The office of the Sorakage is located within the center of the village. It is a massive building housing the largest clock face. The office is just behind the clock itself. There are many ways to get to the office, most of which consist of the skyrails the villagers have taken to using.
Kaisen would seem to appear into his office, as though the power of plot convenience granted him everlasting powers. He placed the steam-powered village microphone up to his mouth, and started speaking to the village as though it were a loudspeaker. "All Sora Shinobi are to report to the Kage's Office at once. We have things to discuss."
Skyrails were definitely a preferable way to travel. It barely drained Hayate's chakra and required zero physical output. He crouched on the rails to keep his balance, one leg extended before him. Five times he had to switch rails but he eventually made it to the office. Yate cut his chakra flow and landed at the bottom of the office. He pushed open the doors and headed up to the top of the office. Hayate knocked twice on the door as he pushed it open, walking into Kaisen's office. "Hey Lord Kaisen, welcome back!" Hayate said, taking the time to bow his head before throwing himself on the couch. He stretched out his legs and slouched down before speaking again. "What's goin' on?" Hayate asked, a quick flash of worry on his face. It wasn't often these meetings were called, the chances were the matters were serious.
"Life ain't that short. Take yer time and experience it all."

To put this into perspective, the Long-Range Sensor ninja can sense everything within their subforum, as well as any entrance threads into their subforum from other subforums. This ability does not work on ninja one ranks higher than the sensor, as they can conceal their chakra.

- 20% Reduction to Clan techniques
- Map Sealing: Hayate is able to create seals that affect the world around him through his cartography skill at 1.5x the chakra cost it would take to actually place the seal. He must have already have a map of the area. If any terrain altering damage is done to the location it renders his maps inaccurate, and he must take time to recreate them.

The young Genin dropped right in after Hayate, immediately draining the chakra out of his feet, landing softly at the foot of the tall office. Before following his friend up, he stretched and let the bones and joints in his body pop, stretching his muscles out then climbed up the stairs to the Sorakage's office, "Kaisen-dono, welcome back sir." Kaze bowed before standing next to Hayate, at the edge of the couch, sitting a little on the arm of it. Kaze had to wonder what was going on, to call all the Soragakure shinobi to his office meant that there were things afoot.

Keiji had followed Hayate and Kaze silently, and landed when they did within the Sorakage's Office. He did not know what the Sorakage had planned, but he could guess. Kaisen was an ambitious one, that was for sure... Keiji stayed standing with his hands in his pickets.

When he does this, he cannot use anything other than genjutsu and Phantom Contract summonings. Within this mode, Phantom Contract summonings cost [20%] less chakra to summon and genjutsu is strengthened by a full rank. This mode stays active indefinitely until he nulls the mode, passes out, or dies.

Her steps echoed down the hallway followed by a lower sound of the parasol she often enough used as a cane. His voice spoke on a loud speaker, her kage and the one she deemed to serve and protect no matter what. It was a hobby, perhaps a thing of her's to always check up on the kage, the one lord of the sky. The shadow that blanketed all, for she was only a shadow of the lord. One glance of her eyes were said to reduce a man to shake in their boots, another speak of her stepping from plain sight to outright vanishing.
She approached the kage's office and was greeted by fellow shinobi. Compared to him, she wasn't dressed in her field attire rather more like a commoner; despite that, she still had an impressive array of knives concealed all about her person. He backed away once she glanced at him, not saying a word. Michiyo only smiled lightly at that and went to enter ahead of him. Inside a cluster of those who had already arrived were inside, yet her small frame was dwarfed by many of the other shinobi that were in the room for she was barely over five feet tall and weighed barely over a hundred. Although some were only a few inches more than herself.
Once in a suitable spot, she rested her hands on the parasol acting like a cane and only smiled, not saying a word but keeping a steady eye on her kage. Her amber eyes occasionally drifted around to eye the other shinobi, suspicion like always with this many near the lord. It didn't necessarily lead to distrust, just paranoia. For her life would be willingly given in place of his. Any would be assassin, would meet her blade before finding flesh of Kaisen.
"Now that you've all gathered up..." He began, his tone rather...nonchalant, uncaring really. "Our tasks begin. From the meeting with the Kages, I've come to realize that we need a much more...solid influence. Specifically; we all need to train and become much more powerful than we are now. To further this end, I've already locked the cage; ambassadors from the other two villages will be limited to only necessities while we train and prepare for whatever is to come next. Because of this, I would like for the three of you--Kaze, Keiji, and Hayate--to become the students of Michiyo for the time being. Train under her, go on missions with her; she is truly skilled in the way of stealth and assassination, so if you want to learn to move more efficiently as ninja...she's the perfect teacher." With that, he turned and walked to the window with his hands folded behind his back, obviously deep in thought. "As for me...well, I can only say that I'll be securing this place while you become stronger. Don't concern yourselves with my dealings. Focus on your own strength and abilities until I say otherwise. Dismissed."
Hayate's eyes darted to the window as he rapidly planned an escape. He had never wanted to be put on a squad, that meant he would have to participate. Yate knew it was futile, so instead of making a run for it he let out a sigh and seemed to sink even further into the couch. It was obvious that Kaisen was worried about something, perhaps one of the Kages had acted aggressively. Whatever it was he was now ordering them to grow stronger and actually train. Hayate's stomach growled, and he remembered how he had skipped breakfast. His green eyes moved to Keiji's, and then to Kaze. For that he was happy, at least he knew he had competent teammates. Maybe he would even be able to slack off with them around to pick up the work. Yate scratched his chin and then looked at Michiyo, his new sensei. Had he been a straight male he probably would have whistled. Ahri Michiyo was absolutely dazzling, the dark hair and light eyes really were a sight to see. She did not seem much older than him, and she probably only came up to his chest. But he knew she was a Jounin, she was famous enough for that. Hayate was sure Kaisen wouldn't randomly make people Jounin, so she must have been skilled. He pushed himself lazily to his feet and bowed first to Kaisen, a sour taste entering his mouth. He looked almost uncomfortable, as if he really needed to relieve himself in the bathroom. Hayate's eyes lingered on Kaisen for a moment, almost begging him to take him off the squad. He had in the least hoped that Kaisen would be his sensei. He had already shown him a few things and really gave Hayate a nice headstart. But Hayate was not pretentious enough to believe he deserved it. When Hayate turned to meet the eyes of Michiyo he smiled softly and bowed his head. "Ohiyo, Hayate Uzumaki, at yer service ma'am." He said, no hints of his true feelings leaking out. There was no point in QQing about what wasn't going to change.

Keiji noticed this Michiyo for quite some time now. Some would call it stalking, but it was something that drew him to her. Over his many Cycles, Keiji would something feel this pull, which meant one thing: Michiyo was in tune with her spirit. It was a very rare thing for a mortal to be able to do, even moreso for a mortal to know they were themselves. Maybe it was something to do with His Blessing, but Keiji was able to sense the connectiveness one had with their soul. But such a strong spiritual presence could be a bad thing... Mao might see her soul appetizing. That would screw over the entire region.... It best to take measures to avoid that before hand on the off chance it happened. Though all that aside, he managed to form a soft smile; other men and women alike will probably be disappointed in the future if Kaisen stays alive and kicking for a while longer. On top of this, Keiji managed to find someone his height. Though he could eventually change his form to be taller or older, right now he did not have enough strength after coming into this Cycle to do so.
Victory.
This day was getting better and better. Without saying a word, he merely nodded at the Jounin. Whenever she would want to go do whatever, Keiji would be ready.

Kaze listened to his kage and nodded as he heard what they were to do. That's what Kaze wanted to do anyways and to be under a great shinobi like Michiyo was truly awesome. The boy turned his head as he heard Hayate's stomach growl, a smile smile emerged from his face, his friend had skipped breakfast again, like he usually does. Lazy bum. He looked at Hayate and gave him a small nod, which meant, I'll buy you food later, like usual. Before turning his head towards Michiyo. She was a very beautiful person, though Kaze appreciated a woman's beauty, he was strictly into guys only.
"Michiyo-sensei, nice to officially meet you, I am Kaze Taberu." The genin was greatly looking forward to training with his friends and his sensei.

Michiyo flicked back her hair and gave a small scoff at the decision made for these three to be under her guidance. Things change... For it had been awhile since she had students, possibly because of the constant failures. With a hard gaze at the kage, she disliked having her abilities spoken of in that way even though it wasn't unknown. Her eyes settled upon the three boys and she let out a gentle sigh in response of that.
"Learn your staple techniques, you three. I will be heading toward the cloud district and I will be holding a test for all three of you at once. Do not face me unless you are ready. You have three hours to prepare." Michiyo said to the three genin and hoisted her parasol up and it opened with a red and white spiraling floral design. "The test will be one of testing your skill as shinobi, failure will..." She smiled at the end of the sentence, letting it flow unfinished and with that she turned on her heel and started to make her way on out.
"Prepare well." She said, her frame flickering once before giving the illusion of walking through the wall outside the office while in truth it was a clever combination of mirror images and genjutsu.
