I FINALLY had to go to a meeting today on Tuesday April 30 at 2pm. I believe it wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. I AM still able to substitute but only as an Educational Assistant, but I WAS ABLE TO PLEA TO THEM THAT I WAS ABLE TO BE good as a substitute at Alamogordo High School and Holloman Middle School because those are the schools I WENT TO and I GREW UP IN and I KNOW HOW THEY WORK IN STUFF AND FAMILIAR WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! (EX. the high school with the blue hall passes in stuff). So I know how they work.

So THEY ALLOWED ME TO SUB AT ANY SCHOOL AS LONG AS I AM AN EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT, or IF I AM AN OFFICIAL TEACHER SUB, THAT CAN ONLY HAPPEN AT ALAMOGORDO HIGH SCHOOL OR HOLLOMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!! I could talk to them to let me sub at Chaparral in stuff again cuz a month ago or so some middle school girls came to me and talked to me and told me "Will you come back to sub at our school" and I told them "YES I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!"

THIS WAS AT CHAPARREL OF COURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I understand subbin' correctly, I think it's just whatever class they need you for. Subs aren't expected to know the material. They just take attendance and hand out worksheets, if even that. xd

I didn't mean to make it sound mean. I mean, dealin' with a huge group of kids is tough, especially if one doesn't cooperate, since our schools systems are messed up to the point where kids are never wrong, parents are always right, and the teachers are at fault.

I guess I should have worded it that you get to teach whichever class needs a sub, and then it's your responsibility to ensure that they don't misbehave, as kids of that age tend to do.

It's especially harder for subs, since kids tend to think they can get away with more.

That's stupid. I am looking at them to make sure they aren't doing anything wrong. stare

And yeah we can sub for anything they need a sub for. I'm going tomorrow to AHS as a sub for a spanish teacher. Since it's a Friday, I hope I just have to put on a movie (usually Disney) for them to watch in Spanish.

Kids, like people are quick to assume things. GIrls may think you're perving. Guys'll think you're gay.

Watch them but don't give them the glare from hell.

Well that's just stupid. Fine I won't look at them. I already have to give them a disclaimer before I start class and tell them that "I have a disability that makes me have strange behaviors and mannerisms, so if I seem really strange or scary to you or have a problem with my strange behaviors, please come see me and let me know so I can talk to you about it."

I have to cuz the Mountain View students thought I was weird and creepy like a serial killer, since I would stare around to them and not say anything. The adult who came in (1 of them, also said the same thing that I was very "DIFFERENT" and had STRANGE BEHAVIOR"

No. I'm usually nice. I yell to tell them to be quiet if they get too loud.

You should see the one at North Elementary, it is 99% WRONG!!!!!!!!!! It was ONLY on how weird and strange I was. The person who wrote the report said that one of the assistants even said she wanted to sit with them instead at lunch since I was talking to myself and it was freaking her out. That's the report that scared me.

That's hilarious. Back when I taught, my students thought I was weird as well, but they loved it. xd I guess it's because I was teachin' college students.

Yeah, that's why I think the older they are the more they don't care. Like I don't think High Schoolers won't care. But the stupid report at North was ONLY written by the employees. The little children enjoyed me and some even said they liked me. It was only the teachers and assistants I think at the preschool who had a problem with me.

He has small mannerisms that people might look at as "different"....nothing really that bad in all honesty xD

Touching his hair a few times also smiles shyly when nervous...
Nothing to really double take on neutral
