Junjie had barely made it away from the first Ayrala when he nearly ran into a second one, this one seeming as though it were already distracted by something. The boy pressed himself close to a rocky outcropping, squatting down to make himself smaller, and he peeked around the rock to get a look at what the big, silvery colored dragon was doing. Given loud, crunching sounds that it was making he'd guess that it was eating something or someone and he felt a moment of panic welling up in him. What if it had gotten Tilawen?! He felt the overwhelming desire to lunge forth from his hiding spot, to run over, and to check... a rash and stupid idea that he kept in check, though just barely. He didn't think it was her, she was safely back with the Dovaa Sage, right? Unless of course he'd sent her out the same way he'd sent Junjie out. There was only one thing to do, he had to get closer so that he could get a look at what the dragon was eating he thought to himself even though a part of him really didn't want to go.

Keeping himself closer to the ground the boy started forward toward where the beast was standing, munching on... something. He held his breath the closer that he got, not wanting to draw the silver dragon's attention. Best that he saw what it was that the Ayrala was eating before he went after it. It might very well be something that it was allowed to eat, it's normal prey, and as he finally got within line of sight of the thing he held his breath, lifted up onto his feet, and peeked around the creature... and gave a sigh of relief when he saw that what the Ayrala was munching on wasn't anyone he knew, it was just a giant fish of some sort, "Oh... that's good..." He breathed, his heart rate finally able to return to normal.

The sighing seemed to draw the attention of the dragon though and the boy was quick to throw himself down against the ground behind the nearby rocks, holding his breath, and waited to see if the thing would react. There was a long moment where he was almost certain that the thing was probably starring right at him... but it seemed as though if it did see him that it just didn't care, probably because it already had something to eat. A painfully long moment later the crunching sound of the bones and scales of a fish that it had caught. He lifted up a bit, peeking over at the dragon once more, then he pushed to his feet, "Time to go." He murmured, turning on his heel and hurried in the other direction. The fact that this one was eating was a lucky thing for him, it meant that, unlike the last Ayrala, that it wasn't going to chase after him to make a tasty meal of him. That one already had food so why would it bother to go after something else, especially something as small as Junjie was in comparison to the big fish that it had already.

Once he was a safe distance away from the Ayrala and it's fishy dinner he peeked back at it, watching the way it moved, the way it swallowed down the fish in big, gulping bites. They had powerful jaws, sharp claws, they seemed really swift in the air, they were a dangerous breed for sure and he had yet to even see what sorts of special skills that they all had. He'd seen what the Ysali could do but these guys, he had no idea. He was going to have to be very careful and be sure to tell Tilawen about anything that he learned about him and hope that she would do the same with him. She was nice enough, he felt that she would share any information with him that she might attain, it was just that she wasn't all that talkative that made him worry. What if she didn't speak up about something important because she was so used to being quiet? He supposed he would see soon enough since he was going to try to get back to the Sage's place now to see about getting his next task.
