To give you a better sense of the rest of the family here is some info on them. *click spoiler if you want to use*
The father- Damien- This stallion was not always blind, however in protecting his chosen he became blind. He was given the shield you see on his face today by someone looking out for them. Damien and Gabriel, his chosen, were enslaved at the same place. Gabriel a young boy of four would sneak into the barn at night and come to see Damien. As Damien and Gabriel grew closer they began to plan an escape. During the escape Damien shielded his young human from a chemical that had been lobbed at them, causing his blindness. Gabriel and Damien now live with Yunigoni and Hero Rarehart, who is teaching Gabriel to read, write, and not be a complete idiot.
The mother – Ayira-Wild and free Ayira felt that life with too many other was confining and made her claustrophobic. As soon as she left her pack/herd though she found herself lonely. To combat this new feeling that she had never known before Ayira runs and tries to loose herself in the lands that are so free and untamed. Feeling more in common with the land that other Azrein she finds it hard to make herself understood. This is complicated further by her gravely voice that sounds like growling much of the time.
Running wild in the north Ayira met a strange Azrein that has a horn on her head and an odd coat pattern. Ayira isn't sure what to make of this other mare. Fleeing the other mare's area Ayira decided she really didn't much care for other Azrein and thought perhaps there was a place with no others where she could simply be free. While she wandered the land seemed to grow more and more strange to her. She stumbled on a blind Azrein who is bonded to a human. Lonely she stayed around this strange male for a while and eventually had foals with him. While feeling affection for her children Ayira doesn’t feel like this is her place and has made her intentions clear that she will be leaving the foals when they are capable of caring for themselves.

Username: SkyKnight_10 Newbie statues: 1 Foal name: Hailee Aliment: Chaotic Neutral Foal temper/personality: Calm RP sample: when Hailee was born, her mother said it was under a bright clear night, during a rare comet shower. Even when Hailee could just barely stand, her mother told her that she was not going to say around for long, just long enough ‘til she could be on her own. Hailee cried for hours before her father would comfort her. it was from then on she would rely less and less on her mother, and would grow into her father’s characteristics, remaining calm no matter the situation, always looking for a silver lining, while enjoying the freedom of the breeze that brushes across her face.
