Personality/Mannerism: Samui is the literal of her full name, a cold flame. She can be cynical, a trouble maker and rude, but can also be heart warming and caring. She will never refuse training or getting lost, since the nature is her favorite place. Even though she is in a snow village, she tends to wear exposed clothing and say the temperature is just a mental thing. She can be considered odd at times or just messed up, but its a person that when is close to someone, will never doubt giving her life for others.
Facial Features: Samui has a light green eyes, and a soft non dry skin.
Physique: she is well formed for being a 15 year old, mint green hair and tanned skin, something very unusual.

• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Jutsu Description: The user buries her katana in the ground, focusing her chakra on the katana as a hundred of soul like fire flames rise and attack the opponent. This ones are strong enough to burn almost kill the opponent to the fact of being ashes. It's considered an A rank due to the strength it required for the user to send the fire flames and focus her resistance in the attack itself.

• Hi Ringu Shuriken -(fire ring Shuriken)~C rank
Samui throws an amount of shurikens in sync at her opponent, exactly when the thrown shurikens are at 2 ft from the opponent they literally set a fire ring around them, burning slightly the opponent. Since it only works when there is more than one Shuriken thrown the user must move in order to surround the opponent with them. It's helpful when the user doesn't have much chakra and needs a quick attack
• Kasai no Hono -(Fire blaze)~ C rank
The user throws silmutaniously 7 kunais surrounding the opponent, sending a small flame line through the handle of each one. When they hit the floor, they form a circle with a fire ring inside, turning up a giant flame that stays inside the circle. The flame burns the victim that is inside the circle and the burns are quite several. The user cannot kill the victim but can leave it injured with a max of a 2nd degree burn, also the flame is put down if one of the kunais is moved out of place.

Jutsu Description: the user sends a small heat spark through her hand, burning slightly any deep wounds. The fire help dry the injury and avoid more blood loss even close slightly the wound and stabilize it until a taken care of by a professional. It's an C rank due to the control and focus the user need to not burn deeply the wound, otherwise it will open instead of closing. The user must be close to the person she is intending to cure order heal him/her.

Political/social philosophy: A village is a family, one suffers the rest do. Not thinking twice and helping who is in need, because all of them together make only one, one village, one family. One country against the world.
Background: Years before the attacks from the villages where stronger, there was an odd couple. And odd due the relationship they had. It was quite common to see Kotaro dedicate his life for his lover, and his lover for herself. Even though this was practically one sided, they decided to live for the rest of their lives together, something that didn't last long. After a few years, Kotaro's lover discovered she was expecting a child, one she didn't wanted. After a long discussion of her not wanting to loose her figure in order to give birth, Kotaro convince her to have the child. What he didn't expected was that right after giving birth, she would run away, not wanting to raise the child and keep their promise. With no other thing holding him back, Kotaro traveled to Yukigakure in order to raise the child of a love that was never meant to be.
Samui or like she likes to be called Sam, was the child of that odd couple. She never knew how her mother looked, not even her name meaning she never had that motherly figure to raise her. She was all for her father and her father to her. As a little girl she would get mad or even jealous at the women that got close to him, thinking they were up to ruining the bonding they already had. She got used to the cold of the village, and learned how to sculp ice, even though she didn't understood why did it melted so easily. At that age, her father thought it would be time for her to start training, dedicating his free time to train Samui and pass time showing her about her own element. Both Samui and her father were Sarutobi, meaning they both used a fire element in fighting. She thought everything was just plain perfect, until she decided to go outside her home and explore.
Many kids made fun of her, probably because she was different. This confused Samui a bit, making her more sad and less active then usual. After her father realized this, he helped her understand that being different is not bad, even though she still has those same issues now a days. She kept practicing enough to have a good spar with her father, the one she lost. She decided then as a small goal to win against her father in a spar. Each time they fought, she would end up loosing, instead of making her feel bad, she was happy because each time she lasted longer on her feet. Learning all that was possible to know in order to become a stron shinobi. But things just got worse when her father began getting sick, and sicker each day. She stopped ever since then sparring with her father in order to take care of him. He would still make her train and control her chakra, but it wasn't the same as when he was next to her showing her how to. He would then show her how to make ice sculptures without melting them, as a free hobbie for her. She was preparing herself for the worst, but it wasn't enough.
One night, her father was coughing loudly, gasping for air as he called her. She ran towards him and tried to stabilize him, but it was no use. Kotaro gave his farewell and died in the arms of his only daughter. She was broken that night, realizing that at the age of 14 she was an orphan. Samui decided to burn the body after everyone gave their condolences and spread the ashes in her father's spot, under a tree close to the border of the village. She never knew why he liked it, maybe he still missed her mother. But she did as he asked and placed them there, carving his name on the tree. A year later she is as happy as she was back then, with a sweet smile and an positive actitude, but deep inside there is still the little girl that misses her father.
