HALLOWEEN TOWN CITIZEN FORM Name: Bhaskara.
Nicknames: Skara, Kay.
Gender: Male.
Age: Indeterminate. He appears to be in his mid-twenties, but has probably been alive for a few hundred years.
Faction: Monster.
Race: Fire Drake.
Natural Ability: Temperature Control: Bhaskara has the ability to affect the temperature around his immediate body to some degree.
Personality: Benevolent, loud, and perpetually good-natured, Bhaskara is the type to turn any terrible situation into a good one, even at the expense of his own self-preservation. Thick-skinned, extremely tolerant, mildly possessive, and directionally-challenged, Bhaskara maintains a very gentle giant-like nature. Until you turn his temper on. The dragon is protective of all of those things that he calls his (which sometimes really aren't), and gets uncannily territorial over them. Seriously. He'll punch you while smiling if you lay a hand on whatever he owns without permission.
Bhaskara isn't enigmatic in anyway, but his natural inclination is that talking about feelings is about as useful as the historical influence of the potato. Therefore, he's not exactly one to tell someone how he feels, but not because he's trying to keep anything from them. He just doesn't think they want to hear it. But if they ask for it, he doesn't necessarily hold back. Bhaskara can't keep a secret, and gets extremely jittery when he's trying to hold private information in. He's also not necessarily opposed to gestures of exaggeration and grandiloquence when either coerced by someone else to help out, or in desperate need of a way to get something done. He can also come off as inelegant, charismatic, roguish, and adventurous when in on something ranging from a prank to a grand gesture of love.
Job/Business: Oddly enough, Bhaskara is a patissier, owning a small bakery in Halloween Town. Even odder is the fact that his works of "art" are actually pretty good, considering an oversized lizard with a temper is making them.
Personal History: Skara hails from a large family of fire drakes. He has four younger siblings and three older and tends to be considered the mediator for a lot of inter-family problems. He grew up in a relatively mundane family setting (as far as living as a Halloween creature goes), attending some mediocre school with half-hearted determination. Falling short academically, Skara dropped out despite the overwhelmingly negative response from his family and bummed around for awhile, couch-hopping and grabbing at odd jobs when he wasn't in the middle of an existential life crisis.
After awhile (and with a few helping hands), Skara got into baking as a professional pastime, having had a fascination for food since he was a scareling. From then on, its just been one bumpy road on to the next leading to where he is now; a patissier with an obscure, strangely popular little hole-in-the-wall bakery in Halloween Town.
FEAR Ability: Wildfire - Battle Cry - Because of Bhaskara's naturally high body temperature, with a focus of FEAR, he is able to channel extreme amounts of heat to his hands for a few moments, long enough to burn someone with them if he tries.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Bright green. Slit pupils.
Hair Colour/Style: Bright, flame red. To his shoulders, but he tends to wear it with head scarves and beaded accessories. (ie. one, two)
Skin Colour: Olive skin-tone. He has scales over his shoulders, elbows, forearms, and calfs.
Clothing Style/Colours: Outside of work, he wears a mix of clothing that seems based off of turkish/middle-eastern themes. Somehow, everything about him feels piratical though.
Extra: Sharp, curved horns that fade from red to black. Scaled, serpent like tail ending in sharp spikes.

The assistant really wanted to know why there were so many fire things going on he really needed to invest in a pair of shorts or two.
