mortal being...
11 merely watched, listened, and absorbed information as the Earth Guardian and Sev spoke with each other. The red-headed android made a note to ask command about the seven mystical orbs. As for now, she kept to herself. That was, until, Kami imparted his gift. At first she was defensive, but the calming winds saw to it that she accepted the gift. It was warm, like a hot battery, but it didn't threaten to explode. It was somewhat comforting. 11 merely curtsied in thanks, showing her graceful demeanor. She then looked to Android 7. "I am to go investigate the anomaly up north, but that will have to wait. Impending doom should be averted for uninterrupted investigation. Do you know where any more are?"

Cosmic entities and magic went against everything she believed as a scientist. But in light of the very mystical event that have taken place in her life, she was keeping an open mind. Otherwise she wouldn't be one this Dragon Ball hunt in the first place. So going by what this man claimed, his life was connected to the orbs. Without him, they wouldn't work. Naturally, he would know how they worked and considering she lost contact with Mari, this might be the only way she could use the Dragon Balls. As for the wish, she was already planning to do that. So all she had to do was continue what she was doing. The only change was now these dangerous enemies who she was encouraged to take down before a calamity took place. Somehow, Kami had more or less enlisted her to being some sort of "planetary defender". This was a job she definitely didn't want...but she had people worth protecting. People whom she found she cared about, whether they thought of her the same or not. Perhaps not quite friends, but they were the closest she ever had to them. When she thought Runi had died, she was willing to throw herself into battle- and maybe that was all she needed to do.
As she thought to herself, Kami would suddenly zap the device from her pocket before she could react. She stared at the radar, when a beam would suddenly hit her in the forehead. It was a sudden shock to have what was done to her; as her optical HUD was suddenly functioning like the Dragon Radar. While he explained what was done exactly, her mind was processing the “update” and reconfiguring it into a setting that could be turned on and off. It was a handy new feature to have and much more convenient, but all the same, she still picked up the device and put it away. Since it belonged to Mari, she would hold on to it until she could return it to her. But Kami wasn’t finished just yet. Bestowing each of them a container of power, she could feel the energy tingle and spark around her for a moment. Then it vanished with a small trace of its presence. He explained its purpose and how they could use it; a one time shot or a boost to their overall abilities. How best should she use the power? Sev would give it more thought, believing she would know when the best time to use it was when the time came. "Thank you, Kami" she would nod to the old man as he bid farewell and wished them luck on their missions. Turning to face Eleven, she hesitated a moment to think about her next words carefully. It seemed she was delaying her mission in order to fight the Ragna Crew. She was...choosing to suspend her orders? Seven wasn’t aware the girl had some level of choice. Perhaps… "As a matter of fact, I do. I will likely be combating the Ragna Crew in my search as well. We should work together for the time being" she suggested. "Follow me. We can find another one where I left from." Floating into the air, the orange haired woman would turn and take off at high speeds. She was heading back to Runi and Pars; hoping they were still holding on.

✧ Afterimage Technique - An ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. The image itself cannot perform physical tasks, as it fades through everything. Most often, it is used to dodge an incoming attack and get behind the opponent to perform a counterattack. Its usage is not limited to just counterattacks, though, as it can also be used to confuse enemies: the image is used to distract the enemy, forcing them to think it is the actual fighter and giving the user a chance to perform the actual attack.
｡｡｡[ULTIMATE SKILLS] ✧ Bionic Frenzy - Sev will crouch down before delivering a sliding side kick and then standing on one leg, delivers side kicks "at the speed of lightning". The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. She proceeds to deliver a barrage of vertical spinning kicks while rising into the air. At the peak of this barrage, an upside-down double-legged kick upwards will then be followed by an axe kick that knocks the opponent down. Teleporting to land before her opponent, she then follows with a spinning back kick to the exposed back of the falling fighter, finishing by kicking them aside.
✧ Termination Storm - Android #7 creates two large electric energy spheres in each hand, strokes of lightning lashing out sporadically. If the opponent is too close to her when she is charging up the energy spheres, they will be damaged by the aura of energy that surrounds her. She can launch these orbs individual or combine them into a massive lightning bomb. Even after this attack this ends, her body will still be temporarily covered in sparks.
11 would bow to Kami before leaving to follow Sev towards their deatination. Parts of her screamed in a dischordant melody, one pulling towards objective, another pulling towards freedom. Right now, logic ruled. The major threat needed eliminated.
Watching both the females leave and head back to the battlefieds, Kami walked over to the edge where he can watch everything that would unfold. "Be strong young warriors, the fate of the world rests on all your shoulders." The calming wind brew as he stood and watched along. With Larxene finished, the Crew's numbers dropped. That became a good start...that is until Tonkhūr finally made his presence known and gone recruited another member...and that member, has the dragon ball that Seven needed. That was not good, the Crew's ranks are back to its peak and Klaymore is still alive. Igneel got attacked but for some reason, Kami could still sense his prescence. Sweat began to drop down his cheek. His hand clenched the handle of his cane, worry trembled his heart. "They're....much stronger than I had anticipated. Don't let up Earth's Heroes...King Kai, I sure hope your plan works." Stating to himself as he continued to watch along...his head tilt back to the temple on the lookout...staring into its depths...thinking of the dimension that sleeps within.
