Trevor made quick stop by the flower shop and bought some flowers for Lily hoping she would like them and hummed to himself quietly as he smoothed out his outfit and checked the watch on his wrist, and lightly ran a hand through his hair. He glanced around and looked into a nearby shop window making sure he was dressed well, it was more or less a date with Lily but she never directly asked him out. He thought about it thoughtfully, he was very nervous about this date and he wasn't sure why.
He continued to wait for Lily patiently, a movie would do them both some good, since it had been awhile since he actually went to the movie theatre. He had decided to let Lily make the choice of what movie she wanted to watch so he hadn't purchased any tickets yet. He was wondering if Lily was just as nervous as he was about this.

When Lily thought about it, still dressed in school clothes, she wasn't really movie and dinner ready. She wanted to look presentable, so she told Trevor she would meet him at the movie and went home to change.
She wasn't too overly nervous, but she was a bit, since she currently felt a bit self-conscious and wondered if maybe a shirt was too low cute, or if her skirt was too short. Still she was so excited for a fun evening that it was hard to remember to be nervous.
When she got to the movie theater she walked up to Trevor, a bit surprised he was holding flowers, and blushed muttering a soft, "Hi. I'm here."
She gave a grin, "You ready to go in?"

Trevor blew out a breath and handed her the bouquet of flowers "these are for you" he said "I figured they would be a good addition to tonight" he put it lightly and took a moment to look over her outfit "you..look really beautiful in that outfit" he told her. "It suits you" he said with a smile. Before nodding his head lightly "yes, I'm ready to go in" he put in.
"what movie are we watching tonight?" he asked her tilting his head to the side a bit "also did you want anything from the concessions or are you good?" he asked her. He tried to not sound too nervous about it.

Lily blushed and smiled taking the flowers, "Thank you so much. I don't think I've ever gotten flowers before, well not like this anyway." She gave a small giggle and hoped they would make it through the movie and dinner. As soon as she got home she was going to put them in a vase in the entryway.
"I was thinking," she said holding the flower close and feeling on cloud nine, "that we could see Jurassic Park in 3D. I know it came out forever ago, but I bet it's even better in 3D."
She walked into the theater and headed over to the line for the tickets, "I'm fine. I don't need anything to eat. I'm still pretty satisfied from the snack and we are going to dinner after, right? I don't want to ruin my appetite on junk."
She smiled standing and line, completely oblivious to a few whispers of how pretty she was and how cute they were. A few guys were even starring at her. She didn't hear a thing or even notice, happy in her own world, with her pretty flowers.

Trevor smiles "your very welcome, I'm glad you like them"he said and stood in line beside her as she got the tickets. He thought about it "I think that is a good idea" he said trying to ignore the comments around him but smiled at some that said they looked cute together.
He lightly moved closer to Lily and then glanced at the guys that were staring at her, he wasn't pleased with that. He lightly rested an arm around her waist hoping she wouldn't mind. He nodded his head "alright...and yes we are going out for dinner after the movie" he told her. He hummed to himself as he waited for their turn to purchase their tickets.

"They're lovely," she said hugging them lightly and giving them a sniff, "and they smell great too." She nodded happy Trevor didn't mind seeing Jurassic park. It was a movie that most people loved when it came out the first time. She'd been really young than, but she was to excited for what would happen next to the overly scared.
She blinked when she felt his arm go around her waist and gave him a slightly confused look, while he answered her. She blushed, but gave him a shy smile and let it slide. She didn't mind if he wanted to put his arm around her waist and she grinned to herself wondering if maybe he liked her as much as she hoped he did.
They got to the front of the line really quickly and it took no time to get the tickets before they were being directed to theater one. Three D movies were always in theater one at this movie theater. "I can't wait, I hope we can gets some good seats. It hasn't been out that long so it might be crowded, but maybe not since its a weekday."

Trevor nodded his head lightly and followed her towards the theatre, before he let out a light sigh of relief, he absolutely hated the fact that guys were staring at her. "I'm sure, there are some good seats still avaliable" he informed her politely before looking at the flowers "I hope they last through the movie and the dinner" he said frowning slightly. He probably should have given them to her after dinner, at least then they would have a better chance of surviving. The good news was that the flower shop sold them to him with vials of water at the end of each stem.
"I've seen it, I've just never seen it in 3D" he told her lightly, they walked into the theatre and looked around to see if there were any free seats. Lily was right about it being crowded he tapped his chin with a finger "humm...." he said surveying the seats avaliable.

She nodded and grinned, "I hope so too, but they seem like they will be fine and movie theaters are usually pretty cold so that helps. It feels like they have the air conditioning on." It was cooler inside than outside and it definitely helped they were in water. She was going to show them to Alex. He loved plants and she was sure he would know what to do to make them last for a good while. She'd even momentarily forgotten the tenseness there friendship.
Walking into the threater she frowned at how many people were in fact there but smiled and pointed when she found a pair of seats for them, "Look there are two seats. Just of there in the middle. We will have a great view from there."
She grabbed a pair of 3D glasses from the bin, held the flowers in one hand and grabbed Trevor's hand with her other before heading up to the seats excusing herself as she went so they could take their seat.

Trevor quickly grabbed a pair of 3D glasses before Lily pulled him away from the bin, he followed her towards the seats, excusing himself as well as they made their way there. If he bumped into someone's knees he would spurt out a occasional 'sorry'. He slid past the other patrons at theatre before plopping into one of the seats Lily had spotted for them, lightly pulling lily down with him and into her own seat. He wasn't sure where they would go for dinner but he decided he would worry about that later when the movie finished.
He glanced around and surveyed the crowd quietly and watched the empty seat fill up quickly. Well, he didn't imagine it would be this crowded but he didn't let that bother him all that much, as long as he was watching the movie with Lily he was perfectly happy.

Lily settled into her seat flowers in her hand, blushes slightly as the girl beside her complained to her boyfriend that he never got her flowers anymore. She shifted in her seat closer to Trevor before settling fully and enjoying the previews all of which were in 3D.
The last longer than usual and she heard someone notes that it was because the summer movie season was starting early and ending late this year. It made her hope there were a lot more chances to go to the movies because the previews looked amazing.
She was intently watching the screen as the movie began leaning against Trevor without really realizing it and just enjoying the moment.

Trevor put on his 3D glasses and watched previews of upcoming movies roll out on the screen, he noted a few that he would like to see. He lightly rested his arm on the armrest of his seat, his fingers interlocking with Lily's on their own and without either of them noticing. He smiled lightly as Lily leaned against him, but he had nothing against that movement if anything he really liked it. He slowly added more movies to his mental list as they continued to roll out on screen.
After a few mintues the warning of turning off your cellphones and what not came on, he pulled out his cell phone with his free hand and put it on silent before putting it back into his pocket. He glanced at the screen as the opening credits of the movie started. His fingers lightly tightening around Lily's.

The movie was over too soon in Lily's opinions. She along with many other people laughed at things they remember, jumped at dinosaur heads coming out the scream at them, and made small comment here and there. It was obvious to anyone with eyes that she was enjoying herself. When the movie finished she clapped and looked to Trevor, "did you enjoy it," she asked getting up out of her seat flowers in hand.
She moved down the isle with the other movie goers making sure not to lose Trevor and headed out depositing her glasses in the return bin as she went, though she noted a lot of people kept theirs. She shrugged turning to Trevor, "Have any idea where you want to go to eat? I can drive if its not close to here."

Trevor also thought the movie was over too soon "I wonder if they will remake the others into 3D" he put in before he followed Lily down the aisle trying to make sure neither him or her got pushed to the side. He was so focused on getting out without loosing Lily in the wave of people. Once he had gotten out of the crowded aisles he dropped his own glasses into the return bin. Before answering her question "I did enjoy it, but it seemed a little shorter than the original" he told her thinking about it thoughtfully.
He tapped his chin with a finger "we could go for Italian..that is if you want to" he put in he was pretty sure there was a Italian restaurant no less than 10 minutes away from the theatre. He tilted his head to the side "if not, what do you feel like eating?" he asked her open to her suggesting a place to eat.This was not like a typical get together at a cafe to catch up, this was a more formal outing. Some would call it a date others would call in a friendly outing.

Lily smiled flowers in hand, "Did it? I didn't notice. It might have seemed shorter because when it was popular the first time, we were very young. Movies seems longer when you're like 8 and under." She headed out of the theater with a slight bounce in her step.
"Italian sound great. I don't mind going for a bit of pasta. I parked," she pointed to a light post on the parking lot, "just over there. I can drive us there just so long as you know how to get there."
She gave Trevor a curious look as she walked realizing she'd never seen Trevor drive and didn't know if he could. "Uh Trevor ... can you drive?"

Trevor chuckles lightly, glad she was enjoying herself so far. He wasn't as nervous near the beginning. He tilted his head the side "I believe so" he put in.
Before thinking about her question thoughtfully "Well, I do..i just like walking or biking to places" he said patting his core area "it keeps my core exercised and my hamstrings" he told her. "I'll drive when its really necessary, but other then that I walk or cycle" he told her thinking about it. His abs were slowly starting to form, yes his tummy area was toned but his abs needed to be worked on some more.
