The streets were quiet. It was a beautiful day, and any dangerous activity that might be going on in Jump City was happening elsewhere. The streets were lightly sprinkled with traffic and people enjoying the walk to where they needed to go. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing surprising. Nothing worthy of distracting anyone from enjoying the day.

Except... for the cloud of red smoke that began to drift out of a nearby building that had been closed for renovations. It was an odd color, certainly not the color of smoke that would come from fire, and it drew the attention of several people passing by. They stopped, turned towards the building, and watched the smoke with a cautious curiosity. A moment or two later, the door of the building was kicked open from the inside. A girl, couldn't have been out of her teens yet, stumbled out of the building coughing and waving smoke from her face. "Good Gravy that was too much Nicoli Powder..." she wheezed between coughs.

People standing about only stared with more curiosity. The girl, whoever she was, had been dressed to the tee in a red, black, and gold costume. The skirt, poofed out in frills and lace. Stockings, tattered. The boots, stained with dirt and... something that was a darker red color. Gloves, poofy sleeves, a belt with a gold and red heart and large pockets, a heart-shaped backpack hanging loosely from her shoulders... her bright red hair pulled up into curly pig tails to either side of her head, and a large gold and ruby crown sitting in the center of her head.

And her face... almost as curious as her outfit. Painted white as a clown, with a red dot on her nose with larger red dots high on her cheeks. There was a heart shape painted on the center of her lips, with a thin line stretching across her lips to form a painted smile. And red eye shadow laying over her eye lids, with a deep purple hanging under it. When she opened her eyes, it was clear to see the deep purple was meant to bring out her almost red colored eyes.

The girl looked around once the smoke cleared, and first noticed the people standing around. She blinked, then shrugged gently. "What? Like you've never added too much powder for a transportation spell." she said. Then she let her mild surprise of seeing people actually around her warehouse sink in. Usually people avoided this part of town like the plague.

Then... she got a good look at "this part of town".

The girls' eyes widened, and her entire posture suddenly began to mimic that of a cat who had just come across a dog seven times it's size. Her eyes darted from one building to the next, not recognizing a single one. This... this was NOT supposed to... what was this? Where was she? What had just happened? Panicking, she spun on her toes and shot back into the smoke filled room. A few seconds later, she darted back out of the building holding an old, worn out book with a leather strap hanging from it. She flipped through the pages, utterly ignoring anyone who was still standing about the street to stare at her. She found the page she had been searching for and slammed her finger down on the page. She mumbled to herself as she swiped her finger over the page.

"I... I DID that! I did everything right. Where the heck did I end up?" she hissed to herself. "I was just supposed to go from one end of the room, to the other. Not from one end of the City to the other! And... buh... this isn't even the other side of the City! Where is this?!" Then she paused for a moment in silence and stared at the book. Then... she cocked her head to the side. Flipped the book to the right. Straightened it out again. Flipped her head the other way. Then back.

"Or... is that word pronounced "Le-naaaaahhh... rather than "Le-naaaeeee" she muttered to herself. "And, if it is.. then that means all of those other words with that dashy thing over the." she said. The sudden realization slamming into her voice within the last few words.

"....oh."

The young woman stared blankly at her surroundings for a few moments more. Her eyes wide with a painfully clear mix of realization and panic. Most of the people around her either stopped to stare at her, or moved quickly on by. One concerned pedestrian, or... whom Rosie would normally consider a brave soul, walked up to her and stopped a mere few feet away. "Are... you alright, miss?" the man asked.

The man's voice seemed to jolt the girl's mind back to reality, and her eyes dared towards his face. Her gaze flickered over the man's neatly fitted blazer and briefcase he held loosely to his side. Then they traveled back to his face, and over at the few people standing on the street staring at her. The red circles of paint on he cheeks seemed to glow around the edges as a blush began to heat up her white clown makeup. "Oh...um..." Rosie began quietly, then started to chuckle awkwardly. "Y-yeah. Yeah. I'm fine. I just... um... new spell and all. I was supposed to go from one end of the room to the other and, well... poof. Here I am. You, uh... you wouldn't happen to know where 'here' is by any chance, would you?" she asked, smiling sheepishly.

"Oh, well, your just on the northern end of Jump City." the man replied.

Rosie stared blankly back at him and blinked. Her brain tried to remember so much as even hearing of a place called "Jump City". Absolutely nothing came to mind. "Oh. Cool. So I... jumped an entire location rather than a few feet. Alright. Any idea how to get to Gotham from here?" she asked.

It was the man's turn to blink back at her. Then he turned and glanced towards someone standing not far from them on the street. The two exchanged a puzzled glance, and Rosie felt the pit of her stomach drop to her feet. THAT wasn't a good sign. "Well..." the man began. "I've never been out of Jump City, so I couldn't tell you how to get there. It's... a fair way's though. I think."

Oh... well... is there any place I could grab a map, or bus, or taxi or something? Rosie asked.

"Well," a woman chimed in from the porch of the building next to them. "You'll probably be able to find everything you need in the Town Square. Most of the shops and tourist buildings are down around there."

Rosie's expression relaxed some with that bit of information. Mostly because there were bound to be some sort of way back home if there was a tourist center. Maps, transportation, hotels, food, money.... anything she should need to buy. Even if she bought them with someone else's money. Come to think of it... how much did she even have on her right now? A couple hundred? No... less than that... she bought ammo before the spell. Crap...
"I see. Well, thank you." Rosie replied, a smile finally forming on her face. "I should probably head out so I can get home as soon as possible. Don't want anyone to worry." she said happily. Then she began marching down the street, a little skip to her step.

The man that had been talking to her paused and looked back towards his friend. He turned back towards Rosie and opened his mouth to call out to her, but she had already turned around and was walking past him. "Wrong way..." she chuckled, moving quickly down the other end of the street. "Lack of buildings kind of gave it away."

...............Rosie continued to walk down the long stretch of sidewalk towards the part of town that she assumed was Town Square. It had the larger number of buildings jetting into the skyline, and it seemed to have the larger amount of noise pollution. With her gaze focused on the road ahead of her, and her mind traveling all over the place, she ignored the looks people gave her as they passed by her. She was only concerned about getting back to Gotham, and she was still trying to think of any instance when she would have so much as heard of a Jump City. And of course, thinking gave way to other thoughts, and more, and more still. To the point where people had to weave around the girl because she was simply not paying any attention to who she was about to walk into.

...............Alright... so she had no idea what this "Jump City" was, where it was, or how to get back to Gotham. No biggy... she could find out at some tourist stop. You know what... what a stupid name. Who would name a city "Jump"? And this place was so... clean. Like... the buildings were clean, there was no trash or broken buildings anywhere, there was no layer of smog between the fifth story and the sky. Nothing. She wasn't used to it. She'd lived in Gotham all her life, she was used to things being much... erm... darker. Like... the days are alright but no one in their right minds should be out of their houses at night kind of dark. This place looked like it didn't matter if you were out and about at night. It... might even be nice to be out at night.

... maybe she shouldn't be in such a hurry to get back home. Maybe she should just... enjoy being in a nice city for a little while. This place seemed pretty nice so far anyway. Heh... this could be her own tiny vacation. Just spend a day or two here and then worry about getting back home. Yeah... that was...

Bleh, who was she kidding? She didn't have the money to stay anywhere for a few days. She only had pocket change on her, and unless she found an abandoned building or something, she wasn't going to have enough for a roof over her head AND food. Which meant she'd have to come about a rather decent amount of money rather quickly. Which was easy enough... but it was such a hassle. Get the ammo, get in, get the money, get out before the police arrive, have a group of henchmen on hand... and she'd have to pay them to or find some completely disposable morons. Joker was always the one to do all of the planning and everything.

... oh. She... she hadn't done her own heist before. Could she pull it off on her own? She should be able to anyway. Maybe a hiccup or two, but she should be able to do it. Such a hassle though. Maybe she should just head home, then plan for a vacation back here another day. Oh! What if she didn't have the money to get back home once she found out where Gotham was? What if she was like... a plane ride from Gotham? Shoot... she may have to pull a robbery anyway. She might get to the center of town and some tourist will see her and actually recognize her. Then they'll freak, alarm the cops, then... BAH! This was such a headache.

...............With a heavy sigh, Rosie straightened up her curly pigtails. She then straightened out her skirt and top, pulled up her stockings, adjusted her boots, fixed the cuffs of her gloves, then straightened the straps of he back pack. When she was finally satisfied that she looked presentable, she straightened out her posture, and smiled. If she was going to be walking into the busier part of town, looking like she was dressed up for Halloween... she might as well make a good impression. And a winning smile was the best way to make a good impression.

User Image Plasmus, waited the amount of time he was told… but received no more orders. With this all six of the purple acid monsters, exploded from the fear gas. Intoxicating everything below, and above. Screams of terror, could already be heard as the gas filled the entire city one block at a time. Civilians screamed and ran away. Slowly, the purple monster reformed, and let out a ghastly “GARRRROAAAH!!!” And he slid farther down. This gas didn’t effect him, and he was the perfect host.

Meanwhile back in Titans Tower, the pink blob mades its way up a pip, slowly but surely. He stretch himself into the sprinkler system of the tower, which also was outside on the shore, and he placed the canister on the inside of it. Smirking. He followed his steps back but got lost.. Instead he started coming out in a shower… While a pinkette was showering. He fell onto her head, and smiled that huge grin. Expecting a scream shortly after his arrival, Plasmus rushed out into the halls, and pulled the fire alarm. Causing the sprinklers to go off, revealing the gas.
