Personality|Matsuo is the very definition of evil incarnate. Matsuo has no remorse for killing people. Meaning, if there was women and children around, he would not hesitate to kill them. He is an evil genius of sorts, capable of creating things and making plans that can easily succeed. However, despite all of this, there has been hints that he has good inside of him. Mainly women and girls that have brown hair, and look similarly to Zelda will cause him to stop attacking people. It is entirely possible for someone to come along and look like his former wife and child, which would cause great emotional stress. If this ever happened, and he grew his heart back, he would probably go insane.
Matsuo has leadership capabilities, and being the most powerful of the organization, he is a very dangerous man. He will show no mercy, and will kill anyone associated with the light.

Likes| What this man likes is far and few inbetween. But he still does like a couple of things despite his insanity. He likes war, destruction, chaos, and killing people. He tends to have a slight soft spot for women, however it is hardly noticeable. Oddly enough he does like alot of different foods, including pizza for some reason. That is one of the few ways to get on his good side. He also shows hesitation attacking females with brown hair, regardless of the race.
Dislikes| This man dislikes a plethora of things, well dislike would be putting it lightly. For example he loathes anyone stronger than him.
Hates| Men, he also seem to hates any man for some reason. It could be tied into his human life, which he claims he does not remember anything that happened when he was a human. He will tolerate other men if they are on his side. He also tends to hate blondes, and Blonde males.... Well lets just say he kills them for no reason.

History| As a human, Matsuo lead a troubled life ever since he was born. His mother died giving birth to him, so as he was growing up, he never had a real mother. T had three siblings, two sisters and a brother. They hated Matsuo all his life, bullying him, hitting him, pretty much they wished he had died instead of their mother. School wasn't much much better. He was born with red eyes, instead of the normal blue, green, or brown eyes. They always called him the devil child, a demon, the spawn of the devil himself. The fact that when he cried, blood came out instead of tears. He was highly intelligent, his IQ score was around 200 when he was ten years old. Odd for a child so young.
Middle/High school wasn't much better for him. Even though he did good on his tests, his teachers never liked him. All the students made fun of him for being different. He got in a lot of fights, hell due to his childhood he was a great fighter, and won nearly all of his fights. But there was one girl who never picked on him, she felt sorry for him, and she became his only friend. She had brown hair, and blue eyes, she was caring, and just about the sweetest person in the whole school. After a while, they got to know each other pretty good. But this also got the students in the school hating on her, which in turn caused him to get into more and more fights. Things wouldn't get any better for him....
One day he was looking for her, he couldn't find her nowhere. Until he heard muffled screaming and kicking from a closet. Kicking the door down he found the school bullies attempting to rape her. Lets just say they didn't get very far. In a pure fit of rage Matsuo attacked all three of the bullies, and ended up hospitalizing two of them with fractured skulls, the third one walked away with many teeth missing from his mouth. From that day forward, they never left each other's side.
On the day that they graduated, they moved to a small quiet town, got married, and had a few kids. He had no contact with his family whatsoever, nor did he want to associate himself with his family at all. He had two kids, one boy and one girl. The girl suffered the same thing he did with his eyes. He refused to let her relive the the childhood he had, so he had to home school her. His son slightly resented him for paying so much attention to his sister instead of him. But as he got older, he understood why he babied her so much. His daughter grew up highly self conscious of her eyes, however, she looked just like her mother.
Finally Matsuo went to college to become a teacher in the small town. People in the college seemed nice to him, but in reality they thought he was a demon. They had moved into a highly religious town, and they did not like those eyes he had. Once he graduated from college and got a degree, he got a job teaching science at the local high school. But despite how the students thought how he looked cool, the parents loathed him. Since they were religious fanatics, they usually drove out people like them. However, since they were convinced he was the spawn of the devil, they had to destroy everything associated with him to 'cleanse' the town of the evil of their family....
Matsuo would have never seen this coming.
As a precaution, a long time ago, he had bought an AK-47 with plenty of ammo for it. Just in self defense purposes of course. One day, when coming home from work, he saw a fire that was in the direction of his home. Rushing home, he was mortified at what he witnessed. His family, all impaled, and his house burning down. With a flaming cross burning in his front yard, he couldn't believe what was going on. But what he didn't see was his daughter, could she be in the fire? No. She was being dragged out of the mob by the priest of the town. Then, before they could do anything to her, something snapped in the head of Matsuo. Pulling out the AK-47 and the ammo he had, he unloaded on the townspeople, showing no mercy he mowed them all down. Leaving no survivors. Running over to his frightened fourteen year old daughter, he took her and left the town.
It would be a few years before their past would come up to catch them. Matsuo and his daughter continued to run from the cops, until finally they came to a dead end road. Coming out of the vehicle with his hands up, he pleaded with the police. "You can take me, just make sure my daughter has a normal life, no ma....." With that last word the cops unloaded on the car and Matsuo. He was shot multiple times, his daughter was shot in the head and killed instantly. Stumbling back into the car, Matsuo was horrified to see that the last thing he cared about was taken away from him. Anger began to build up in Matsuo heart, and with one blood curling scream, which scared the hell out of the cops, Matsuo died...... As a "human".
Now when I said he "died' He didn't actually die. Instead, his heart was swallowed by darkness. Filled with the grief that the last thing he cared for, the last thing he held dear and close to him, was taken from him in a cruel twist of fate. That, is when reality started to fall apart for him. Due to his, oddball transformation into a nobody. The cops ran off, and now, he was falling into the dark part of the world. One where no one dares to tread unless they had a death wish. That place was none other than Silent hill. Silent hill, one of the most depraved and mentally disturbing places in any of the known worlds. This is the world that creates the darkest of monsters, including pyramid head. Matsuo looked around, and he could not remember what had happened, or where he was. Looking down in his hands, he held two keyblades. One seemed affiliated with darkness, the other with light. However, the light keyblade, was really more dark oriented. It was like a "fallen angel" type of keyblade. While it does have powers of light, it was more associated with darkness. Matsuo had looked back at the car
Family| His wife is dead. His child is currently a nobody, where she is, is a mystery. He might have brothers/sisters, but they would probably be dead from his home world being one of the dark worlds. Silent hill is an unforgiving place.

To put it bluntly, Matsuo is a d**k. His beliefs on this war differs greatly from the other angels. For instance, he believes the war will not stop until one race is wiped out for good. On the other hand, he does not like the war. Why? It's not because he thinks it's wrong, or immoral. He thinks it's stupid to go to war over a simple half breed. Arrogant to an extent, Matsuo considers himself to be one of the best close ranged combatants, and will call out anyone who thinks otherwise. He will not back down from fights, even blatantly disobeying orders to fight someone, weather it be Angel Or Kitsune. Most angels call him the fallen angel, due to the accident and his drastic change of personality. It appears he holds a slight grudge against the Kitsune due to the accident he had.
Matsuo is highly intelligent, being able to recall every little detail of what he saw due to his cybernetic body/brain. Being a hardened warrior, he feels little to no emotions, finding them useless, like anger, jealousy, and sadness. It is entirely possible for him to feel love, yet he finds that emotion useless as well. His mentality makes him hard to approach, as he is cold, distant, and ruthless in combat. Sometimes, he will go out and kill entire villages of Kitsune, just because he believes that they house angel killers. No one would be spared, weather it be man, woman, or child of any age. He would go so far as to kill a child by crushing its skull, or ripping off the limbs and beating it to death with them. He does not care, this has gotten him into some trouble before, but it does not phaze him.
▯ Biography:
Matsuo was born into a militaristic family, comprised of mostly black winged mecha angels. However, despite his parents both being black winged mecha angels, he was the only child that came out like them. Having the burden of living up to their expectations, they constantly pushed him as a child to be great. Although Matsuo did not like this, he had little choice but to go along with his angel parents. He became one of the most gifted mech students around. His mech was very powerful, it was so long ago that even Matsuo does not remember it's name. He claims that it didn't have a name. Once Matsuo graduated from military academy, he met a lovely young angel named Naomi. It didn't take long, but they got married, had a few kids, then he was sent off to fight in the war. Things would take a turn for the worst from there. Matsuo would be involved in a raid of a Kitsune village, where a certain family resided that got away. They saw the damage he did, and vowed to take revenge on the angel. For a while, Matsuo would constantly be stalked, but he was not aware of this. When the perfect moment arrived, the Kitsune stormed into his house, took his wife and child, and brutalized him. They nearly beat him to death. Ripped off his wings, and destroyed his mech. They had left him to die, but his sister was looking for him, and found him in this state. Panicking, she took him to a nearby hospital, along with his mech, to see if it could be repaired as well. However, the mech was totally destroyed, and Matsuo was so badly injured they was forced to rebuild his body. Using parts from his mech, they rebuilt almost every aspect of his body, and even his skin, because he was on fire when she arrived. He had suffered from burns so severe, that he couldn't even feel his skin anymore. With the trauma of it all over, Matsuo's personality took a huge flip, with him being a cold, heartless killer. He set out to find his family, and put a stop to this war once and for all.

「ＡＢＩＬＩＴＩＥＳ」 ▯ Thermal vision/Night vision- With alot of his body being replaced with mechanical parts, he has been given optical sensors [eyes basically] that allow him to detect heat and see better in the dark.
▯Enhanced physical abilities- Due to his cyborg body, Matsuo has strength rivaling, and even surpassing most Mechs. With this strength, the weight of his body does not slow him down. Instead, he is actually quite fast, able to close the distance between him and an opponent extremely quick.
▯ Enhanced Senses- With him being a cyborg, his reaction time, along with his other senses have been amplified beyond normal capabilities of Angels and Kitsune.
▯Vibranium Katana- Matsuo has a blade made of a special manmade substance known as Vibranium. However, with the human race dead, the secret to making this metal has long since passed. This Katana is nearly indestructible, with no one able to even make a dent in the sword. Matsuo found it one day in some human city ruins. It has been modified to fit his needs, and it has a titanium rope that connects to the hilt of the blade to his hip.
▯Camouflaging skin- With the odd appearance of his skin, it takes on a leathery like feel, this skin is able to blend in with his surroundings when he sees fit. his whole body, and even his hair will change color to blend in with his surroundings.
「ＳＰＥＣＩＡＬ ＡＢＩＬＩＴＩＥＳ」 ▯ Energy absorbtion- Through his blade, he can absorb all kinds of energy. Anything ranging from fire, to lightning. If it is a plasma that has any sort of energy in it, he can absorb it. This is used to fuel his other special abilities, the energy absorbed in the blade goes through the titanium rope to a special battery that is hidden around his lower hip/upper leg. The blade will also absorb sunlight, and can fuel his special attacks. However this process is much slower and extremely tedious.
▯Energy waves- Storing up the energy from attacks he has absorb, he can release the energy in waves, or even blasts like a shotgun. This is all done from his blade. He must absorb two attacks to form attack. Or it must absorb sunlight for six posts.
▯ Taser shockwave- Matsuo can emit a shockwave from his body that can temporarily stun his opponents if they are hit by it. The shockwaves can reach up to ten feet away from his body. He must absorb 4 attacks or absorb sunlight for ten posts with his blade.

Personality_________________________________________________________Matsuo is a rather cold character, growing up with a rather rough life, he is not like other people his age. Matsuo seems to come off as a cold hearted man, even showing no remorse for the deaths of comrades. He is a very quiet, usually saying things like "Sure" Or "Alright" when given orders. He generally doesn't make eye contact with people. He is not a very sociable person, often keeping to himself working on whatever. Usually preforming routine maintenance on the ship. When it comes to romance however, Matsuo doesn't even bother with it. He thinks it is a waste of time. However, despite all of this, he is actually quite friendly when someone gets to know him. This does not rule out romance, but it is still highly unlikely. Matsuo tends to be sensitive about talking about the gas mask on his face, since it is designed to filter out things due to his sensitive lungs from the accident. Something else which he refuses to talk about to most people.History_________________________________________________________ Matsuo's childhood from the outside, or to others would seem rather normal. Having two older brothers, and what appeared to be a loving mother and father. This was not the case however, because of his two brothers joining the SV core so he didn't have to. Matsuo grew up at home most of the time. Both of his parents was addicted to drugs, and it showed. Through childhood Matsuo would be a victim of abuse, and hearing almost constant yelling all the time. When Matsuo turned thirteen, his father would die due to liver failure. Tired of his family, he would run off and join the SV core, where he would discover his true talent, engineering. Matsuo had a knack for repairing machines and taking apart things. So he quickly decided to become a ship engineer. Years would pass, Matsuo's mother would die to the drug addiction. He never heard from his siblings again, he simply assumed they died from the titans. One day, Matsuo would be preforming routine maintenance on a few ships. Checking the engine room, one of the mechanisms exploded. To this day he has no memory of what blew up. But when it did, hot air and steam was sent into his lungs when he breathed in. It had appeared that boiling hot steam hit him in the face and nose, causing severe burns. Matsuo was quickly taken to a hospital, where they found out his lungs was in a condition that it had to breathe filtered air. So they made a rather simple gas mask, and gave it to him. Now sporting a gas mask and bandages around his face, he received a letter recently that he was assigned to a squad. Heading to the new ship, Matsuo hoped an incident like that didn't happen ever again.
