Bio : At birth it was decided that Jillian would one day serve by Lord Death's side. It was not her choice, nor did she have a say in the matter, because of her family name. The Qian family have served by lord death's side for generations, hidden from the public eye. However, a recent kishin outbreak caused the Qian family to remove themselves from the shadows to protect their home land of China. After the incident occurred the Qian family took all the blame for the outbreak, even though they were completely innocent. If things wasn't bad enough Jillian's mother was killed by a witch during the incident. Despite a broken heart and the constant ridicule by the public, Jillian has set out to join the DWMA to restore her family name and to honor the spirit of her mother.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+Ninja Agility- Due to constant training, from birth, Jillian is very nimble, quick, and agile. She is able to maneuver in ways others might find impossible.
+ Soul wavelength manipulation- Jillian is able to physically use her soul as a weapon. She is constantly training but has only master three abilities.
+Chi Toz- By Manipulating her Soul wavelength Jillian can form chains from her hand. The chains radiate with an ether blue light, which is the same color as her soul. She uses this ability to swing from places or to tie up an opponent. This ability constantly drains energy from her. also the durability of the chains entirely depends on Jillian's condition. Seeing hoe the chains is created from Jillian's soul the more fatigued she is weaker the chains are.
+Chi Zao- By manipulating her soul wavelength Jillian is able to summon five inch long needles. Similar to her other attacks the needles glows a bright ether blue.
+Lux shangzu- Jillian focuses all of her energy into her palm. She then delivers a palm strike to her enemy. On contact, she releases her energy into her opponent's body striking the vitals. She uses this attack to paralyze her foes.
