General Tao would open his eyes. Feeling the weight of his energy. He would rise to his feet. "Where... Where am I?" He would ask rubbing his head. His hand hitting the arrow in his eye. He felt it, but looked over to the court in front of him. He was curious, and stepped closer to the court. "How did I get here? I thought I was destroyed?"

The Priestess Silvia would sit at the court, a Seat open next to her. She was obviously waiting for something. The Man at the Podium in the far back of the whole court had a cloak around his body, so his facial and Physical features were unknown. He did, however, show his arms. His arms were covered in Blood-Red Scales, and his Fingers had pointed black nails.

The man Spoke exactly after Tao spoke. His Words echoed with a deeper and lighter voice.
"General Tao of the Dragon Slayers... You have been called upon by the Court of Judgement. Lady Silvia has spoken on Your behalf, Which had brought you here. You have been useful to her, Mainly for trying to stop the Ministry of Ruin from Reaching the Real Plain of existence. Sadly, You've failed by falling to death. We are to rely on the remaining survivors now. Be seated and we shall continue the Court Hearing."

General Tao looked about... then saw the stone chair. He would sit down in it. Looking at everyone around him. He looked over to Priestess Silvia. "Thanks. Though I'll deserve everything I get. I am sure that this fate is better than being utterly destroyed." He would think for a moment. Realizing that could be not the case. He grimaced for a moment. "I've done some terrible things I guess... let's just hope that I am forgiven."
PostPosted: Sat May 11, 2013 1:39 pm

"Tao, You do not have to believe that all you've done is bad. You tried to help me with Saving my home from Ruin. And afterall, You did kill that one dragon that would have reigned supreme in Fenrious. You've done alot more too. I can't thank you enough, but let's hope that Scabara agrees with me." She'd say, pulling her hood off. Her Beautiful whitish-Blond curls flowing down her shoulders.
"Cease Conversation. We are here to discuss General Tao's Fate, Not to discuss Gratitude." Scabara would say, Mainly Directed to Silvia and Tao, even though others in the court were speaking.
Scabara had a strange glow coming off of him. it was obvious that he had been a very powerful man in his life, but Why has he never been heard of before, and why did he wear the cloak?
"General Tao, You have been known as the champion of the Dragon Slayers, You have been the one chosen by the Priestess to assist in the battle of Ruin, You have slain countless numbers of Monsters, But you've slain Dragons of all kinds, You've spoken harshly of them, And you act as though you have just right to do so. Do you believe you deserve to live your afterlife with those who you love in the Celestial Plains after all of your acts? You may have done great things, but there remains those things that were Unjust. Would you like to give examples of those Unjust things?" He'd ask.

Silvia looked towards Tao. "I recommend speaking of some, but not all. Then, try to counter-act those bad deeds with the Good ones you've done. It'll help with sending you to the Plains. You deserve to go."

General Tao would stand... he looked over to Silvia at first. "I'll just speak from my heart. After all. It really doesn't matter what I say." He would look over to the cloaked figure. Not knowing who he was, he would just have to speak plainly.

"It's true, I have done some bad things. I have slain many a dragons. I never gave them any fair trials such as this. I have never given them any chance to defend themselves. The only defense for me is that in my time. Dragons were unruly creatures who attacked humans on sight. They would steal from our lands and crops that we would need to survive. It may have been a cruel job, but I was elected to decide the fate of Dragons when The Dragon Slayers did strive. As such, it is my fault that many monsters and Dragons alike are dead." He would look at silvia again. "I tried to fit in with this new world when I was finally free from my Tomb. However their is just some things I couldn't change...

The other thing I can think of is when I died... I was angry and frustrated that my death was that to a traitor. I made my whole army suffer for it. I kept them with me the whole time with me in their after lives. I made them wait nearly 1,000 years before I let them go. It was wrong of me to keep them their. Out of sheer hatred. I know that they have forgiven me... but it still doesn't change what I did to them." He looked at the rest of the court room. "I failed my country by trusting a Dragon Kin with a weapon that I should have carried personally. A kingdom has fallen because of that mistake. Not only that... but I failed to unite humans and dragons to fight against Ruin. It... it feels like even when I try to do good. I still created chaos. So judge me as you want. I truly haven't done anything in this world..."

He would sit down. Not really ready to accept his punishment... but he tried, and that is all that mattered to him.

"Thank you, General." Scabara would say, Nothing more coming from him. He was a strange, strange man indeed. The Courtroom began to light up with whispers.
Scabara stood there for a moment, not really doing anything. perhaps he was waiting for something.

Silvia looked at Tao carefully, as if she was debating that he was being honest on what he spoke of. Silvia personally believed that Tao helped a great extent, but by what he spoke of, It might have just been the way she wanted to believe.
After a while, A bell Dinged and Scabara snapped his fingers. Suddenly, Tao's wife was there next to Scabara. He Stood off the Podium and gestured for her to stand on it.
"We will hear a small message from the Slayer's Wife before continuing." He'd say, then He'd stand there next to the podium, Awaiting The Woman's Ascent to the Podium.

"This is Usually how it works. We hear the things you have to say, then we bring out a Loved one to see if they can truly conlcude. They can't lie either. Somehow, Scabara can tell." She'd say, then she'd look over to the People sitting in stand all around them.
"I wonder if Rannmyaku had his court hearing..."

His wife would appear in front of him. Looking back to see the court. She knew what was going on. She simply put her hands on her hips. "So you need me to get you to heaven too?"

General Tao shook his head. "No sweet heart. I need you to tell them why I need to go back."

She shook her head and looked at the floor for a moment.

General Tao: "I'm not done yet... I still have to fight Ruin. None of them are ready yet. I know it. They know it. I have to go back down and set things straight."

She looked back up to him. "You've died twice for them... how many times can you escape death and just come join us... They aren't your responsibility anymore. Your a ghost now and you sho-."

He slammed his fist on the table. "I know I'm a ghost! I told them I would lead them to battle when I was a ghost. I'll be damned if they die before me!" He gritted his teeth as he stood up. Hands on his table. "I know... that you are all waiting for me to join you. However my assignment isn't over. If I can get away with it. I know that I can redeem myself and save everything before it gets destroyed. I said it when we talked before... and I'll say it again. I will not go if I don't have to. I will continue to fight until my quest is over. 'My quest'! Not Asters, not Prophet's. Mine." He sat down. "It's selfish of me to say such things, but in a way. I know I am not going to The Celestial Planes..." He'd rip out the spiritual bolt from his eye. Throwing it into the aether... "Please... do this for me... and everyone else."

Her eyes had begun tearing up. She was already 60 years old... he was just a young man. Stuck in his youth for 1,000 years. Though he was her young man... he had a destiny to finish. "I want you to stay. I am guessing that you've made more promises than you can keep?"

General Tao nodded with a small smile. "I always do. Their is always someone to train..."

She would smile back to him. Recalling the past. "I remember when you missed your chance at killing a wyrm to saving even one of your apprentices."

He nodded, still smiling slightly. "Yeah..."

They would both sigh lovingly for a moment. Then she would speak again. "So you know the deal... if they let you go, you better come back, or not at all.'

He nodded to her. "Yes." He would laugh. "I'll see what I can do."

She turned to them. "I... I think I am done if you don't mind." She bowed to them.

"Thank You, Madam. You may Return."He'd say, and suddenly she just disappeared.
"Now then, I shall be conversing with the Jury of Judgement. There is a Fifty-Fifty chance you may get a Second chance. There is also a Fifty-Fifty chance you will enter the Celestial Plains if you don't get a second chance." He'd say, as he'd then turn around and Walk towards the wall. Suddenly, the Wall would creak open, As if it were an old gate, and He'd enter the slit opening, Squeezing Through.
(Coin Flip or Die Roll?)

((Do whatever you feel is necessary or to make the story interesting.))

General Tao would just sit in the chair. He was anxious and eager to know where he was going. To get a second chance? That would have been great to have happen. "What does he mean by second chance?" He looked to Silvia. "Does that mean I return with the abilities I had before?"
PostPosted: Sun May 12, 2013 12:04 pm

"That seems about right. This is the first court session I've ever gone to, so I don't know too much. Scabara has been trying to get himself back into the world of the living, Which is why He's here being a Commanding Judge in the Court. If he does good, He'll actually go back to the world of the living, But no one knows how long he's been here. No one even knows what he really is." She'd pause to see if Tao was listening. She would have continued, but...
Scabara would poof into the court, right on the Podium. The podium Smoked with a red gas, and Scabara stood there.
"General Tao of the Dragon Slayers, The Court has decided to give you a Second chance, But if you die again, You will get no other chance. You will return to the world of the Living at the Price of your abilities being more costly, Your nether-Spawning Nullified, and you'll have a Physical Body, Which will make you more susceptible. You will be given, at Minimal, Two Hours to be prepared. Court Dismissed." With that,Scabara waved his hand and the court slowly got up, some slight noise of talking would occur, and the members would leave. Silvia stayed in her seat, and Scabara would have walked towards the two.
"The chances of this were quite Slim, But you were lucky, General."

Silvia was astonished. Tao had actually won. Scabara was supposedly not easy to win over, but this went by so fast.
"Well then, I guess you're leaving again to try and save Fenrious."

General Tao just smiled. He looked to silvia as he walked in front of her. "I am sure that if you could... you too would try to do so. I can give you that chance. If their is anything you can give me to help me battle against the forces of Ruin... then I'd like to use it." He would chuckle a little bit. "I'd never thought I would meet you. Especially when I died. I guess you'll become a myth, and I'll become a legend. Then when some other great hero dies. I'll join you as a myth... an Irony no doubt."
PostPosted: Tue May 21, 2013 5:00 pm

Silvia smiled, but she did not laugh.
"So what if we do become Myths? maybe it wouldn't be so bad. However, The Others would know it would be true, especially if they found weapons from the past." She'd say, winking.
"I do have something for you, but I can't say I have it with me. I also should say that This item I want you to use isn't Necessarily for you, but for another. I want you to be able to help them find it. I want you to find My Bow." She'd say, Snapping her fingers. Suddenly, a Map would appear in her hands, and she'd hand them to Tao.

Scabara would snicker. "Her trust is hard to earn, and if she trusts you to help her find the bow, Then Your journey will be blessed. But wait, You're telling me that you don't actually have something to give him besides that hunk of rotting wood that he doesn't get to keep?"He'd say, Kind of in a Jokish way.
"Oh, Hush Scabara." She'd say, smiling again."Actually, I also wanted to give you this," She'd stop talking, then she'd remove a necklace she had around her neck. The Necklace had the symbol of a white flame carved into a Silver Circle. Next to the circle were two white crystals, Not Diamond, But probably something from another plane of existence.

"See? Now he gets something actually good in the deal."
"When we get to the house, Scabara, I'm going to hit you with a Broomstick." She'd say, Scabara laughing at her comment.
"But anyways, Tao, My necklace has been blessed by Lady Xerxes herself. She says it will protect against Instant Death, But it only works twice, Since there are only two jewels on the necklace. Not only that, But you will be able to calm normal creatures in the world."

He would take The Map and The Amulet of Xerxes. Putting the amulet around his neck. He would nod. "Thanks. For all of your help. Just remember me if I don't make it back. That's all I ask." He would say as he would begin to explore the armory. He had a lot of options. However he didn't really know which weapon to take. He would need something quite heavy. Either a lance or a Great Weapon. She was right about one thing. Archery and Finesse was not his biggest strength. He was always in the middle of a fight, or going toe to toe with a dragon. He would pick up one of Largest Axes he could find. It was hefty, big, and was his size. "Perfect. Something strong that I can swing around." He would say as he would look at the armor. "It's no Dragon Bane. But it will have to do."
PostPosted: Wed May 22, 2013 4:12 pm

"You'll be back, Slayer. We all know you will." He'd say, but his voice wasn't joking. He sounded serious, but at the same time, Rather sad. Did he know something else?
"Is something wrong... Scabara...?" Silvia would ask, Obviously she noticed.
"I am forbidden to speak--""By... Who?""-- The Creator. He has been watching Tao, But he Forbade to speak of anything when we had the conversation. Or Else."
"... Oh."

It would have been an Hour now since Tao's Court hearing, and Scabara would have found Tao, It seemed as though he found an Armory.
"The Portal will open soon, but for now, relax. Have a Nice Cuppa Tea." He'd say, as if trying to ignore everything that he talked about with Silvia. It was hard for him to do so.

He would be wearing the armor that he wore while he had been a ghost. Rolling his shoulders and turning to face him. "I'm not much a Tea drinker... and besides. I can't stop thinking about what you said." He would say as he would look to his hands. Opening them and examined them carefully. It was like when he was alive. "I'm not going to be with everyone I love... am I?"
