Windmill City is a small section of Soragakure that hosts many windmills. These windmills harness the natural power of the wind to generate power for Soragakure.

A few months had passed in the world and in that time the Delacroix Dynamos found themselves incredibly busy. They had taken a hiatus from their military duties in order to lend a hand to the village in other ways. Now that Soragakure was no longer a floating village there was a lot of things to adjust for, mainly how on earth they were to harness as much power. So for the past few months the duo were on a team who's job it was to figure it out. The windmills that harnessed power in the Sky Village's better days had been damaged during the fall. The twins had suggested they remove them from the city and place them in the plains, an area whihc saw a lot of decent winds. From there they could run cables underground and to the city, generating power. They also looked to other civilizations for knowledges such as water mills. The two had brought a lot to the village and found themselves team leaders of two different construction crews. Olivia was outfitting a windmill to spin smoothly with the flowing rivre while Oliver was one hundred feet in the air repairing a windmill.

NO MARKS HERE NOPE
Kozi had had a few sips of the poison she had just purchased, and already she was beginning to loosen up. She found herself wandering to what she expected would be an empty windmill field for her to train on. Instead she practically skipped her way into a construction zone. She found herself at the top of a building and noticed someone was working on something not far from a water way. With her glass skull bottle tied into her ninja utility belt, she mosied with a smile on her face to Olivia, and, as per the norm, just sort of stared at her for a moment before speaking.
Olive oil, she said poking the girl on either of her sides and then squeezing in a bit of a tickle motion. She looked around after she finished a few seconds later, and found Oliver higher in the air than she had when she first met the pair back when she was a genin. Watching them hard at work on repairing the village, she wasn't surprised why she had advanced so far, so fast and why they were still genin. They were busy with less ninja-like activities. She placed her hands on her hips as she looked up at him and licked her lips, tasting her cherry lip gloss before biting her lip again. Hey, do you two ever plan on progressing. I mean, you may be smart as whips, but you're still genin after all.
As she made her suggestion she tapped her chin and though pretty hard on how she, a fresh jounin, could help. She grew an obvious and evil smile on her face as an idea came to mind.

Olivia was hard at work ensuring that this bolt would not come loose when all of the sudden she heard a familiar nickname and felt herself being tickled. She flinched and moved her body in a smooth way as she twirled around in Kozi's arms. A faint smile came to Oliver's face as he paused in his work to turn around and look down to where his sister was. He held his hand up to block away the sun and pushed the hair out of his face. His legs gripped the windmill tightly to keep himself from falling off. Olivia raised an eyebrow and smiled herself. It had been a long time since they had seen such a beauty and it was always a pleasure to both of them. "Our lives will be long enough for progression. The village needed our help." Olivia said as she put down her tools and removed the tool bet. She had grown into a more womanly figure, which Oliver reflected in how toned he had gotten. He was busy making his way down from his perch while the girls chatted. "Though we have been thinking on the matter." She turned her head up and watched her other half descend, waiting for him to come so he could speak as well. Ollie landed lithely on his feet after dropping the last ten feet to the ground. He walked on over to the two girls and put an arm around his sister. "You seem to have something in mind, Kozi. Care to share that?" Oliver said, trying very hard not to check out Kozi. With their sets of eyes working together the twins were able to discretely do so.
